技术领域
本发明涉及一种离型膜,尤其是一种PP变色复合离型膜。
背景技术
离型膜,又称剥离膜、隔离膜、分离膜、阻胶膜、离形膜、薄膜、塑料薄膜、掩孔膜、硅油膜、硅油纸、防粘膜、打滑膜、天那纸、离型纸、silliconfilm、release film、release。通常情况下为了增加塑料薄膜的离型力,会将塑料薄膜做等离子处理,或涂氟处理,或涂硅(silicone)离型剂于薄膜材质的表层上,如PET、PE、OPP,等等;让它对于各种不同的有机压感胶(如热融胶、亚克力胶和橡胶系的压感胶)可以表现出极轻且稳定的离型力。
由于离型膜具有隔离、填充、保护、易于剥离等优点,因此被广泛的应用于各种电子、通信、机械等领域中。
PP,具有高透明度、光泽度和涂层附着力,因此广泛的用于制备离型膜。虽然PE具有很多优点,但是,PP薄膜的耐候性较差,更容易在光、热、氧等外部环境的作用下发生老化,这就影响了其使用范围。同时目前的离型膜,性能比较单一,通常仅用于隔离、填充。
因此,为了经济的发展,有必要开发出一种新的PP变色复合离型膜。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种PP变色复合离型膜。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种PP变色复合离型膜,包括薄膜层,所述薄膜层按重量份配比包括如下组分:
PP:50-60份;
PC:50-60份;
PBT:8-10份;即聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯;
PET:10-12份;
聚乙二醇单甲醚:15-20份;
PTFE:8-10份;
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯:8-10份;
聚苯硫醚:4-6份;
玻璃纤维:4-6份;
有机蒙脱土:4-6份;
聚醚醚酮纤维:2-4份;
热敏红:2-3份;
PVA:4-6份;聚乙烯醇
十二醇:8-10份;
壳聚糖:2-4份;
抗氧化剂1010:0.6-0.8份;
光稳定剂622:0.6-0.8份;
纳米TiO2:0.8-1.2份;

所述增稠剂为甲基羟乙基纤维素。
所述偶联剂为乙烯基三过氧化叔丁基硅烷。
所述有机蒙脱土为3-十六烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵改性的有机蒙脱土。
所述有机蒙脱土的制备方法为:将质量比为1:1的无机蒙脱土和3-十六烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵溶于质量分数为50%的乙醇水溶液中,混合均匀后加热至75℃,反应1小时,过滤,滤饼用乙醇清洗,干燥即得所述的有机蒙脱土。
1g无机蒙脱土需要15-20ml质量分数为50%的乙醇水溶液。
所述薄膜层材料的制备方法具体如下:按照重量配比称取所需原料,然后在氮气保护下,将称取的各原料搅拌均匀,室温搅拌60-80min,然后加热至60-80℃,搅拌2h,然后温度降低40-50℃,搅拌2h,最后冷却至室温即可得到所需的薄膜层材料。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著性有益效果:
本发明的离型膜,以PP和PC为主,辅以各种其他助剂,各组分之间相容性好,同时材料整体具有极佳的耐水性、耐溶剂性、耐药品性、耐腐蚀性、耐候性,可以在一些较为苛刻的环境下使用,同时其耐温性从通常的PP变色复合离型膜的耐130℃左右的高温提高到耐220℃以上的高温,拉伸强度提高150%左右,同时还具有散热储能作用,在用于隔离、填充过程中,如果所隔离、填充的设备过热,可以将多余热量吸收储备起来,达到了快速散热效果,功能更为多样化;并且本发明的离型膜可随温度的变化而变色,因此如果被隔离、填充的设备温度过高,可以直观的从离型膜的颜色变化上显示出来,具有警示作用;同时本发明的离型膜无需多余的胶黏剂情况下即具有较强的粘合性,避免了大量使用胶黏剂而带来的环境污染;本发明的离型膜,其薄膜层材料所用组分环保无毒,其制备方法简单、容易操作、条件温和,更适用于工业化生产,具有推广价值。

纳米TiO2:1.2份;
PP-g-MAH:0.8份;
增稠剂:甲基羟乙基纤维素:0.5份;
偶联剂:乙烯基三过氧化叔丁基硅烷:1份。
上述实施例中的有机蒙脱土,是通过如下方法制备而得:
