Abstract

本发明涉及一种气动快开百叶蝶阀,在阀体内由多组蝶板组成,每一组蝶板上都设有独立的驱动装置控制其开或关动作,百叶蝶阀通过以气源为动力对其进行快开(或快关),慢关(或慢开)速度可调,关闭(或开启)位置中停等功能,由于百叶蝶阀内设有多组独立驱动的蝶板,当其中一组蝶板出现故障不能正常启动,其它几组不受影响仍然可以正常使用,提高了使用的可靠性,防止原有产品中一组蝶板损坏影响整台百叶蝶阀不能正常使用的缺陷。它适合在西气东输压气站尾气余热发电工程,应急情况下快速排气,防止燃气机憋压造成设备损坏事故发生。

气动快开百叶蝶阀
【技术领域】
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用燃气例如天然气的差压发电***中防止***出现故障时要求对烟气进行快速排放,防止造成憋压对***设备造成损坏。
【背景技术】
西气东输一、二线压缩机拖动型燃气轮机排出的430℃~510℃烟气直接排到大气,不仅造成能源的浪费,而且污染环境。随着燃气轮机尾气余热回收利用装置及***不断的研发和完善将扩阔被推广应用;如CN 203892022,U201420336413.2《一种燃气轮机尾气余热回收利用装置及***》记载中该***的气轮机尾气余热回收利用***工作状态下蒸汽发电装置或尾气排放装置出现故障等,为避免燃气轮机出现超压停机等状况,将快速开启安全阀门,防止***憋压造成设备损坏。目前该安全阀门一般是采用气动百叶阀,现有百叶蝶阀的结构如中国专利号为ZL201420303312.5《阀门快开快关液压控制***》ZL201420601862.5《一种百叶阀门》、201420279055.6《一种手动百叶阀》、200920153662.7《刚性百叶阀》、200820002187.9《气动百叶阀》一般是采用一个驱动装置带动整个百叶阀,由于该阀是在应急情况下使用,其可靠性要求非常高,由于阀板边缘比较单薄非常容易在高温下变形,如有一个阀板、阀轴变形直接影响密封效果,严重将整台百叶阀全部不能正常开启,另外由于采用一个驱动装置,其启动力矩大,采用气缸或油缸必然将缸径或行程加大,因此所造成的耗气量或油量加大,从而降低开启速度。
【发明内容】
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种启动力矩小,开启速度快,密封效果好,整体使用可靠性高,确保一个阀板变形卡涩另外几个阀板照样能正常开启或关闭的目的,防止烟气在燃气轮机尾气余热 回收利用***中造成憋压事故发生的气动快开百叶蝶阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:气动快开百叶蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、阀轴和驱动装置,所述的位于阀体内设有多个蝶板通过与对应的多根阀轴安装在一起,所述的阀轴通过安装在阀体上的后箱体内的轴承和前箱体内的轴承受定位卡片限制在阀体内旋转;所述的多根阀轴分别设有曲柄,所述的每一个曲柄各自通过机旁控制箱操作驱动装置分别驱动各自对应的蝶板在阀体内完成对应的开启或关闭动作。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的机旁控制箱内设有主气管、快进电磁阀、快排电磁阀、副气管一、慢速电磁阀、调速阀、手动控制阀组成,实施驱动装置7对气动快开百叶蝶阀进行快开、慢关、中停和现场手动操作功能。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的阀体内设有密封挡板、T形密封挡板一、T形密封当板二分别与蝶板上的密封框在关闭时对应接触。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的阀轴两端设有定位槽。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:解决了各自蝶板动作不受其它蝶板干涩、动作可靠,开启速度快;蝶板强度高,蝶板密封框和阀体T形密封挡板在使用过程中不容易变形,密封性能好等优点。