Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种数据传输及反馈处理方法及装置。本发明数据传输及反馈处理装置,包括:第一接收模块,用于接收第二设备发送的数据包,所述数据包携带序列号SN;识别模块,用于所述第一设备根据接收的数据包所对应的调度信息以及所述数据包所携带的SN识别异常情况;反馈模块,用于所述第一设备确定异常情况,并向所述第二设备发送反馈消息,所述反馈消息携带SN,以使第二设备根据所述SN向所述第一设备重传数据包。本发明实施例解决目前统一的HARQ重传次数无法满足对不同业务的QoS的要求的问题,满足了不同业务的QoS对HARQ重传的要求。
