Abstract

本发明涉及一种遮光布,其具有多个条状的光伏片(1),所述光伏片沿其纵向(L)通过一纱***(2)以接连排列或彼此间隔一定距离的方式构成一连续式产品,其中所述纱***(2)在至少一方向(K)上具有弹性,故通过将所述遮光布张紧,相邻的光伏片(1)间的垂直于所述纵向(L)的距离可得到调整。本发明还涉及一种对应的多层玻璃窗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括光伏元件的弹性遮光布及一种对应的多层玻璃窗。DE102010022059A1公开过一种同类型的遮光布,其不仅用于对住宅楼进行遮光,例如也用于对温室进行遮光,以便为植物培育提供最佳的气候条件。
背景技术
特别是就温室遮光而言,遮光装置宜采用以下构建方案:在用于对温室进行遮光时,此遮光装置至少成比例地将温室的能源需求覆盖。为此,DE20302826U1公开过一种多片百叶窗,其布置在双层玻璃窗的玻璃板之间,其中在叶片上布置有若干光伏元件。但这类多片百叶窗的缺点在于,当叶片与太阳入射方向平行,以供阳光入射至温室时,总是无法产生电能。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,以某种方式对同类型的遮光布及对应的多层玻璃窗进行进一步改进,从而即使是在不需要进行遮光的情况下,也能使用所述遮光布及多层玻璃窗来产生电能。
本发明用以达成上述目的的解决方案为一种具有权利要求1所述特征的遮光布,以及一种对应的具有权利要求12所述特征的多层玻璃窗。从属权利要求2至11以及13至14均与本发明的优选实施方式对应。
本发明的遮光布的特征在于,其具有多个条状的光伏片,所述光伏片沿其纵向通过一纱***以接连排列或彼此间隔一定距离的方式构成一连续式产品,其中所述纱***在至少一方向上具有弹性,故通过将所述遮光布张紧,相邻的光伏片间的垂直于所述纵向的距离可得到调整。
因此,与现有技术中公开过的遮光布相比,本发明的遮光布的特征在于,在所述遮光布张紧时,所述光伏元件的定向不发生改变,故总是能借助所述光伏元件来产生电能,而与所述遮光布所处于的操作位置无关。
因此,在本发明的一种最简单的实施方式中,在所述纱***处于松弛位置的情况下,所述光伏元件以紧邻方式接连排列,从而大体上实现完全遮光。在将所述纱***张紧时,所述光伏元件会彼此间隔一定距离,故光可通过在张紧期间构成于所述光伏元件间的间隙射入。但作为替代或附加方案,所述纱***也可以具有若干开口,所述开口在遮光布未张紧时处于封闭状态,并且在遮光布张紧时才曝露出来,以便进行透光。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述纱***可以沿所述遮光布的经向伸展,其中所述光伏片沿纬向延伸,因此,在所述纱***沿经向张紧的情况下,所述光伏片沿与光伏片的纵向延伸段垂直的方向彼此间隔一定距离。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,为实现所述光伏片的电接触,所述纱***具有若干沿经向延伸的彼此间隔一定距离的线束,所述线束由至少一线构成,其中每个线束的至少一线具有导电性。其中在所述光伏片中的至少一个上,在相邻的线束之间可布置有光伏元件。
为实现所述光伏片的电接触,或对构建于所述光伏片上的光伏元件进行电接触,根据本发明的另一实施方式,所述光伏片具有至少一沿纬向延伸的由导电材料构成的薄膜,其中至少一光伏元件在所述光伏片上与所述薄膜发生电接触。
作为上述实施方式的替代方案,根据另一实施方式,所述光伏片具有一纺织带,所述纺织带具有至少一沿所述遮光布的纬向延伸的导电的线或纱,其中至少一光伏元件在所述光伏片上与所述导电的线或纱发生电接触。
根据本发明,可将有机或无机的太阳膜作为纬纱送入所述遮光布或所述遮光针织物。在特别紧凑且轻量化的遮光布中,所述光伏片为可弹性变形的光伏薄膜或具有这类光伏薄膜。所谓“CIGS聚合物太阳能电池”例如便适用于上述方案。
根据另一实施方式,所述光伏片各具一承载片,在所述承载片上例如以粘合的方式固定有一光伏薄膜。其中,所述光伏薄膜可自所述承载片的顶面出发以围绕承载片的相对的纵边的方式到达承载片的底面,从而将所述承载片包围。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,在张紧状态下,所述遮光布具有若干位于相邻的光伏元件之间的开口,所述开口在所述遮光布张紧时才产生,或者,当所述遮光布未张紧时,所述开口被所述光伏元件遮盖。
为确保所述开口在所述遮光布未张紧时处于封闭状态,在所述遮光布具有弹性的方向上,所述纱***可以弹性张紧并具有与所述方向相反的预应力,因此,当所述遮光布未张紧时,所述在遮光布张紧时才产生的开口处于封闭状态。
就本发明的多层玻璃窗而言,在板片中间腔内容置有上述类型的遮光布。
可通过以下方式使得所述遮光布易于操作且免维护:在所述遮光布具有弹性的方向上,在板片中间腔中,所述遮光布在第一与第二位置之间受到线性导引,其中在所述遮光布的可动的牵拉末端(其与所述遮光布的不可动的固定末端相对)上布置有第一磁体,以及,在所述板片中间腔外布置有第二磁体,其中所述磁体建立起作用性耦合。
可通过以下方式将所述遮光布的操作复杂性减小至最低程度:在所述遮光布具有弹性的方向上,所述第二磁体可以沿一线性导引装置移动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的示范性实施方式进行说明。
图1为本发明的遮光布的第一实施方式的局部示意图,其中纱***2由多个平行间隔一定距离的线束3构成,其中每个线束3又由多个线4构成。尽管图中的线4平行延伸,但特定而言,本发明的纱***2也包括由经编织或针织的线4构成的线束。线束3沿遮光布的经向延伸,而光伏片1被作为纬纱送入纱***2,故光伏片1的纵向L恰好沿纬向,即垂直于纱***2的经向K延伸。在平行间隔一定距离的线束3之间,在光伏片1上设有若干光伏元件5。光伏元件5可为设于承载片上的光伏薄膜。在图1所示实施方式中,光伏元件5被设于铝膜6上,以便与其进行接触。此外,线束3具有若干导电的线,其用于对光伏元件5进行电接触。借助光伏片1的导电薄膜6及具有所述导电的线的线束3构建一主动矩阵,其用于对每个单独的光伏元件5进行独立的控制及读出。
图2所示遮光布与图1所示遮光布的区别在于,光伏片1并不具有导电薄膜,而是具有一纺织带7,该纺织带具有至少一沿纬向L延伸的导电的线8。所述导电的线8在纺织带7的整个长度范围内延伸,其中光伏片1的所有光伏元件5均通过线8发生接触。纺织带7与线束3(其又具有至少一导电的线)一同构成一主动矩阵,其用于对光伏元件5进行独立控制。
为简化显示,图1及2仅为本发明的遮光布的局部示意图。成品具有多个沿光伏片1的纵向L延伸的光伏元件5及多个平行间隔一定距离的线束3。线束3的数目、光伏片1的长度,以及光伏元件5的数目并不被限制为某一数目。同样地,附图所示产品可借助多个沿经向K平行式接连排列的条状光伏片1继续延伸。线束3在经向K上具有弹性,故可以沿经向K将所述遮光布张紧,来改变相邻光伏片1的垂直于光伏片1之纵向的距离。
为实现本发明,上述说明、附图及权利要求书中揭示的本发明的特征既可单独应用,也可任意组合应用。

