Abstract

Description

混合动力驱动***
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的机动车的混合动力驱动***。
背景技术
通过申请人的DE102008000953A1公知一种用于车辆的并行混合动力驱动***,其中,在电机和主传动装置之间连有行星齿轮传动装置。具有太阳轮、行星架或行星支架和齿圈的三机构式的行星齿轮传动装置主要用作用来实现倒挡的转数变向装置,这是因为主传动装置不包括倒挡。在布置在传动装置输入侧的行星齿轮传动装置中,行星架或者说行星支架保持固定;电机的转子与太阳轮连接,并且从动的齿圈与传动装置输入轴联接。因此,转子经由行星齿轮传动装置的固定传动比对传动装置输入轴进行驱动,其中,实现转动方向变向。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,在开头所提到的类型的混合动力驱动***中,实现驱动关系的进一步改进,尤其是使电机匹配于传动装置输入轴的转数。
本发明的任务通过权利要求1的特征得以解决。有利的设计方案由从属权利要求得出。
根据本发明设置的是,行星齿轮传动装置的行星架与传动装置输入轴联接,并且使齿圈保持固定。因此,行星齿轮传动装置的固定传动比在电机的转子与传动装置输入轴之间起作用。当电机以电动机运行方式工作时,转子的转数通过固定传动比转换到更慢;以滑行运行方式地,当电机作为发电机工作时,传动装置输入轴的转数通过固定传动比转换到更快。转动方向变向不通过固定传动比来实现。
根据优选的实施方式,转子布置在转子架上,转子架经由固定轴承支撑在壳体内。因此,转子相对于壳体沿径向和轴向被固定。
根据另一优选的实施方式,行星齿轮传动装置的行星架具有柱体形的颈部,该颈部与传动装置输入轴抗相对转动(drehfest)且抗相对倾斜(kippfest)地连接。优选地,颈部经由构造为固定底座的带动齿部与传动装置输出轴抗相对转动地连接,并且经由定心座防止倾斜。因此,行星架在一定程度上与传动装置输入轴刚性连接。
根据另一优选的实施方式,行星架(经由传动装置输入轴)静态确定地受支承,更确切地说,经由构造为固定轴承的第一轴承支承,该第一轴承优选地布置在主传动装置的壳体内,并且经由构造为浮动轴承的第二轴承,所谓的导向轴承,布置在内燃机的区域内。
根据另一优选的实施方式,行星架与销栓架连接,销栓架优选经由滚针轴承相对于转子架支撑。因此,转子架被双重支承,亦即一方面经由提及的固定轴承支承,并且另一方面经由滚针轴承支承。
根据另一优选的实施方式,转子架经由带动齿部与太阳轮连接,其中,转子架的内齿部和太阳轮的外齿部能够轴向相对移动。因此,能够通过沿轴向方向的移入实现对转子架的装配。
根据另一优选的实施方式,太阳轮具有柱体形的颈部,在颈部的端部上布置有带动齿部,并且传递转矩。
根据另一优选的实施方式,太阳轮的颈部径向地在转子架的毂内部延伸。因此,实现了节约空间的构造方式的优点:行星齿轮传动装置因此可以“结构空间非专用地”,也就是说,在结构空间上没有附加的花费的情况下安装在转子内部。
根据另一优选的实施方式,太阳轮被集成在转子架中,也就是说,太阳轮形成具有转子架的、优选具有转子架的毂的结构性的单元。基于该变型方案,省去了上面提及的在销栓架与转子毂之间的滚针轴承以及太阳轮的具有带动齿部的颈部。
根据另一优选的实施方式,行星齿轮传动装置的齿轮具有斜齿部。因此,得到了噪音低且安静的运转。
根据另一优选的实施方式,行星齿轮传动装置和电机的油供给部与主传动装置的油供给部联接。为此,在传动装置输出轴内设置有油传送部以及纵向孔和横向孔,经由它们输送并导走润滑油和冷却油。
根据另一优选的实施方式,经由回油管实现油从混合动力壳体的油腔向主传动装置的油腔的回流,该回油管布置在两个传动装置壳体之间。因此,确保了对行星齿轮传动装置、轴承和电机的润滑和冷却。
根据另一优选的实施方式,齿圈经由齿圈架与混合动力壳体连接。优选地,齿圈架利用外齿部与齿圈的内齿部啮合。
根据另一优选的实施方式,电机构造为永励的同步电机。永励的同步电机出于功率密度的原因被设计成用于比较高的转数,转数通过行星齿轮传动装置的固定传动比匹配于传动装置输入轴的较低的转数。由此得到以下优点,即,可以使用具有重量相对较低的、结构空间小的并且成本相对较低的电机用于混合动力驱动装置。

