Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于矫形膝支架的铰链关节,特别是用于使穿戴者或者医疗专业人员能快速有效地调整作用于膝关节的外侧矫正力的支架的铰链关节。
背景技术
本申请的铰链关节所用于的膝支架类型公开在美国专利6413232中。通过提供特征为一系列互锁齿且允许髁垫支撑的水平位移的弹簧加载的棘轮机构,在这一支架中通过三点压力***获得施加到膝关节上的外侧矫正力的矫正。然而,这是静态设备,即一旦经过调整,则在所有弯曲角度下均相同。结果,该关节增大了在整个运动范围中的内侧/外侧位移。
相似地,在美国专利6981957的膝支架中利用了一对铰链,其中一个铰链提供在后前位平面中的运动,而另一个铰链提供内外侧平面中的运动,从而总是施加压力,即使在坐下时也是如此。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供用于矫形膝支架的关节,该矫形膝支架使穿戴者或医疗专业人员能快速有效地调整施加在膝关节上的外侧矫正力,以便在足跟着地(完全伸展)最需要力时施加该力,但在屈曲期间放松加载。
该目的通过提供如下的关节实现,该关节通过在腿伸展时使髁套叠伸出以及在腿屈曲时使髁套叠缩入,能够对膝支架的三点压力***添加矫正。根据该关节的优选形式,该关节由髁凸轮部和髁驱动部形成,该髁凸轮部和髁驱动部随着腿屈曲和伸展而相对彼此运动。

具体实施方式
图1示出装配有根据本发明的关节的膝支架,意在例示由本发明的关节调整的三点压力***。如图所述,通过股骨交叉件或绑带以及胫骨交叉件或绑带,在腿的内侧(内部)建立两个力点,第三个力点发生在作用于膝部外侧髁的外侧关节处。增大和减小外侧髁处的加载改变了腿的弯曲角度,目的是最小化在完全伸展/足跟着地期间作用于腿的受损腔室的压力。
图2和图3示出了将图1所示的所述膝支架的股骨臂F与胫骨臂T连接的创新性的铰链关节J。如从图4至8看到的,本发明的铰链关节包括铆钉1、复位弹簧2、髁凸轮3、髁凸轮驱动器4、铰链盖5和连接螺钉6。髁凸轮3和髁凸轮驱动器4的内部面向彼此,并且分别设有斜面3A、4A。
髁凸轮驱动器4用两个螺钉6连接到股骨臂F,并且绕铰链盖5上的中央凸起5A转动。在铰链关节J的伸展期间,髁凸轮驱动器4随着关节J的股骨臂F转动。当髁凸轮驱动器4转动时,三个斜面4A抵靠髁凸轮3上的相对斜面3A滑动。斜面在彼此上的该移动迫使髁凸轮3抵靠膝髁的外侧伸展(伸出),同时压缩复位弹簧。两个突出部3B接合到铰链盖5中的互补形状的狭槽5B中,阻止髁凸轮3转动。
在关节J屈曲期间,复位弹簧2迫使髁凸轮3沿凸轮驱动器4中的斜面4A滑动,由此允许髁凸轮3退回到凸轮驱动器4中,结果减小了在膝部屈曲期间作用于膝部的外侧载荷,在完全屈曲时,髁凸轮完全退回。在另一方面,在完全伸展时,髁凸轮完全伸展。
因此,随着腿的角度的改变,本发明的铰链关节能够动态地改变施加到膝髁的外侧的压力,以便在足跟着地(即完全伸展)时,作用于腿的受损腔室的压力被最小化。就是说,髁凸轮在足跟着地最需要力时施加力,而在屈曲期间放松。
应理解的是,图1中所示的支架仅是存在的各种类型的膝支架中的一种,本领域的技术人员将理解,本发明的铰链关节能够整合到除所示支架外的许多其它类型的支架中。同样地,尽管所示的具体实施例具有三个斜面3A、4A,也可以使用其它数量的斜面,斜面的斜度相应地进行调整。类似地,尽管所示的具体实施例意在用作所谓的汤森(Townsend)运动关节(例如,见美国专利5259832),但本发明可易于修改用作齿轮传动的多中心关节或单枢轴关节。

Claims (4)

1.用在膝支架的三点压力***中的铰链关节(J),所述铰链关节(J)包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分能够连接到膝支架的股骨臂(F),所述第二部分被套叠安装到所述第一部分,
其特征在于,所述第二部分到所述第一部分的套叠安装构造为使得所述第二部分能够在腿伸展时套叠伸出所述第一部分以及能够在腿屈曲时套叠缩回到所述第一部分中,以便因为腿的角度的改变而改变施加到膝髁的外侧的压力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铰链关节,其中所述第一部分和所述第二部分均具有斜面(3A、4A),在屈曲和伸展期间,所述第二部分的斜面(3A)骑乘在所述第一部分的斜面(4A)上。
3.具有三点压力***的膝支架,该膝支架包括:
股骨臂(F),
胫骨臂(T),以及
将所述股骨臂(F)与所述胫骨臂(T)连接的铰链关节(J),
其中所述铰链关节(J)包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分被连接到所述股骨臂(F),所述第二部分被套叠安装到所述第一部分,
其特征在于,所述第二部分到所述第一部分的套叠安装构造为使得所述第二部分能够在腿伸展时套叠伸出所述第一部分以及能够在腿屈曲时套叠缩回到所述第一部分中,以便因为腿的角度的改变而改变施加到膝髁的外侧的压力。
4.根据权利要求3所述的膝支架,其中所述第一部分和所述第二部分均具有斜面(3A、4A),在屈曲和伸展期间,所述第二部分的斜面(3A)骑乘在所述第一部分的斜面(4A)上。
