Abstract
本发明涉及一种阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,按质量百分比计,其原料组份包括:聚醚多元醇20~30%、催化剂35~45%、发泡剂1~5%、泡沫稳定剂1~5%、阻燃复配物2~8%、纳米协效剂25~35%和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯2~5%。本发明通过选择特定的阻燃复配物对聚氨酯材料进行阻燃,得到的硬质泡沫材料不含卤素、环保安全,极限氧指数可达36%,具有优良的阻燃性能、隔热性能。本发明首次将纳米矿物质作为阻燃协效剂和补强协效剂应用在聚氨酯发泡材料中,在提高材料阻燃性能的同时也确保了其力学强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于发泡塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫塑料是一种性能优良的绝热材料,在相同保温效果下,聚氨酯泡沫塑料的厚度仅为EPS材料的一半。由于聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有微孔密度小、机械性能优异、导热系数低、隔热强、耐老化、耐化学性等优势,更为重要的是它与其他基材的粘结性好,所以被广泛用作简易房屋、墙体、输暖管道、门窗等的保温隔热材料。根据不同物理性能的要求聚氨酯硬泡可以制成不同的形状,而且还可以现场喷涂直接施工成型,极大的节省成本。
聚氨酯泡沫塑料的泡沫密度小、比表面积大,而且泡体内部含有大量的气孔,更有利于气体的渗透;从结构上说,聚氨酯分子链上含有大量可燃烧的链节,分子链中碳氢比例较高,以上这些因素都会在聚氨酯材料燃烧时加快泡沫的燃烧速率。因而聚氨酯硬泡的极限氧指数(LOI)较低,在16%~18%之间,属于易燃的材料。
目前商品化的阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料主要是采用溴系阻燃剂和金属氢氧化物阻燃剂来进行阻燃,但溴系阻燃剂因含卤素而存在环保问题;金属氢氧化物阻燃剂添加量大,对制品的表面和力学性能影响较大。
近年来,有人尝试将纳米结构引入阻燃领域,以期获得性能优异的高效阻燃材料。纳米粒子的粒径一般为1~10 nm,是一种介于固体和分子间的亚稳中间态物质。由于纳米粒子的颗粒尺寸很小,表面积与体积的比例随之增大, 常引起其物理化学性质的突变。将无机纳米粒子均匀而个别地分散在聚合物基体中,可以提高其韧性和强度。同时,研究发现,有些纳米无机物还可以起到阻燃协效剂的作用,当加入聚合物中时,使材料燃烧时炭层的致密程度明显提高,从而达到增强阻燃的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种环保、阻燃性能、隔热性能和力学性能更优异的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料的制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,按质量百分比计,其原料组份包括:
聚醚多元醇 20~30%
催化剂 2~5%
发泡剂 1~5%
泡沫稳定剂 1~5%
阻燃复配物 2~8%
纳米协效剂 25~35%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 35~45%
其中,所述阻燃复配物由阻燃剂和成炭剂按重量比1~5:1的比例混合而成,所述阻燃剂为磷酸酯、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺磷酸类化合物、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和次磷(膦)酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
优选地,所述的磷酸酯为甲基磷酸二甲酯、乙基磷酸二乙酯、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)和间苯二酚(二苯基磷酸酯)中的一种或几种的组合。
优选地,所述的三聚氰胺磷酸类化合物为三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)和三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐(MPOP)中的一种或几种的组合。
优选地,所述的次磷(膦)酸盐为次磷酸盐、二乙基次膦酸盐(如二乙基次磷酸铝,ADP)、苯基次膦酸盐(如苯基次膦酸铝,AIPP)、甲基环己基次膦酸盐、羟烷基苯基次膦酸盐和磷杂环戊烯次膦酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
优选地,所述成炭剂为季戊四醇笼状磷酸酯(如PEPA)、季戊四醇和焦磷酸哌嗪中的一种或几种的组合。
优选地,所述的聚醚多元醇的牌号为4110,羟值为420~460mgKOH/g,黏度为2900~4500mPa·s。
优选地,所述的催化剂为乙二胺、环己胺、辛酸钾和乙酸钾中的一种。
优选地,所述的泡沫稳定剂是有机硅泡沫稳定剂,所述的发泡剂是水。
优选地,所述的纳米协效剂为纳米矿渣、纳米膨胀珍珠岩粉、纳米分子筛和纳米蒙脱土中的一种或几种的组合。
上述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
按配方量比例称取聚醚多元醇、催化剂、泡沫稳定剂和发泡剂,以800~1200转/分钟的搅拌速度混合30~90秒,然后加入阻燃复配物和纳米协效剂继续搅拌30~90秒,最后加入多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯,继续混合10-20秒后,立即浇铸到模具中,待其固化成型后即制得所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明,但不限于这些实施例。
本发明阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料按如下方法制备而成:
按配方量比例称取聚醚多元醇、催化剂、泡沫稳定剂和发泡剂,以1000r/min的搅拌速度混合60s,然后加入阻燃复配物和纳米协效剂继续搅拌60s,最后加入多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯,继续混合10s后,立即浇铸到模具中,待其固化成型后即制得本发明的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料。
实施例1
