Abstract

Description

用于控制一个接触器的电路
本发明涉及一种用于控制一个接触器的电路,在其中的接触器的控制电路中,一可控开关元件、一测量电阻和接触器线圈以串联形式接到一控制电压上,还设置了一个量取测量电阻的电压的吸动电流调节电路。
在文献DE-OS4321252中,对这类电路结构作了介绍。图2示出的一接触器的控制电路34包括一控制电压源的一整流器组7,和相互串联的一个接触器线圈1,一开关元件2和一个测量电阻3。一吸动电流调节电路24与测量电阻3相连,该电路通过一借助于一个驱动级26连接到开关元件2上的逻辑元件8与开关元件2有效连接。此外,一个用于给定一参照电压的额定值装置25接在吸动电流调节开关24上。逻辑元件8还与一个可编程的控制装置27和一个机械的操作装置28相连。此外,一电压整形级31将逻辑元件8或直接或通过一时间控制装置32连接到一个脉冲宽度调制器33上。
整流器组7包括一个第一全波整流器71,一控制电路34与之相连;一个第二全波整流器72,它为一电压整形级31的馈电电路和一空载运行控制装置30馈电。此外,在该馈电电路中还有一个电压馈电装置29,它为所有那些不直接由整流器组7馈电的该电路中的用电器提供工作电压。
一空载运行分路4与接触器线圈1相连,在该空载运行分路4中,一空载运行开关元件18和一个空转二极管17串联。空载运行开关元件18的控制输入端与空载运行控制装置30相连。空载运行控制装置30与电压整形级31之间保持信号联系。
该电路按以下方式工作:只要一较高控制级的一相应的控制信号接到接触器的控制电路34上,在控制电路34中便流过一控制电流。当接触器线圈1被施加电流时,接触器便吸动。采用下述方式可继续保持吸动电流的稳定,即从测量电阻3上量取一个与吸动电流值成比例的测量电压,并将其输入到具有一比较器的吸动电流调节电路24。该比较器将该测量电压与额定值调节装置25的一参照电压相比较。通过调节参照电压值可以改变比较器的开关阈。可选择的参照电压值分别适配于各吸动电流。比吸动电流小20至30倍的保持电流可通过一个与逻辑元件8耦合的脉冲宽度调制器得以实现。通过根据分压器当前的控制电压相应调制脉冲宽度可以获得开关元件2的不同的开启持续时间,采用这种方式可实现较低的保持电流。
该脉冲宽度调制器需要多个部件,主要有一个单稳态触发器,一个振荡器和一个RC-元件。考虑到经济性,不需采用脉冲宽度调节器的方案具有特别的优点。
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种上述种类的只需少量元件且费用低的电路。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即在上述种类的电路中,一个由另一个电子开关元件和另一电阻组成的串联电路与测量电阻并联。
本发明的优选扩展结构由从属权利要求2至4给出。
下面结合图1详细说明本发明的一实施例。图1所示的电路结构基本上与说明书开始部分描述的图2中的电路结构一致,所以在此仅说明对本发明重要的不同之处。根据本发明的电路不含有脉冲宽度调制器33,而由一个由欧姆电阻41和一电子开关元件40组成的与测量电阻3并联的串联电路代替了脉冲宽度调制器33,该电子开关元件40可由时间控制装置32控制。与吸动区间和保持区间无关,由额定值调节装置25给定的参照电压在吸动电流调节电路24中总是相等的。在吸动区间和保持区间之间的转换仅需采用一个可转接的分路,该分路由两个可并联的电阻3和41组成。为得到吸动区间所需的较高的电流,可通过开关元件40,例如一开关三极管并联两个分路电阻3和41。
下述操作过程涉及该电路的功能。在接触器接通后,在电压整形级产生一个低值的控制电压的波形,接着计算出该电压中间值,并将其输入到电压接线夹(Spannungsrampe)。如果达到了电压接线夹的开关阈,则通过时间控制装置32进入例如持续时间为100ms的吸动区间。这一过程由经驱动级26和开关元件2接通的逻辑元件8进行控制。在吸动区间,开关元件40(例如一开关三极管)也是闭合的,其在吸动区间的接通持续时间也由时间控制装置32预给定。由于分路电阻3和41的并联结构,在达到由额定值调节装置25给定的参照电压时,在吸动区间流过的电流远远高于其后持续约100ms的保持区间的电流,在该保持区间,开关三极管是断开的。由此可借助唯一一个参照电压通过相应调整两个分路电阻3和41产生一个吸动电流与保持电流之间的任意比例关系。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于控制一个接触器的电路,其中在接触器的控制回路(34)中,一可控开关元件(2),一测量电阻(3)和一接触器线圈(1)相互串联地接到一控制电压源上,还设有一吸动电流调节电路(24),用于量取电阻(3)上的电压,其特征在于:一个由另一电子开关元件(40)和另一测量电阻(41)组成的串联电路与测量电阻(3)并联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电路,其特征在于:所述另一开关元件(40)与一个时间控制装置(32)有效连接,该时间控制装置给定所述另一开关元件(40)的接通状态的持续时间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电路,其特征在于,时间控制装置(32)仅在继电器的吸动区间影响所述另一开关元件(40)的接通状态。
4.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的电路,其特征在于:给定所述另一电阻(41)的值,使得在吸动区间流过接触器线圈(1)的吸动电流在达到其额定值时在测量电阻(3)上形成这样一个电压值,该电压值等于在保持区间流过接触器线圈(1)和测量电阻(3)的保持电流在达到其额定值时在测量电阻(3)上形成的电压值,其中该电压值相应于吸动电流控制装置(24)预给定的参照电压(25)。