Claims (14)

1.一种遮光布,具有多个条状的光伏片(1),所述光伏片沿其纵向(L)通过一纱***(2)以接连排列或彼此间隔一定距离的方式构成一连续式产品,其中所述纱***(2)在至少一方向(K)上具有弹性,故通过将所述遮光布张紧,使得相邻的光伏片(1)间的垂直于所述纵向(L)的距离可得到调整。
2.根据权利要求1所述的遮光布,其中,所述纱***(2)是可以沿经向(K)伸展的,其中所述光伏片(1)沿纬向(L)延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的遮光布,其中,所述纱***(2)具有若干沿经向(K)延伸且彼此间隔一定距离的线束(3),所述线束(3)由至少一线(4)构成,其中每个线束的至少一线(4)具有导电性。
4.根据权利要求3所述的遮光布,其中,在所述光伏片(1)中的至少一个上,在相邻的线束(3)之间布置有光伏元件(5)。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的遮光布,其中,所述光伏片(1)具有至少一沿纬向(L)延伸的由导电材料构成的薄膜(6),其中至少一光伏元件(5)在所述光伏片(1)上与所述薄膜(6)发生电接触。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的遮光布,其中,所述光伏片(1)具有一纺织带(7),所述纺织带包含至少一沿所述遮光布的纬向(L)延伸的导电的线(8),其中至少一光伏元件(5)在所述光伏片(1)上与所述导电的线(8)发生电接触。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的遮光布,其中,所述光伏片(1)具有若干可弹性变形的光伏薄膜。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的遮光布,其中,所述光伏片(1)各具一承载片,在所述承载片上例如以粘合的方式固定有至少一光伏薄膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的遮光布,其中,所述光伏薄膜自所述承载片的顶面出发以围绕承载片的相对的纵边的方式到达承载片的底面,从而将所述承载片包围。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的遮光布,其中,在张紧状态下,所述遮光布具有若干位于相邻的光伏片之间的开口,所述开口在所述遮光布张紧时才产生,或者,当所述遮光布未张紧时,所述开口被所述光伏片(1)遮盖。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的遮光布,其中,在所述遮光布具有弹性的方向上,所述纱***(2)可以弹性张紧并具有与所述方向相反的预应力,故当所述遮光布未张紧时,在所述遮光布张紧时才产生的开口处于封闭状态。
12.一种多层玻璃窗,其中,在板片中间腔中容置有如上述权利要求中任一项所述的遮光布。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的多层玻璃窗,其中,在所述遮光布具有弹性的方向上,所述遮光布在所述板片中间腔中在第一与第二位置间受到线性导引,其中在所述遮光布的牵拉末端上布置有第一磁体,以及,在所述板片中间腔外布置有第二磁体,其中所述磁体建立起作用性耦合。
14.根据权利要求12或13中任一项所述的多层玻璃窗,其中,在所述遮光布具有弹性的方向上,所述第二磁体可以沿一线性导引装置移动。
