Abstract
一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁,由以下重量份原料制成:胡柚皮40-45、蓝莓汁130-150、食用明胶3-4、猕猴桃340-350、雪梨100-120、树莓50-60、红茶菌液70-80等;本发明的复合果汁,添加胡柚皮,富含纤维素、矿物质等对人体有益的活性成分,有较高的保健价值,促进人体健康,采用果冻添加的方式,口感更佳,还添加女贞子、败酱草、玉竹、灵芝、陈皮等提取物,有一定的清热解毒、增强机体机能等作用,以及红茶菌液和金针菇菌丝体破壁液的添加,有一定的延年益寿、抗病的作用。

本发明涉及一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁,尤其涉及一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,食品行业也在发生着变化,食品在口味以及产品种类上做出了很大的突破,但是很少有食品具有特殊的功效,这越来越不能满足人们堆高生活水品的要求。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁,由以下重量份原料制成:胡柚皮40-45、蓝莓汁130-150、食用明胶3-4、猕猴桃340-350、雪梨100-120、树莓50-60、红茶菌液70-80、金针菇菌丝体干粉28-33、女贞子5-6、败酱草4-5、玉竹6-8、灵芝6-8、陈皮7-8、啤酒花3-4、荷叶灰3-4、蔗糖20-70、水适量。
一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将胡柚皮洗净,沥干水,晒干后放入超微粉机中制成胡柚皮超微粉备用;将食用明胶与蓝莓汁同时放入锅中,加热搅拌,明胶融化后加入胡柚皮超微粉,不断搅拌,混匀后,冷却,形成果冻后,制成小果冻粒备用;
(2)将猕猴桃、雪梨、树莓洗净,取其果肉,与2-3倍体积的纯净水同时放入榨汁机中榨汁,将所榨汁过滤,得复合果汁备用;
(3)将金针菇菌丝体干粉置于容器中,倒入其5倍质量的水,浸润30-35分钟,再置于超声波发生器中进行超声破壁处理,重复破壁处理三次,每次20-25分钟,将每次破壁滤液合并,备用;
(4)将女贞子、败酱草、玉竹、灵芝、陈皮、啤酒花、荷叶灰用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤后得提取液备用;
(5)将剩余原料中除水外的其他物料与步骤1的小果冻粒、复合果汁、步骤3中的破壁滤液、步骤4中的提取液合并,混匀后包装即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明的复合果汁,添加胡柚皮,富含纤维素、矿物质等对人体有益的活性成分,有较高的保健价值,促进人体健康,采用果冻添加的方式,口感更佳,还添加女贞子、败酱草、玉竹、灵芝、陈皮等提取物,有一定的清热解毒、增强机体机能等作用,以及红茶菌液和金针菇菌丝体破壁液的添加,有一定的延年益寿、抗病的作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:胡柚皮40、蓝莓汁130、食用明胶3、猕猴桃340、雪梨100、树莓50、红茶菌液70、金针菇菌丝体干粉28、女贞子5、败酱草4、玉竹6、灵芝6、陈皮7、啤酒花3、荷叶灰3、蔗糖20、水适量。
一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将胡柚皮洗净,沥干水,晒干后放入超微粉机中制成胡柚皮超微粉备用;将食用明胶与蓝莓汁同时放入锅中,加热搅拌,明胶融化后加入胡柚皮超微粉,不断搅拌,混匀后,冷却,形成果冻后,制成小果冻粒备用;
(2)将猕猴桃、雪梨、树莓洗净,取其果肉,与2倍体积的纯净水同时放入榨汁机中榨汁,将所榨汁过滤,得复合果汁备用;

1.一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:胡柚皮40-45、蓝莓汁130-150、食用明胶3-4、猕猴桃340-350、雪梨100-120、树莓50-60、红茶菌液70-80、金针菇菌丝体干粉28-33、女贞子5-6、败酱草4-5、玉竹6-8、灵芝6-8、陈皮7-8、啤酒花3-4、荷叶灰3-4、蔗糖20-70、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种胡柚皮保健复合果汁的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将胡柚皮洗净,沥干水,晒干后放入超微粉机中制成胡柚皮超微粉备用;将食用明胶与蓝莓汁同时放入锅中,加热搅拌,明胶融化后加入胡柚皮超微粉,不断搅拌,混匀后,冷却,形成果冻后,制成小果冻粒备用;
(2)将猕猴桃、雪梨、树莓洗净,取其果肉,与2-3倍体积的纯净水同时放入榨汁机中榨汁,将所榨汁过滤,得复合果汁备用;