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,包括阀体1、蝶板2、阀轴3和驱动装置7,所述的位于阀体1内设有多组蝶板2通过与对应的多根阀轴3安装在一起;所述的阀轴3通过安装在阀体1上的后箱体5内的轴承10和前箱体8内的轴承10受定位卡片4限制在阀体1内旋转;所述的多根阀轴3分别设有曲柄13;所述的每一个曲柄13各自通过机旁控制箱6操作驱动装置7,分别驱动各自对应的蝶板2在阀体1内完成对应的开启或关闭动作;所述的驱动装置7通过支架9安装在前箱体8上,所述的驱动装置7可采用气动装置或液动装置。
如图2、3所示,所述的机旁控制箱6内设有主气管6.3、快进电磁阀6.4、快排电磁阀6.6、慢速电磁阀6.9、调速阀6.13、手动控制阀6.10组成,实施驱动装置7对气动快开百叶蝶阀进行快开(快关)、慢关(慢开)、中停和手动现场操作功能。所述的主气管6.3将储气罐6.1内的压缩空气经过气源三大件6.2减压过滤后通过快进电磁阀6.4的开启或关闭,将接通或切断压缩空气进入驱动装置7后气腔,驱动装置7的前气腔通过主排气管6.7与快排电磁阀6.6的开启或关闭进行快速排气或锁气;所述的主气管6.3通过旁路副气管一6.8与慢速电磁阀6.9和手动控制阀6.10的进气口P连接;所述的慢速电磁阀6.9出气口A通过副气管三6.12与主进气管6.5接通,中间设有调速阀6.13控制压缩空气量;所述的慢速电磁阀6.9出气口B通过副气管二6.11与主排气管6.7接通,中间设有调速阀6.13控制压缩空气量;所述的手动控制阀6.10排气口A通过副气管五6.15与主进气管6.5接通,手动控制阀6.10排气口B通过副气管四6.14与主排气管6.7接通;当需要快开时:将快进电磁阀6.4和快排电磁阀6.6同时开启,压缩空气快速进入驱动装置7后端腔内同时驱动装置7的前端腔内的压缩空气通过主气管6.3和快排电磁阀6.5快速排出,达到快开目的;气动快开百叶蝶阀开启到位后由设置在阀轴3上的限位调整器11和安装在前箱体8上的限位开关14发出位置到位信号,随后关闭快进电磁阀6.4和 快排电磁阀6.5停止进气和排气;当需要慢关时:此时快进电磁阀6.4和快排电磁阀6.5处在关闭状态,开通慢速电磁阀6.9上的进气口P与出气口B、慢速电磁阀6.9上的出气口A与排气口R进行排气,慢速电磁阀6.9上的出气口B压缩空气通过设置在副气管二6.11上的调速阀6.13调整出气量后进入连接在驱动装置7上的主排气管6.7内,驱动装置7行程速度快慢取决于进气量的大小,反之接通慢速电磁阀6.9上的进气口P和出气口A为慢关;如需中停将慢速电磁阀6.9处在中位双封闭状态,即出气口A和出气口B同时与进气口P和排气口R切断,将气源锁在驱动装置7内,此时阀门处在停止状态;当需要现场手动操作时:开启手动控制阀6.10,接通手动控制阀6.10进气口P和出气口A,同时手动控制阀6.10出气口B和排气口R进行排气,此时为阀门开启动作,接通手动控制阀6.10进气口P和出气口B,同时手动控制阀6.10出气口A和排气口R进行排气,此时阀门为关闭动作;在不需要手动操作时,将手动控制阀6.10处在中位双封闭状态阀门;通过气源控制使气动快开百叶蝶阀实施快开、慢关、中停和现场手动操作功能,反之可以将实施快关、漫开、中停和现场手动操作功能。
如图1、2所示,所述的阀体1内设有密封挡板1.1、T形密封挡板一1.2、T形密封当板二1.3分别与蝶板2上的密封框2.1在关闭时对应接触;所述的蝶板3中间有龙芯2.3、两侧有蝶片2.2和四周有密封框2.1组成,由于四周设有密封框2.1增加了蝶板机械强度,确保了密封框2.1的平整度;由于T形密封当板增加了密封挡板的机械强度,使之不容易变形,同时阀体1内设有多条T形密封挡板一1.2和T形密封当板二1.3增加阀体1的机械强度,提高了在使用过程中的密封性能。
如图1所示,所述的阀轴3两端设有定位槽3.1与定位卡片4限制阀轴3轴向自由位移,防止蝶板2在阀体1内一边位移,同时避免了阀轴在高温情况下热胀后产生一边位移,造成卡涩现象发生;所述的阀轴3顶端设有位置调整器11通过螺钉12安装在一起。

