本发明公开了一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,涉及阀门领域,包括阀体、操作机构、碟板组件和阀杆,所述操作机构位于阀体的外部,所述阀杆的一端位于阀体的外部且与操作机构连接,另一端位于阀体的内部且与碟板组件连接,所述阀体内部有用于与碟板组件相配合的阀体密封面,所述碟板组件包括碟板、压板和密封环,所述密封环包括密封端和固定端,所述固定端位于碟板与压板之间,所述密封端位于碟板的外部,所述密封端用于与阀体密封面相配合,且所述密封端的横截面积小于所述碟板的横截面积。本发明不仅能够实现介质的零泄露,而且能够较好的改善开启和反向密封性能,能够扩大三偏心蝶阀的使用范围。

Description

一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体涉及一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是一种结构简单的调节阀,同时也可用于低压管道介质的开关控制,蝶阀通常包括阀体、阀杆、碟板和密封圈,阀杆、碟板和密封圈均设置在阀体的内部,阀杆与碟板连接,密封圈与碟板相配合。
传统的蝶阀通常用于常温、低压和密封性要求不高的场合,但是,随着现代工艺技术和材料工业的不断发展,为满足各种工况要求,蝶阀先后经历了从同心向单偏心、双偏心和三偏心的演变。三偏心蝶阀由于其优良的性能被广泛用于电力、石油化工、冶金炼钢、水处理、天然气开采、海上平台等各大工业领域的过程控制等各种重要管线上。
三偏心蝶阀在双偏心碟阀的阀杆轴心位置偏心的同时、使蝶板密封面的圆锥型轴线偏斜于本体圆柱轴线,使得蝶板的密封断面不再是真圆、而是椭圆、其密封面的形状也因此不对称:一边倾斜于本体中心线、另一边则平行于本体中心线。从而导致三偏心蝶阀的密封构造由位置密封变为扭力密封,其完全依靠阀座的接触面压来达到密封效果,与双偏心碟阀的依靠阀座的弹性变形达到密封效果完全不相同,且由于阀座的接触面压与介质的压力是成正比,因此,三偏心蝶阀能够用于高温高压的环境中。
现有的三偏心蝶阀在使用时,存在以下缺陷:
(1)三偏心蝶阀的密封面为锥形结构,加工精度的要求较高,加工难度较大,特别是金属硬密封结构的三偏心蝶阀,要实现介质的零泄漏十分困难。
(2)由于三偏心蝶阀的阀杆回转中心与阀体的中心存在偏心,因此存在介质不平衡力矩,对蝶阀开启和反向密封时有较大的不利影响,由于这两点原因的存在,使蝶阀的应用范围受到较大影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,不仅能够实现介质的零泄露,而且能够较好的改善开启和反向密封性能,能够扩大三偏心蝶阀的使用范围。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,包括阀体、操作机构、碟板组件和阀杆,所述操作机构位于阀体的外部,所述阀杆的一端位于阀体的外部且与操作机构连接,另一端位于阀体的内部且与碟板组件连接,所述阀体内部有用于与碟板组件相配合的阀体密封面,所述碟板组件包括碟板、压板和密封环,所述密封环包括密封端和固定端,所述固定端位于碟板与压板之间,所述密封端位于碟板的外部,所述密封端用于与阀体密封面相配合,且所述密封端的横截面积小于所述碟板的横截面积。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述密封环包括密封外套,所述密封外套内为一密封腔,所述密封腔内设置有一弹簧和一密封件,所述弹簧位于密封件的底部。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述密封外套的外侧设置有一垫片。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述密封外套采用金属材料制成,所述密封件采用非金属材料制成。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述碟板组件包括两工作状态:密封状态和开启状态。
在上述技术方案的基础上,当所述碟板组件为密封状态时,所述密封环的密封面位于阀体的密封面处,且与阀体紧密贴合。