具体实施方式
图1以示意图示出了混合动力驱动***1,混合动力驱动***包括主传动装置2和混合动力模块3。主传动装置2具有传动装置输入轴4、多个用于前进挡的挡级(无附图标记)以及用于倒挡R的挡级。混合动力模块3包括具有定子5a和转子5b的电机5以及行星齿轮传动装置6,行星齿轮传动装置一方面与转子5b连接,而另一方面与传动装置输入轴4连接。行星齿轮传动装置6包括三个机构,亦即太阳轮7、行星架或行星支架8以及支撑在壳体上的齿圈9。因此,行星齿轮传动装置6的固定传动比在转子5b与传动装置输入轴4之间起作用。传动装置输入轴4经由离合器10与机动车的未示出的内燃机连接。因此,混合动力驱动***1相当于并行混合动力装置。此外,主传动装置2还具有传动装置输出轴11,传动装置输出轴驱动油泵12,油泵不仅为主传动装置2供油还为混合动力模块5供油,如在图4的描述中将详细阐述。根据优选的实施方式,电机5构造为市场上常见的、永励的同步电机,并且不仅能够作为电动机运行也可以作为发电机运行。永励的同步电机(PSM)优选被设计成用于比较高的转数,以便提高功率密度,并且减少昂贵的原料的材料投入。因此,行星齿轮传动装置6在转子5b的较高转数与传动装置输入轴4的较低转数之间作为减速级。行星齿轮传动装置6,也就是说,太阳轮7、行星齿轮和齿圈9具有斜齿部。
图2示出了混合动力模块23的结构上的实施方式,如在图1中示意性地作为混合动力模块3示出。下面,将类似的部件用相对于图1增加了20的附图标记进行标注。具有定子25a和转子25b的电机25布置在混合动力壳体20中。转子25b具有转子架21,转子架经由构造为滚动轴承22的固定轴承相对于混合动力壳体20受支承。转子架21包括径向靠外布置的滚筒21a、径向靠内布置的毂21b、以及将滚筒21a和毂21b连接起来的承载盘21c。径向地在滚筒21a内部并且在图中位于承载盘21c右边地布置有行星齿轮传动装置26,该行星齿轮传动装置(类似于图1中的示意图地)包括太阳轮27、行星架28、齿圈29以及行星齿轮30。行星架28也被称为行星支架28,它具有颈部28a,该颈部抗相对转动且抗相对倾斜地以及轴向地固定在传动装置输入轴24上,这一方面通过作为固定底座的带动齿部并且另一方面通过定心座来实现。在远离行星架28的侧上布置有销栓架28b,销栓架固定地与行星架28连接(为此也参见图4)。行星架28和销栓架28b容纳有用于支承行星齿轮30的行星销栓31。齿圈29经由利用外齿部与齿圈29的内齿部啮合的齿圈架29a与混合动力壳体20连接,也就是说,齿圈29相对壳体固定地布置。传动装置输入轴24在壳体侧地经由固定轴承32支撑。销栓架28b经由滚针轴承33地,也就是说,浮动轴承地,相对于转子架21的毂21b支撑。太阳轮27具有同轴地并且利用环形间隙相对于传动装置输入轴24布置的颈部27a,该颈部在固定轴承22的区域内经由能轴向移动的带动齿部34与转子架21或转子架的毂21b连接。
图3示出了混合动力模块23的轴承设计方案的示意图,如在图2中所示。下面,针对相同的或类似的部件使用和在图2中一样的附图标记。转子25b通过转子架21及转子架的毂21b经由固定轴承22和构造为浮动轴承的滚针轴承33支撑。行星架28在位置28a(相当于颈部28a)上抗相对转动且抗相对倾斜地固定在传动装置输入轴24上。后者经由固定在壳体上的固定轴承32和构造为浮动轴承的导向轴承35支承在未示出的内燃机的区域内。
图4示出了混合动力模块23的另外的截段,针对相同的部件使用和在图2中一样的附图标记。混合动力模块23包括混合动力壳体20,在混合动力壳体中基本上布置有电机25、行星齿轮传动装置26以及轴承22、23。混合动力壳体20经由联接板36与主传动装置2的传动装置壳体37连接。混合动力模块23考虑到其油供应地联接到主传动装置2的油回路上,该油回路(如在图1中所示地)具有自己的油泵12。润滑油和冷却油,下面简称为油,在联接板36中的传送位置38上传送给混合动力模块23,并且从那里经由传动装置输入轴24中的横向通道39到达纵向通道40中。油从传动装置输入轴24中的纵向通道40经由两个另外的横向通道41向外流动,并且经由两个不同的油径供应给混合动力模块23的润滑和冷却位置。油回流到主传动装置2中经由虚线指明的回流部42来实现。
在图4中,下半部分地(如上面指明)也可以看出,行星架28和销栓架28b彼此机械连接,并且形成结构性的单元。
图5示出了回油部42,其构造为回流管42,回流管穿引过联接板36,并且在混合动力壳体20的油腔与传动装置壳体37的油腔之间建立起流动连接。
图6示出了本发明的第二实施例,其具有经修改的转子架43和经修改的行星架55。第二实施例与根据图2所示的第一实施例的区别在于,在行星架与转子架之间没有设置滚针轴承33或者支撑部。作为代替,在壳体侧经由固定轴承22支撑的转子架43具有柱体形的、与传动装置输入轴24同轴地布置的颈部43a,在该颈部上在端部侧固定地布置有太阳轮45。因此,太阳轮45被集成在转子架43或转子架的颈部43a内,并且与该转子架或转子架的颈部构成结构性的单元。具有斜齿部的太阳轮45啮合与保持固定的齿圈29啮合的行星齿轮30。与行星架44固定连接的销栓架44a相对于根据图2的实施方式由于进行了修改,所以销栓架不具有用于轴承的滚道。因此,销栓架44a不支撑在转子架43上,而是仅支撑在行星架44上,行星架(如在根据图2的实施例中地)抗相对转动且抗相对倾斜地与传动装置输入轴24连接。

