特别地,本发明涉及一种内燃机燃料、优选是柴油的供油泵总成,所述泵总成包括泵体;至少一个缸,其形成在泵体上,并沿轴线延伸;在缸的一端处形成在泵体上的阀座;用于选择性地控制供给到缸的燃料的进口阀,其容纳在阀座内部并且包括阀体;和在阀体和泵体之间绕轴线延伸并适配在阀座内部的环形密封件。
背景技术
目前已知的上述类型的泵总成存在如下缺点,当使用高压燃料时可能会出现内部压力损失。本发明的目的是提供一种内燃机燃料、优选是柴油的供油泵总成,其不具有上述缺点,并且实现起来简单和廉价。
发明内容
根据本发明提供了一种内燃机燃料、优选是柴油的供油泵总成,所述泵总成包括泵体;至少一个缸,其形成在泵体上,并沿轴线延伸;在缸的一端处形成在泵体上的阀座;用于选择性地控制供给到缸的燃料的进口阀,其容纳在阀座内部并且包括阀体;和在阀体和泵体之间绕轴线延伸并适配在阀座内部的环形密封件;所述泵总成的特征在于:所述阀体定位成沿着阀体的接触表面接触环形密封件,并靠近邻近密封件的径向内周缘的表面部分;所述阀体沿着邻近密封件的径向外周缘的另一表面部分具有环形台阶。
由于本发明,阀体和密封件之间的接触表面面积比现有技术中的更小;所以阀体和密封件之间的接触压力比现有技术中的更大。通过这种方式,部件之间的相对运动和由此带来的磨损和内部压力的损失减少了。
根据一个优选实施例,环形台阶具有表面,该表面与密封件轴向分离,并径向上在密封件的表面的至少三分之一上延伸。

参照图1和2,1为用于向内燃机(未示出)供给燃料、优选是柴油燃料的泵总成的整体。
泵总成1包括:泵体2,其具有带有给定的纵向轴线Al的中心孔(未示出);带有泵送缸的高压泵4,其用于将燃料供给到所述内燃发动机(未示出);和齿轮泵(已知且未示出),用于将燃料供给到泵4。
泵4包括至少一个头部5,头部5具有设置在其内部的缸6,缸6沿位于一平面内、横向于(优选垂直于)轴线Al的轴线A2延伸。此外,缸6可滑动地接合相应的泵送活塞7。
头部5具有穿过头部5与轴线A2同轴设置、并与缸6相连通的中心孔11。孔11限定出阀座12。
阀座12内部安置进口管道18,以用于选择性地控制燃料沿进口管道13供给到所述缸6内。
头部5还具有输送管道19,输送管道19与缸6相连通,并在输送管道19内部安置已知类型的输送阀21,以用于选择性地控制沿输送管道19至所述内燃发动机(未示出)的燃料供给。
活塞7通过驱动装置(在附图中未示出)以沿缸6做往复直线运动而进行移位,该往复直线运动包括用于吸取燃料进入缸6的进气冲程和用于压缩包括在所述缸内的燃料的压缩冲程。
进口阀门18包括阀体25,阀体25绕轴线A2延伸,并通过环形密封件26与头部5相接触,环形密封件26设置在阀体25与头部5之间并相对于轴线A2垂直安装,并通过锁定部件27、特别是封闭盖27被轴向地锁定在头部5内侧,封闭盖27被拧到处于阀座12内部的头部5的螺纹表面29上。

由于头部5、阀体25和密封件26都承受上述径向推力,头部5和密封件26的相对径向运动以及密封件26和阀体25的相对径向运动相对较小,因此头部5、阀体25和密封件26的磨损也相对有限。
此外,由于阀体25被设置成与密封件26沿着比现有技术更小的接触表面45接触,阀体25和密封件26之间的接触压力大于现有技术,因此阀体25和密封件26的相对运动相对较小。相比于现有技术,以这种方式密封件26和阀体25沿着接触表面45的磨损减少了,压力损失也同样减少。