在上述技术方案的基础上,当所述碟板组件为开启状态时,密封环的密封面位于阀体密封面以外,且密封环与阀体之间有一定的间隙。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述阀体的底部设置有下端盖,阀杆远离操作机构的一端与下端盖之间设置有对开环,阀杆的上部与阀体之间自上而下依次设置有填料盖板、填料压盖、填料和上轴套,阀杆的下部与阀体之间设置有下轴套。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明中带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,包括密封环,密封环包括密封端和固定端,固定端位于碟板与压板之间,密封端位于碟板的外部,密封端用于与阀体密封面相配合,且密封端的横截面积小于碟板的横截面积,由于三偏心蝶阀在开启和关闭过程中,存在蝶板密封面与阀体密封面相互干涉的情况发生,碟板的密封面越宽时,越容易发生干涉,本发明中密封端的横截面积小于碟板的横截面积,因此,密封面较窄,能够避免发生干涉,使用过程中密封效果较好,能够实现介质的零泄露;同时,密封面较窄的情况下,蝶阀所需的必须密封比压小,易于实现密封,同时也减小了由于偏心导致的介质产生的不平衡力矩,减小阀门启闭所需的力矩,也使阀门的反向密封效果得到提高,能够较好的改善开启和反向密封性能。
(2)本发明中带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,密封环包括密封外套,密封外套内为一密封腔,密封腔内设置有一弹簧和一密封件,弹簧位于密封件的底部,密封环在使用过程中,由于密封件顶部与阀体的密封面发生多次摩擦,会出现磨损,此时,弹簧会发生伸长,是的密封件的顶部与阀体的密封面紧密贴合,避免蝶阀在密封状态下发生泄漏,且能够延长蝶阀的使用寿命。
(3)本发明中带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,密封外套采用金属材料制成,密封件采用非金属材料制成,密封外套为金属材料,能够承受较大的外力,避免冲力过大发生变形,且密封外套与碟板、密封圈压板之间固定连接,密封外套的顶部在处于密封状态时抵持在阀体密封面上,保证在高温介质条件下密封件失效时,仍然能够实现较好的密封效果,使得蝶阀的环境适应能力强,能够增加蝶阀的应用范围广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,包括阀体2、操作机构8、碟板组件4和阀杆3,阀体2为一腔体结构,阀体2内部有一用于与碟板组件4相配合的阀体密封面19,阀杆3的一端位于阀体2的外部且与操作机构8连接,另一端位于阀体2的内部且与碟板组件4连接,当操作机构8转动时,能够通过阀杆3带动碟板组件4转动。
阀体2的底部设置有下端盖7,阀杆3远离操作机构8的一端与下端盖7之间设置有对开环6,阀杆3的上部与阀体2之间自上而下依次设置有填料盖板9、填料压盖1、填料10和上轴套11,阀杆3的下部与阀体2之间设置有下轴套5。
参见图2和图3所示,碟板组件4包括碟板17、压板13和密封环14,且密封环14包括密封端20和固定端21,固定端21位于碟板17与压板13之间,密封端20位于碟板17的外部,密封端20用于与阀体密封面19相配合,碟板组件4包括两工作状态:密封状态和开启状态,当碟板组件4为密封状态时,密封环14的密封面位于阀体2的密封面处,且与阀体2紧密贴合;当碟板组件4为开启状态时,密封环14的密封面位于阀体2密封面以外,且密封环14与阀体2之间有一定的间隙,介质可以通过。
参见图3所示,密封环14包括密封外套12,密封外套12的外侧设置有一垫片16,密封外套12内设置有密封腔,密封腔内设置有一弹簧18和一密封件15,弹簧18位于密封件15的底部。密封外套12采用金属材料制成,密封件15采用非金属材料制成,密封件15的密封端20的横截面积小于所述碟板17的横截面积。
密封环14在使用过程中,由于密封件15顶部与阀体2的密封面发生多次摩擦,会出现磨损,此时,弹簧18会发生伸长,是的密封件15的顶部与阀体2的密封面紧密贴合,避免蝶阀在密封状态下发生泄漏,且能够延长蝶阀的使用寿命。
