Abstract

背景技术
本发明涉及一种用于计量流体的阀,其中,依据用于气体和液体的流体力学使用涌流或者流动的介质的上位概念流体。
已知的燃料喷射阀或者燃油喷射阀(DE 10 2005 061 424 A1)具有带有用于燃料或者燃油的流入通道的连接管套,所述连接管套在延伸穿过电磁铁的空心的磁芯和穿过具有用于控制计量开口的关闭头的空心的阀针的用于燃料的流动通道中延伸。为了能够滤出在燃料中的异物颗粒,所述异物颗粒由于其大小可能在喷射阀中引起堵塞或者损坏,在连接管套的流入通道中使用过滤器装置。所述过滤器装置具有过滤罐,所述过滤罐带有流体不可穿流的罐底部和布置在罐套区域中的如滤布、格网或者筛子这样的过滤器结构。在罐开口的区域中,过滤罐被径向突出的环形凸缘包围,所述环形凸缘密封地贴靠在流入通道的通道壁上。燃料轴向地进入过滤罐中并且径向地穿过在罐套区域中的过滤器结构再次从过滤罐流出。
在这样的燃料喷射阀或者燃油喷射阀中已经发现,主要来自燃料***或者燃油***的制造过程和装配过程并且聚集在过滤器装置中的较大的单个颗粒引起过滤器结构的损坏、例如割开细孔的滤布,从而在进一步的运行中在燃料中的污物可以不受阻碍地进入该阀中并且在那里导致密封性问题和功能变化。
发明内容
本发明的用于计量流体的阀具有这样的优点:通过设置粗滤器和在流体的流动方向上设在其后的细滤器显著地提高过滤器装置对流体中较大的颗粒的牢固性,例如所述颗粒在使用过滤器装置的流体***的制造和装配过程中产生。所述粗的颗粒收集在作为预滤器使用的、明显更稳定的粗滤器中并且因此不能够损坏细滤器的网眼细密的过滤器结构。因此确保,通常包含在流体中的较小的颗粒可靠地收集在未受损坏的细滤器中并且不能够进入阀中。因此,在很大程度上阻止密封性问题以及阀的功能和计量准确性的变化并且显著地增大阀的耐用性。
根据本发明一个有利的实施方式,粗滤器和细滤器分别配置为过滤罐,所述过滤罐具有罐开口、关闭的、不可以被流体穿流的罐底部、设有至少一个过滤器窗口的罐套和在罐开口上超过罐套径向地突出的环形凸缘,所述环形凸缘密封地压紧到流动通道的通道壁上。粗滤器的至少一个过滤器窗口具有粗网眼的或者粗孔的过滤面并且细滤器的至少一个过滤器窗口具有网眼细密的或者细孔的过滤面。这样的过滤罐可以制造技术简单地制造为统一的注塑成型件。替代地也可能的是:仅仅以注塑成型工艺制造过滤罐并且将其注塑成型到由金属织物组成的过滤面上。
可以以不同的方式将两个过滤罐组合成过滤器装置。因此,粗滤器和细滤器可以这样布置在流动通道中,使得细滤器的罐开口面对粗滤器的罐底部并且到罐底部具有净距离。替代地,过滤罐可以这样布置在流动通道中,使得所述过滤罐的罐底部或者所述过滤罐的罐开口彼此面对。在此,不仅罐底部而且罐开口都可以直接地相互贴靠或者彼此之间具有净距离。在过滤器装置的所有这些变型中,流体依次穿流粗滤器和细滤器的过滤面。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,两个过滤罐的罐底部相互贴靠并且彼此一件式地实施。由此,过滤器装置构成可简单地制造并且可有利地装配的结构单元。存在于过滤器装置的两个相互背离的端部上的环形凸缘在流动通道中稳定地支撑过滤器装置并且迫使流体依次穿流粗滤器和细滤器的过滤面。
根据本发明的一种替代的实施方式,两个分别包围罐开口的环形凸缘也可以相互贴靠并且彼此一件式地实施。在这种情况下,过滤器装置仅仅中间支撑在流动通道中。
此外,本发明涉及一种用于布置在被流体穿流的流动通道中的过滤器装置,该过滤器装置具有粗滤器和与该粗滤器固定连接的细滤器,其中,所述细滤器在过滤器装置的预先给定的穿流方向上布置在粗滤器后方。

