Abstract

一种微型磁力传动离心泵。叶轮、内磁钢、泵轴组装成转子。泵体内安装轴承,放入转子。垫上密封圈,拧上泵体密封盖,安装上电磁铁、电路板。电磁铁产生的电磁场透过,由430导磁不锈钢构成的泵体,作用在内磁钢上,切割磁场使内磁钢转动。内磁钢转动的同时也带动整个转子转动,最终使水泵工作。

本发明涉及一种微型磁力传动离心泵装置,尤其是体积小、重量轻、结构简单、不漏液的水泵。
背景技术
长期以来,磁力传动离心泵的结构一成不变,即泵体、叶轮、内磁钢总成、轴套、隔离套、外磁钢总成、联接架、电机、止推环、泵轴、动环、静环、密封圈、排水螺栓。因此存在着体积大、重量大、结构复杂等方面的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有磁力传动离心泵的不足,本发明提供一种微型磁力传动离心泵。该微型磁力传动离心泵不仅体积小、重量轻、而且结构简单不漏液。以满足便携式设备对水泵体积、重量的要求。
为实现以上的目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:为了降低水泵的体积,重量。把原有结构简化成,由泵体、泵体密封盖、叶轮、内磁钢、泵轴、轴承、密封圈、电磁铁、直流无刷电机驱动电路板。从而实现了泵体与电机的融合,融合后的泵体厚度可以控在20毫米以内。其工作原理是电磁铁产生的磁场透过由430导磁不锈钢构成的泵体,切割磁场使内磁钢转动。内磁钢转动的同时也带动了由钢构成的泵轴、叶轮转动,使水泵工作。其制造方法是泵体用机床加工成型,叶轮用机床加工成型,内磁钢、泵轴、叶轮组合成转子,泵体内安放轴承,放入转子,垫上橡胶密封圈,拧上由430导磁不锈钢构成的泵体密封盖,安装上电磁铁、电路板。
本发明的有益效果是,大大降低了水泵的体积,重量。使其能应用到便携式设备内部。

在图2中,叶轮(2)、内磁钢(3)、泵轴(4)组装成转子,泵体(1)内安装轴承(5),放入转子,垫上密封圈(6),拧上泵体密封盖(9),安装上电磁铁(7)、电路板(8)。

Claims (3)

1.一种水泵,在430导磁不锈钢构成的泵体中安放轴承。叶轮、内磁钢、泵轴组成转子,转子***轴承中。泵体外垫上密封圈,拧上泵体密封盖,安装上电磁铁、电路板。其特征是:泵体由导磁性能极佳的430导磁不锈钢构成。泵体内安放有轴承,以及由叶轮、内磁钢、泵轴组成的转子。泵体外垫上橡胶密封圈,拧上由430导磁不锈钢构成的泵体密封盖。泵体外固定有电磁铁、以及电路板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泵,其特征是:泵体由430导磁不锈钢构成。内磁钢由永磁铁构成。叶轮、泵轴、由钢构成。密封圈由橡胶构成。泵体密封盖由430导磁不锈钢构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水泵,其特征是:泵体内安放有轴承、转子。泵体外垫有密封圈。拧上密封盖、电磁铁、电路板。