将质量比为1:1的无机蒙脱土和3-十六烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵溶于质量分数为50%的乙醇水溶液中(1g无机蒙脱土需要15-20ml质量分数为50%的乙醇水溶液),混合均匀后加热至75℃,反应1小时,过滤,滤饼用乙醇清洗,干燥即得所述的有机蒙脱土。
本发明上述实施例其制备的薄膜层材料,可以先在150℃恒温干燥5h,然后通过双螺杆挤出机造粒,最后进行成型、收卷即可制得所需的复合型塑料薄膜。
本发明的离型膜,其薄膜层,采用PP、PC、PBT、PET、聚乙二醇单甲醚、PTFE、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯硫醚、有机蒙脱土、聚醚醚酮纤维、热敏红、硼酸、十二醇、PVA、壳聚糖、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂、PP-g-MAH等作为复合成分,制得的离型膜,各组分之间相容性好,同时材料整体的粘合性(剥离强度)、防水性能、力学性能、耐溶剂性能、耐高温性能、耐药品性能、阻燃性能、耐候性能优越,同时还具有散热储能作用,并且离型膜可随温度的变化而变色,因此如果被隔离、填充的设备温度过高,可以直观的从离型膜的颜色变化上显示出来,具有警示作用,功能更为多样化,其应用范围更为广泛。
最后需要在此指出的是:以上仅是本发明的部分优选实施例,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域的技术人员根据本发明的上述内容作出的一些非本质的改进和调整均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种PP变色复合离型膜,其特征在于:包括薄膜层,所述薄膜层按重量份配比包括如下组分:
PP:50-60份;
PC:50-60份;
PBT:8-10份;
PET:10-12份;
聚乙二醇单甲醚:15-20份;
PTFE:8-10份;
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯:8-10份;
聚苯硫醚:4-6份;
玻璃纤维:4-6份;
有机蒙脱土:4-6份;
聚醚醚酮纤维:2-4份;
热敏红:2-3份;
PVA:4-6份;
十二醇:8-10份;
壳聚糖:2-4份;
抗氧化剂1010:0.6-0.8份;
光稳定剂622:0.6-0.8份;
纳米TiO2:0.8-1.2份;
PP-g-MAH:0.6-0.8份;
增稠剂:0.3-0.5份;
偶联剂:0.8-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PP变色复合离型膜,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为甲基羟乙基纤维素。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PP变色复合离型膜,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为乙烯基三过氧化叔丁基硅烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PP变色复合离型膜,其特征在于:所述有机蒙脱土为3-十六烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵改性的有机蒙脱土。
5.根据权利要求4所述的PP变色复合离型膜,其特征在于:所述有机蒙脱土的制备方法为:将质量比为1:1的无机蒙脱土和3-十六烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵溶于质量分数为50%的乙醇水溶液中,混合均匀后加热至75℃,反应1小时,过滤,滤饼用乙醇清洗,干燥即得所述的有机蒙脱土。
6.根据权利要求5所述的PP变色复合离型膜,其特征在于:1g无机蒙脱土需要15-20ml质量分数为50%的乙醇水溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的PP变色复合离型膜,其特征在于:所述薄膜层材料的制备方法具体如下:按照重量配比称取所需原料,然后在氮气保护下,将称取的各原料搅拌均匀,室温搅拌60-80min,然后加热至60-80℃,搅拌2h,然后温度降低40-50℃,搅拌2h,最后冷却至室温即可得到所需的薄膜层材料。