例如在内燃机中,在图1中以纵截面示出的用于计量流体的阀用作用于将燃油或者燃料喷射到内燃机的吸气管或者燃烧室中的喷射阀或者用作用于计量到内燃机的废气管中的尿素水溶液的计量阀。所述阀也可以用在以热油或者气体运行的加热设备中和气体发动机中。

在根据图5至7的过滤器装置40的实施例中,粗滤器41和细滤器42实施为单独的结构元件,在所述粗滤器和细滤器装入流动通道35中之后,所述粗滤器和细滤器构成过滤装置40。两个过滤器41,42又构造为过滤罐43,如以上对它们所说明的那样。在全部的三个实施例中,过滤罐43这样装入流动通道35中,使得流体以粗滤器41和细滤器42的顺序穿流两个过滤器41,42。在此,通过密封地贴靠在流动通道35的通道壁上的、包围罐开口435的环形凸缘434确定流体的强制导向。在图5至7中的过滤器装置40的实施例的区别仅仅在于两个过滤罐43在流动通道35中的取向。
在图5的实施例中,两个过滤罐43以相同的取向并且彼此之间具有净距离地布置,从而细滤器42的罐开口435面对粗滤器41的罐底部431并且与其间隔开。流体在两个过滤器41,42中通过罐开口435流入并且又通过过滤面436流出。
在图6的实施例中,细滤器42的过滤罐43旋转180°装入流动通道35中,从而粗滤器41和细滤器42的罐底部431相互面对并且相互间隔开。该布置与根据图1至4的结构统一的过滤器装置40一致,但是区别在于:罐底部431不相互连接,而是相互间隔开。两个罐底部431也可以直接相互贴靠。
在根据图7的过滤器装置的实施例中,粗滤器41和细滤器42的过滤罐43这样装入流动通道35中,使得罐开口435相互面对并且环形凸缘434以其端面直接相互贴靠。替代地,两个环形凸缘434也可以在轴向上相互间隔开。流体通过粗滤器41的过滤面436流入,穿流两个罐开口435并且通过细滤器42的过滤面436又从过滤器装置40流出。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于计量流体的阀,具有一从流体入口(13)通往计量开口(17)的、用于所述流体的流动通道(35)并且具有一布置在所述流动通道(35)中的、被所述流体穿流的过滤器装置(40),其中,所述过滤器装置(40)具有一粗滤器(41)和一在流动方向上设在所述粗滤器(41)之后的细滤器(42),其中,所述粗滤器(41)和所述细滤器(42)分别构造为过滤罐(43),所述过滤罐具有一罐开口(435)、一不可被流体渗透的罐底部(431)、一设有至少一个过滤器窗口(433)的罐套(432)和一在罐开口(435)上径向突出超过所述罐套(432)的环形凸缘(434),所述环形凸缘密封地压紧到所述流动通道(35)的通道壁上,并且所述粗滤器(41)的所述至少一个过滤器窗口(433)具有粗网眼或者粗孔的过滤面(436)并且所述细滤器(41)的所述至少一个过滤器窗口(433)具有细网眼或者细孔的过滤面(436),其特征在于,所述过滤罐(43)制造为注塑成型件,所述过滤面(436)要么以注塑成型工艺制造要么由过滤器织物组成,其中,粗滤器(41)和细滤器(42)的过滤罐(43)布置在所述流动通道(35)中,从而使得所述细滤器(42)的罐开口(435)面对所述粗滤器(41)的罐底部(431)并且具有到所述罐底部(431)的净距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述罐套(432)具有三个分别以120°彼此错开的过滤器窗口(433)并且所述过滤面(436)固定在所述罐套(432)的面对罐中心的内侧上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀,其特征在于,所述过滤面(436)由金属织物组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀,其特征在于,具有过滤面(436)的所述过滤罐(43)制造为结构统一的注塑成型件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀,其特征在于,所述过滤面(436)由金属织物或者金属格栅组成,所述注塑成型件注射成型到所述金属织物或者金属格栅上。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀,其特征在于,所述阀是用于内燃机中的燃料喷射设备的燃料喷射阀。