1.一种气动快开百叶蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、蝶板(2)、阀轴(3)和驱动装置(7),其特征在于:位于阀体(1)内设有多个蝶板(2)通过与对应的多根阀轴(3)安装在一起,所述的阀轴(3)通过安装在阀体(1)上的后箱体(5)内的轴承(10)和前箱体(8)内的轴承(10)受定位卡片(4)限制在阀体(1)内旋转;所述的多根阀轴(3)分别设有曲柄(13),所述的每一个曲柄(13)各自通过机旁控制箱(6)操作驱动装置(7)分别驱动各自对应的蝶板(2)在阀体(1)内完成对应的开启或关闭动作;所述的机旁控制箱(6)内设有主气管(6.3)、快进电磁阀(6.4)、快排电磁阀(6.6)、副气管一(6.8)、慢速电磁阀(6.9)、调速阀(6.13)、手动控制阀(6.10)组成,实施驱动装置( 7) 对气动快开百叶蝶阀进行快开、慢关、中停和现场手动操作功能;所述的主气管(6.3)将储气罐(6.1)内的压缩空气经过气源三大件(6.2)减压过滤后通过快进电磁阀(6.4)的开启或关闭,将接通或切断压缩空气进入驱动装置(7)后气腔,驱动装置(7)的前气腔通过主排气管(6.7)与快排电磁阀(6.6)的开启或关闭进行快速排气或锁气;所述的主气管(6.3)通过旁路副气管一(6.8)与慢速电磁阀(6.9)和手动控制阀(6.10)的进气口P连接;所述的慢速电磁阀(6.9)出气口A通过副气管三(6.12)与主进气管(6.5)接通,中间设有调速阀(6.13)控制压缩空气量;所述的慢速电磁阀(6.9)出气口B通过副气管二(6.11)与主排气管(6.7)接通,中间设有调速阀(6.13)控制压缩空气量;所述的手动控制阀(6.10)排气口A通过副气管五(6.15)与主进气管(6.5)接通,手动控制阀(6.10)排气口B通过副气管四(6.14)与主排气管(6.7)接通;当需要快开时:将快进电磁阀(6.4)和快排电磁阀(6.6)同时开启,压缩空气快速进入驱动装置(7)后端腔内同时驱动装置(7)的前端腔内的压缩空气通过主气管(6.3)和快排电磁阀(6.6 )快速排出,达到快开目的;气动快开百叶蝶阀开启到位后由设置在阀轴(3)上的限位调整器(11)和安装在前箱体(8)上的限位开关(14)发出位置到位信号,随后关闭快进电磁阀(6.4)和快排电磁阀(6.6 )停止进气和排气;当需要慢关时:此时快进电磁阀(6.4)和快排电磁阀(6.6 )处在关闭状态,开通慢速电磁阀(6.9)上的进气口P与出气口B、慢速电磁阀(6.9)上的出气口A与排气口R进行排气,慢速电磁阀(6.9)上的出气口B压缩空气通过设置在副气管二(6.11)上的调速阀(6.13)调整出气量后进入连接在驱动装置(7)上的主排气管(6.7)内,驱动装置(7)行程速度快慢取决于进气量的大小,反之接通慢速电磁阀(6.9)上的进气口P和出气口A为慢关;如需中停将慢速电磁阀(6.9)处在中位双封闭状态,即出气口A和出气口B同时与进气口P和排气口R切断,将气源锁在驱动装置(7)内,此时阀门处在停止状态;当需要现场手动操作时:开启手动控制阀(6.10),接通手动控制阀(6.10)进气口P和出气口A,同时手动控制阀(6.10)出气口B和排气口R进行排气,此时为阀门开启动作,接通手动控制阀(6.10)进气口P和出气口B,同时手动控制阀(6.10)出气口A和排气口R进行排气,此时阀门为关闭动作;在不需要手动操作时,将手动控制阀(6.10)处在中位双封闭状态阀门;通过气源控制使气动快开百叶蝶阀实施快开、慢关、中停和现场手动操作功能,反之可以实施快关、慢 开、中停和现场手动操作功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动快开百叶蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)内设有密封挡板(1.1)、T形密封挡板一(1.2)、T形密封当板二(1.3)分别与蝶板(2)上的密封框(2.1)在关闭时对应接触。