本实施例制备阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料的原料配方如下:
聚醚多元醇4110 22%
乙二胺 3%
水 3%
有机硅泡沫稳定剂 2%
二乙基次膦酸铝 11%
焦磷酸哌嗪 8%
DMMP 11%
纳米分子筛 5%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 35%
实施例2
本实施例制备阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料的原料配方如下:
聚醚多元醇4110 22%
环己胺 2%
水 3%
有机硅泡沫稳定剂 2%
三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐 10%
大分子三嗪成炭剂 10%
DEEP 10%
纳米蒙脱土 4%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 37%
实施例3
本实施例制备阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料的原料配方如下:
聚醚多元醇4110 24%
辛酸钾 2%
水 2%
有机硅泡沫稳定剂 2%
次磷酸铝 10%
季戊四醇 10%
RDP 8%
纳米矿渣 4%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 38%
实施例4
本实施例制备阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料的原料配方如下:
聚醚多元醇4110 21%
乙酸钾 2%
水 4%
有机硅泡沫稳定剂 2%
苯基次磷酸铝 10%
季戊四醇笼状磷酸酯 10%
BDP 10%
纳米膨胀珍珠岩粉 3%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 38%
实施例5
本实施例制备阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料的原料配方如下:
聚醚多元醇4110 25%
环己胺 2%
水 4%
有机硅泡沫稳定剂 1%
甲基环己基次膦酸盐 10%
焦磷酸哌嗪 5%
三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐 10%
纳米蒙脱土 3%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 40%
实施例6
对上述按实施例1~5中的原料配方加工制得的聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料进行性能测试,结果参见表-1。
测试标准:
极限氧指数(LOI)测试参照ASTM D2863标准;
压缩强度测试参照GB/T8813-2008;
导热系数测试参照GBT 10294-2008;

从表-1可以看出,本发明阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料具有非常好的阻燃效果,极限氧指数均能达到33%以上,最高可达36%,并且导热系数低,有非常好的隔热性能,同时力学性能也保持较好。

Claims (10)
1.一种阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,其原料组份包括:
聚醚多元醇 20~30%
催化剂 2~3%
发泡剂 1~5%
泡沫稳定剂 1~5%
阻燃复配物 25~30%
纳米协效剂 3~5%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 35~45%
且所有组份之和为100%;其中,所述阻燃复配物由阻燃剂和成炭剂按重量比1~5:1的比例混合而成,所述阻燃剂为磷酸酯、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺磷酸类化合物、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐和次磷(膦)酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述的磷酸酯为甲基磷酸二甲酯、乙基磷酸二乙酯、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)和间苯二酚(二苯基磷酸酯)中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述的三聚氰胺磷酸类化合物为三聚氰胺磷酸盐、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐和三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述的次磷(膦)酸盐为次磷酸盐、二乙基次膦酸盐、苯基次膦酸盐、甲基环己基次膦酸盐、羟烷基苯基次膦酸盐和磷杂环戊烯次膦酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述成炭剂为季戊四醇笼状磷酸酯、季戊四醇和焦磷酸哌嗪中的一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇的牌号为4110,羟值为420~460mgKOH/g,黏度为2900~4500mPa·s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为乙二胺、环己胺、辛酸钾和乙酸钾中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述的泡沫稳定剂是有机硅泡沫稳定剂,所述的发泡剂是水。
9.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料,其特征在于:所述的纳米协效剂为纳米矿渣、纳米膨胀珍珠岩粉、纳米分子筛和纳米蒙脱土中的一种或几种的组合。
10.权利要求1~9中任意一项权利要求所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
按配方量比例称取聚醚多元醇、催化剂、泡沫稳定剂和发泡剂,以800~1200转/分钟的搅拌速度混合30~90秒,然后加入阻燃复配物和纳米协效剂继续搅拌30~90秒,最后加入多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯,继续混合10-20秒后,立即浇铸到模具中,待其固化成型后即制得所述的阻燃聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料。
