Abstract

本发明公开了一种洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组,包括箱体,箱体设中间隔板分为排风侧、新风侧,新风侧箱体设有带温湿度传感器的新风口、送风口,箱体内依次设有过滤器Ⅰ、紧凑型热管式节能盘管、风机、加湿器、过滤器Ⅱ、过滤器Ⅲ,紧凑型热管式节能盘管包括三维热回收热管、预冷段、盘管、再热段,三维热回收热管平均分布在中间隔板的两边,下方设有带排水口的冷凝水盘,加湿器上设有控制单元,排风侧箱体设有排风口与回风口,箱体内依次设有三维热回收热管与风机,本发明将三维热回收热管与U型除湿热管结合起来使用,并设置相应的控制单元进行自动控制,达到节能目的的同时,有效的控制温湿度并杀菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组。
背景技术
洁净手术室用空调机组已广泛地应用于医院的手术室,室外的空气通过初效、中效、高效过滤器经房间上的出风口进入手术间,洁净的空气将室内的污染空气从回风口推出,使手术室内始终保持洁净的状态。
随着医疗水平的提高以及人们对医疗条件要求的不断提高,对洁净手术室的洁净度要求也越来越高,提高手术室洁净度的主要手段就是在新风空调机组中安装高级别的净化设备。
现有技术中,洁净手术室的空调机组占用空间大,管道复杂,浪费能源,且由于设备复杂,安装费用高,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组,包括箱体,所述箱体设有中间隔板,箱体分为排风侧与新风侧,所述新风侧箱体两侧设有新风口与送风口,所述新风口与送风口设有温湿度传感器,箱体内由新风口侧到送风口侧依次设有过滤器Ⅰ、紧凑型热管式节能盘管、风机、加湿器、过滤器Ⅱ、过滤器Ⅲ,所述紧凑型热管式节能盘管包括三维热回收热管、盘管、U型除湿热管,所述三维热回收热管平均分布在中间隔板的两边,所述U型除湿热管包括预冷段、再热段,所述紧凑型热管式节能盘管下方设有带排水口的冷凝水盘,所述加湿器上设有控制单元,所述排风侧箱体两侧设有排风口与回风口,所述排风口设于新风口上方,所述箱体内由排风口至回风口依次设有三维热回收热管与风机。
所述过滤器Ⅰ、过滤器Ⅱ、过滤器Ⅲ分别可为初效过滤器、中效过滤器、高效过滤器。
所述紧凑型热管式节能盘管上设有杀菌涂层。
所述箱体使用的材料是镀锌钢板或不锈钢。
本发明的优点:将三维热回收热管与U型除湿热管结合起来使用,并设置相应的控制单元进行自动控制,达到节能目的的同时,有效的控制温湿度并杀菌。

如图1、2所示,洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组,包括箱体12,箱体设有中间隔板13,箱体分为排风侧14与新风侧15,新风侧箱体两侧设有新风口16与送风口17,新风口与送风口设有温湿度传感器21,箱体内由新风口侧到送风口侧依次设有过滤器Ⅰ1、紧凑型热管式节能盘管22、风机8、加湿器9、过滤器Ⅱ10、过滤器Ⅲ11,紧凑型热管式节能盘管包括三维热回收热管2、盘管4、U型除湿热管23,三维热回收热管2平均分布在中间隔板13的两边,U型除湿热管23包括预冷段3、再热段5,紧凑型热管式节能盘22管下方设有带排水口7的冷凝水盘6,加湿器9上设有控制单元20,控制加湿器的开启和关闭,排风侧14箱体两侧设有排风口18与回风口19,排风口18设于新风口16上方,箱体内由排风口18至回风口19依次设有三维热回收热管2与风机8,过滤器Ⅰ1、过滤器Ⅱ10、过滤器Ⅲ11分别可为初效过滤器、中效过滤器、高效过滤器,紧凑型热管式节能盘管22上设有杀菌涂层,箱体使用的材料是镀锌钢板或不锈钢,三维热回收热管2内充注环保冷媒,环保冷媒为R410、R134、R407等,本发明将三维热回收热管与U型除湿热管结合起来使用,并设置相应的控制单元进行自动控制,达到节能目的的同时,有效的控制温湿度并杀菌。

1.洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组,其特征在于:包括箱体,所述箱体设有中间隔板,箱体分为排风侧与新风侧,所述新风侧箱体两侧设有新风口与送风口,所述新风口与送风口设有温湿度传感器,箱体内由新风口侧到送风口侧依次设有过滤器Ⅰ、紧凑型热管式节能盘管、风机、加湿器、过滤器Ⅱ、过滤器Ⅲ,所述紧凑型热管式节能盘管包括三维热回收热管、盘管、U型除湿热管,所述三维热回收热管平均分布在中间隔板的两边,所述U型除湿热管包括预冷段、再热段,所述紧凑型热管式节能盘管下方设有带排水口的冷凝水盘,所述加湿器上设有控制单元,所述排风侧箱体两侧设有排风口与回风口,所述排风口设于新风口上方,所述箱体内由排风口至回风口依次设有三维热回收热管与风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组,其特征在于:所述过滤器Ⅰ、过滤器Ⅱ、过滤器Ⅲ分别可为初效过滤器、中效过滤器、高效过滤器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组,其特征在于:所述紧凑型热管式节能盘管上设有杀菌涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洁净手术室用热管型节能空调机组,其特征在于:所述箱体使用的材料是镀锌钢板或不锈钢。