Claims (14)

1.一种机动车的混合动力驱动***,其包括具有传动装置输入轴(4、24)和传动装置壳体(37)的主传动装置(2)、能够作为电动机和发电机运行的且具有转子(5b、25b)的电机(5、25)和行星齿轮传动装置(6、26),所述电机在所述主传动装置(2)的输入侧布置,所述行星齿轮传动装置具有太阳轮(7、27、45)、行星架(8、28、44)和齿圈(9、29),其中,所述行星齿轮传动装置(6、26)一方面经由所述太阳轮(7、27、45)与所述转子(5b、25b)连接,并且另一方面与所述传动装置输入轴(4、24)连接,其特征在于,所述行星架(8、28、44)抗相对转动地与所述传动装置输入轴(4、24)连接,并且所述齿圈(9、29)相对壳体固定地布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述转子(25b)与转子架(21、43)连接,所述转子架经由构造为固定轴承(22)的轴承在壳体侧支撑。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述行星架(28)具有构造为柱体形的颈部(28a),所述颈部抗相对转动且抗相对倾斜地与所述传动装置输入轴(24)连接。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述行星架(28、44)经由第一轴承(32)和第二轴承(35)静态确定地受支承。
5.根据权利要求2、3或4所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述行星架(28)具有销栓架(28b),所述销栓架能够支撑在转子架(21、21b)上。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,转子架(21)经由能轴向移动的带动齿部(34)与所述太阳轮(27)连接。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述太阳轮(27)具有柱体形的颈部(27a),并且所述带动齿部(34)布置在所述颈部(27a)的远离太阳轮(27)的端部上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述转子架(21)具有毂(21b),并且所述太阳轮(27)的颈部(27a)径向地布置在所述毂(21b)内部。
9.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,太阳轮(45)被集成在转子架(43)中,并且布置在所述转子架(43)的远离固定轴承(22)的侧上。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮传动装置(26)具有斜齿部。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述传动装置输入轴(24)具有用于所述行星齿轮传动装置(26)和所述电机(25)的油供给部的中央油孔(40)和横向孔(39、41)。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮传动装置(26)和所述电机(25)布置在混合动力壳体(20)中,并且所述混合动力壳体(20)经由回油管(42)与所述主传动装置(2)的传动装置壳体(37)连接。
13.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,齿圈(29)经由齿圈架(29a)与所述混合动力壳体(20)连接。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的混合动力驱动***,其特征在于,所述电机构造为永励的同步电机(25)。
