一种雪梨雪莲果复合保健饮料,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨450-500、雪莲果130-140、黄瓜100-120、金针菇菌丝体干粉20-25等;本发明的果汁,用雪梨和雪莲果等混合制备,口感好,生津止渴,添加金针菇菌丝体提取物,有抗菌消炎、促进新陈代谢的功效,配合绿豆汁,有清热解毒的作用,以及荷叶、瞿麦、金银花、桂花、沙棘等提取物的添加,增强了本发明果汁抗菌消炎、清热解毒的功效,有很好的保健功效。

本发明涉及一种雪梨雪莲果复合保健饮料,尤其涉及一种雪梨雪莲果复合保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,食品行业也在发生着变化,食品在口味以及产品种类上做出了很大的突破,但是很少有食品具有特殊的功效,这越来越不能满足人们堆高生活水品的要求。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种雪梨雪莲果复合保健饮料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种雪梨雪莲果复合保健饮料,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨450-500、雪莲果130-140、黄瓜100-120、金针菇菌丝体干粉20-25、绿豆40-45、柠檬草粉1-2、红茶菌液60-70、荷叶8-10、瞿麦5-7、金银花6-7、桂花6-7、沙棘4-6、薏仁8-10、通泉草1-2、冰糖粉46-50、水适量。
一种雪梨金针菇复合饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨、雪莲果洗净,取其果肉,将黄瓜洗净,混合放入榨汁机中,加入其体积2-3倍量的纯净水,榨汁,过滤,得果汁备用;
(2)将金针菇菌丝体干粉置于容器中,倒入其5倍质量的水,浸润30-35分钟,再置于超声波发生器中进行超声破壁处理,重复破壁处理三次,每次20-25分钟,将每次破壁滤液合并,备用;
(3)将绿豆置于容器中,倒入柠檬草粉、适量的水,浸泡,泡至绿豆发软后,取出绿豆,沥干水,将绿豆放入袋中,置于冷冻室中冷冻4-5小时,再取出绿豆,置于锅中,倒入其体积3-4倍量的水,加热炖煮40-50分钟,冷却后过滤,得绿豆汁备用;
(4)将荷叶、瞿麦、金银花、桂花、沙棘、薏仁、通泉草用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得提取液备用;
(5)将剩余原料中除水外的其他物料与步骤1中的果汁、步骤2中的破壁滤液、绿豆汁、步骤4中的提取液合并,搅拌后灌装即可。

本发明的果汁,用雪梨和雪莲果等混合制备,口感好,生津止渴,添加金针菇菌丝体提取物,有抗菌消炎、促进新陈代谢的功效,配合绿豆汁,有清热解毒的作用,以及荷叶、瞿麦、金银花、桂花、沙棘等提取物的添加,增强了本发明果汁抗菌消炎、清热解毒的功效,有很好的保健功效。

实施例:
一种雪梨雪莲果复合保健饮料,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:雪梨450、雪莲果130、黄瓜100、金针菇菌丝体干粉20、绿豆40、柠檬草粉1、红茶菌液60、荷叶8、瞿麦5、金银花6、桂花6、沙棘4、薏仁8、通泉草1、冰糖粉46、水适量。
一种雪梨金针菇复合饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨、雪莲果洗净,取其果肉,将黄瓜洗净,混合放入榨汁机中,加入其体积2倍量的纯净水,榨汁,过滤,得果汁备用;

1.一种雪梨雪莲果复合保健饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨450-500、雪莲果130-140、黄瓜100-120、金针菇菌丝体干粉20-25、绿豆40-45、柠檬草粉1-2、红茶菌液60-70、荷叶8-10、瞿麦5-7、金银花6-7、桂花6-7、沙棘4-6、薏仁8-10、通泉草1-2、冰糖粉46-50、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种雪梨金针菇复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨、雪莲果洗净,取其果肉,将黄瓜洗净,混合放入榨汁机中,加入其体积2-3倍量的纯净水,榨汁,过滤,得果汁备用;