密封外套12为金属材料,能够承受较大的外力,避免冲力过大发生变形,且密封外套12与碟板17、密封圈压板13之间固定连接,密封外套12的顶部在处于密封状态时抵持在阀体2密封面上,保证在高温介质条件下密封件15失效时,仍然能够实现较好的密封效果。
本发明实施例的工作原理为:三偏心蝶阀除阀杆3和阀板两个偏心外,碟板17密封面的圆锥型轴线偏斜于碟板17本体圆柱轴线,使得碟板17的密封断面不再是圆形,而是椭圆,其密封面形状不对称,一边倾斜于本体中心线、另一边则平行于本体中心线。因此三偏心蝶阀在开启和关闭过程中,存在蝶板密封面与阀体2密封面相互干涉的情况发生,碟板17的密封面越宽时,越容易发生干涉。
本发明实施例通过强度计算与三维仿真分析,在碟板17上设置一密封环14,通过密封环14与阀体2密封面配合,实现密封,密封环14包括密封外套12,密封外套12的外侧设置有一垫片16,密封外套12内设置有密封腔,密封腔内设置有一弹簧18和一密封件15,且密封件15的密封端20横截面积小于碟板17的横截面积,因此,能够减小密封宽度,,使阀门在较小的径向偏心范围内就能够避免启闭时干涉现象的发生。进而降低阀门启闭力矩,实现三偏心蝶阀的反向密封。
本实施例中的三偏心蝶阀在使用时,将蝶阀组装并调试后即可安装到管路上,参见图1所示,介质流向为蝶阀正向正向,即介质流向有利于密封的方向;反之,介质流向不利于密封。当介质流向不利于密封时,需要提供更高的密封力矩才能实现较好的密封效果。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围之内。本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,包括阀体(2)、操作机构(8)、碟板组件(4)和阀杆(3),所述操作机构(8)位于阀体(2)的外部,所述阀杆(3)的一端位于阀体(2)的外部且与操作机构(8)连接,另一端位于阀体(2)的内部且与碟板组件(4)连接,其特征在于:所述阀体(2)内部有用于与碟板组件(4)相配合的阀体密封面(19),所述碟板组件(4)包括碟板(17)、压板(13)和密封环(14),所述密封环(14)包括密封端(20)和固定端(21),所述固定端(21)位于碟板(17)与压板(13)之间,所述密封端(20)位于碟板(17)的外部,所述密封端(20)用于与阀体密封面(19)相配合,且所述密封端(20)的横截面积小于所述碟板(17)的横截面积;所述密封环(14)包括密封外套(12),所述密封外套(12)内为一密封腔,所述密封腔内设置有一弹簧(18)和一密封件(15),所述弹簧(18)位于密封件(15)的底部。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封外套(12)的外侧设置有一垫片(16)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封外套(12)采用金属材料制成,所述密封件(15)采用非金属材料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述碟板组件(4)包括两工作状态:密封状态和开启状态。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,其特征在于:当所述碟板组件(4)为密封状态时,所述密封环(14)的密封面位于阀体(2)的密封面处,且与阀体(2)紧密贴合。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,其特征在于:当所述碟板组件(4)为开启状态时,密封环(14)的密封面位于阀体(2)密封面以外,且密封环(14)与阀体(2)之间有一定的间隙。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的一种带有密封环的三偏心密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(2)的底部设置有下端盖(7),阀杆(3)远离操作机构(8)的一端与下端盖(7)之间设置有对开环(6),阀杆(3)的上部与阀体(2)之间自上而下依次设置有填料盖板(9)、填料压盖(1)、填料(10)和上轴套(11),阀杆(3)的下部与阀体(2)之间设置有下轴套(5)。
