本发明涉及一种新型汽车阻尼板由表层、夹层及底层组成，所述的表层由发泡树脂构成，所述的夹层由弹性软质板材构成，所述的底层由硅藻材料构成，所述的表层上表面还涂有厚度为0.2mm～0.5mm香薰层，所述的表层上设有均匀分布透气孔，所述透气孔的孔密度为20个/cm2～60个/cm2，所述的夹层与表层之间夹设有空气净化层，所述的空气净化层为纳米活性炭吸附层，所述的表层、夹层及底层之间均通过粘结剂粘结固定。本发明的新型汽车阻尼板结构强度高；在具有隔热、减振与消音减噪的综合效果的同时，能够满足客户对车内熏香，空气净化等多方面的需求。

一种新型汽车阻尼板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用品，具体地说，涉及一种汽车阻尼板。
背景技术
噪声、振动和舒适性是衡量现代汽车制造水平的综合性技术指标，特别是对于轿车而言，车内噪声状况更是衡量轿车档次和品牌的重要标准之一。目前的阻尼板通常采用单一的材料，如沥青、橡胶等，消音减噪效果不佳，也无法满足车内熏香，空气净化等客户的多方面需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型汽车阻尼板，从而克服现有技术的阻尼板强度低，隔热效果差，消音减噪效果不佳，不能同时满足车内熏香，空气净化等客户的多方面需求。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
本发明的新型汽车阻尼板由表层、夹层及底层组成，所述的表层由发泡树脂构成，所述的夹层由弹性软质板材构成，所述的底层由硅藻材料构成。
优选的，所述的表层上表面还涂有厚度为0.2mm～0.5mm香薰层。
优选的，所述的表层上设有均匀分布透气孔，所述透气孔的孔密度为20个/cm2～60个/cm2。
优选的，所述的夹层与表层之间夹设有空气净化层。
优选的，所述的空气净化层为纳米活性炭吸附层。
优选的，所述的表层、夹层及底层之间均通过粘结剂粘结固定。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的新型汽车阻尼板结构强度高；在具有隔热、减振与消音减噪的综合效果的同时，能够满足客户对车内熏香，空气净化等多方面的需求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示，本发明的新型汽车阻尼板由表层1、夹层2及底层3组成，所述的表层1由发泡树脂构成，所述的夹层2由弹性软质板材构成，所述的底层3由硅藻材料构成，其中，所述的表层1上表面还涂有厚度为0.2mm～0.5mm香薰层4，所述的表层1上设有均匀分布透气孔，所述透气孔的孔密度为20个/cm2～60个/cm2，所述的夹层2与表层1之间夹设有空气净化层5，所述的空气净化层5为纳米活性炭吸附层，所述的表层1、夹层2及底层3之间均通过粘结剂粘结固定。
由此可见，本发明的新型汽车阻尼板结构强度高；在具有隔热、减振与消音减噪的综合效果的同时，能够满足客户对车内熏香，空气净化等多方面的需求。

1.一种新型汽车阻尼板，其特征在于，所述的汽车隔音阻尼板为由表层(1)、夹层(2)及底层(3)从上往下依次叠成的三层复合结构，所述的表层(1)由发泡树脂构成，所述的夹层(2)由弹性软质板材构成，所述的底层(3)由硅藻材料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车阻尼板，其特征在于，所述的表层(1)上表面还涂有厚度为0.2mm～0.5mm香薰层(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型汽车阻尼板，其特征在于，所述的表层(1)上设有均匀分布透气孔，所述透气孔的孔密度为20个/cm2～60个/cm2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车阻尼板，其特征在于，所述的夹层(2)与表层1之间夹设有空气净化层(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型汽车阻尼板，其特征在于，所述的空气净化层(5)为纳米活性炭吸附层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车阻尼板，其特征在于，所述的表层(1)、夹层(2)及底层(3)之间均通过粘结剂粘结固定。
