Abstract

一种用于加热有耗介质的微波辐射器,它是由主辐射导体、扼流装置、软同轴线、套管、后盖等部分组成,本发明以同轴半波振子天线为基础,增大辐射体的直径以得到宽频带阻抗特性,适当调整辐射体长度以适应波长缩短效应,扼流装置采用硬同轴线能阻止能量沿馈线向后辐射,因此能量集中于微波辐射器首部高效地辐射出去,这种设计场分布均匀合理,因此整个辐射器损耗很小,效率高。

微波辐射器
本发明属于一种医疗器械,尤其是涉及一种用于加热有耗介质的微波辐射器。
随着微波在生物工程领域的广泛应用,微波辐射器技术显得日益重要,鉴于微波的传播特性,在以往的大部分应用中,微波辐射器一般工作于无耗的自由空间中,而且主要关心微波辐射器的远区场,而在大部分的生物工程应用中,主要利用微波辐射器的近区和近远区场,生物组织一般为有耗介质且介质参数很不稳定,特别是生物组织靠近微波辐射器,对微波辐射器的阻抗以及场分布带来较大影响,目前国内外的微波辐射器有单极子、螺旋式等多种形式,单极式辐射器,它只能在一点上集中辐射,效率低,而螺旋式辐射器由于螺旋距、螺旋线长及反射器的参数不尽合理,因此其辐射面积小,效率低。经国内专利文献检索,报道了一种微波辐射器,它存在阻抗特性差和频带窄、场分布不合理等缺点,导致在应用时,馈线和微波辐射器本身发热比较严重,能量不能有效地辐射到生物组织中去,所以说,现行的这些辐射器,由于结构、尺寸不合理,因此在应用中有一定的局限性。
本发明的目的在于提供了一种场分布均匀合理,辐射能量可集中于微波辐射器首部而且能够宽频带高效率工作的微波辐射器。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种由主辐射导体,扼流装置,套管,后盖等组成的微波辐射器,其特征在于:主辐射导体采用的芯线振子1是由一个金属条制作,它与硬同轴线2的芯线联结,硬同轴线2、外导体3、焊接环4组成了扼流装置,外导体3通过焊接环4与硬同轴线2连接。
本发明以同轴半波振子天线为基础,增大辐射体的直径以得到宽频带阻抗特性,适当调整辐射体长度以适应波长缩短效应,扼流装置采用硬同轴线能阻止能量沿馈线向后辐射,因此能量集中于微波辐射器首部高效地辐射出去。
由于本发明采用了改进的单极子天线,增宽了辐射频带,扼流装置采用硬同轴线减小了功率损失,这种设计场分布均匀合理,整个辐射器损耗很小,效率高,解决了微波器在应用时馈线和微波器本身发热的现象。
附图1是本发明微波辐射器的结构示意图。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作详细描述。
参照附图1,微波辐射器由芯线振子1、硬同轴线2、扼流器外导体3、扼流器焊接环4、同轴线连接器5、软同轴线6、辐射器套管7和辐射器套管后盖8组成。芯线振子1用铜条制作,在铜条中心钻一个小孔与硬同轴线2的芯线焊接,扼流器外导体3通过扼流器焊接环4与硬同轴线2连接组成了扼流装置,它的作用是可有效地阻止能量向辐射器后部辐射。硬同轴线2的芯线与软同轴线6的芯线焊接,同轴线连接器5是一个内径为4mm的铜管,将铜管套在焊接段上,连接器5的一端与硬同轴线2的外皮焊接,另一端将同轴电缆6的铜网均匀包在连接器5的外面并焊接起来,在辐射器外加辐射器套管7和套管后盖8,构成了一微波辐射器。芯线振子1的直径是硬同轴线2的芯线直径的2~20倍,长度是小于四分之一中心波长L1的某一长度L2,目的是使辐射器在中心频率最好地匹配,根据公式(1)和(2)可计算L1和L2的长度:
L1=C0/F0                       (1)
L2=C0/F0×(0.2~0.245)         (2)
其中    C0是空气中的光速,
        F0是辐射器的工作频率。
从扼流器外导体3开口处露出的硬同轴线2的外导体的长度与芯线振子1的长度相同,扼流器外导体3的长度取中心波长的四分之一,如果扼流器外导体3与硬同轴线2之间填充无耗介质的话,则扼流器外导体3的长度取中心波长的 倍,扼流器外导体3的直径应不小于硬同轴线2的外导体直径的1.5倍,使用硬同轴线的目的是使扼流器的特性阻抗保持稳定,对扼流器外导体3直径的要求是为了使扼流器的特性阻抗足够大。

Claims (1)

1.一种由主辐射导体,扼流装置,套管(7),后盖(8)等组成的微波辐射器,其特征在于;主辐射导体采用的芯线振子(1)是由一个金属条制作,它与硬同轴线(2)的芯线联结,硬同轴线(2)、外导体(3)、焊接环(4)组成了扼流装置,外导体(3)通过焊接环(4)与硬同轴线(2)连接,芯线振子(1)的直径是硬同轴线(2)的芯线直径的2~20倍,扼流器外导体(3)的直径是硬同轴线(2)外导体直径的1.5倍以上。
