本发明公开了一种空心圆管压制机,包括:机架;和安装在机架上的冲压机构;包括能够在竖直方向移动的冲头和导向模具,冲头下端设有冲针;导向模具上开设堵料孔、进料孔、出料孔以及连通前述三个孔的进料通道;冲头与堵料孔和出料孔同轴而设;冲头下降能够将堵料孔堵住,其下端的冲针能***出料孔中,冲针的外壁与出料孔的内壁之间形成环形空腔。本发明具有结构简单,适用性强的优点,尤其适用于对变化幅度较大的载荷进行全量程高精度测量。

一种空心圆管压制机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空心圆管压制机,属于管材加工设备领域。
背景技术
非金属管材是日常生活及工业生产中常见的一种工业产品,其制造方式为热融原料在模具中挤压成型。目前常见的制管机主要包括模具、模具里对应设有模芯。挤压出的管形模在冷却后成为成品管材。然而现有制管机存在工艺冗杂,操作麻烦,体积过大,结构复杂的问题,对于日常维护和修理,往往需要消耗大量的时间和人力。外次,用于挤出成型的模具和模芯之间还设有连接筋,由于该连接筋会对原料流动时造成一定的分流现象,因此在成型时分流出的原料会出现融合不均匀的现象。影响管壁的均匀度,造成缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种空心圆管压制机,其结构简单,易于操作且不会出现原料分流现象。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种空心圆管压制机,包括:
机架;
和安装在机架上的冲压机构;包括能够在竖直方向移动的冲头和导向模具,冲头下端设有可更换的冲针;导向模具上开设堵料孔、进料孔、出料孔以及连通前述三个孔的进料通道;冲头与堵料孔和出料孔同轴而设;冲头下降能够将堵料孔堵住,其下端的冲针能***出料孔中,冲针的外壁与出料孔的内壁之间形成环形空腔。
本发明中,机架上还设有能够在竖直方向移动的支架,导向模具与支架固定;支架上设有第三气缸或第三液压缸,进料通道贯通导向模具的一端与外界连通,在进料通道中滑动装入抽拉杆,抽拉杆的一端与液压缸的活塞杆连接;抽拉杆移动时能够堵住或打开进料孔。
本发明中,还包括水平设置的压板,支架上设有竖直的第一导柱,压板与第一导柱活动套装,在第一导柱外套装弹簧,弹簧位于压板和支架之间;机架上设有第二气缸或第二液压缸,其活塞杆能够碰触到压板将其往下压。
本发明中,支架通过滑轨滑动安装在机架上;机架上设有第一气缸或第一液压缸,第一气缸或第一液压缸的活塞杆能够将支架往下压。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
1.通过可竖直移动的冲头和冲针代替传统制管机里的模芯,巧妙的实现了冲针与挤出头的有效配合,从而消除了原料分流现象。
2.通过抽拉杆可以将进料通道里的残留原料挤出,防止多过原料在进料通道里积累造成堵塞影响设备的正常使用。
3.通过调节冲针在挤压孔里的位置来调整管材壁厚,确保满足生产要求。
4.在不生产的情况下,冲针***模具及冲拉杆中,避免了外露时受到外力冲击而弯曲损坏。
5.本发明结构简单,成本低,适用性强,易于推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实时例及附图对本发明技术方案作进一步详细描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
如图1和2所示,一种空心圆管压制机,包括机架,机架包括两个侧支撑板1,两个侧支撑板1之间连接有水平设置的第一固定台2和第二固定台3,以及竖直设置的第一连接板5。第一固定台2位于侧支撑板1的顶部,第二固定台3位于侧支撑板1的中部,上述部件组成了机架。第一固定台2上设置有第二气缸8,第二固定台3上设置有第一气缸7。
如图3和4所示,机架中还设有一个支架4,支架4通过竖直设置的滑轨19装配到连接板上。支架4包括一个水平台面,第一气缸7的活塞杆与该水平台面的后半部分连接从而带动支架4运动。该水平台面的前半部分上还设有两个第一导柱9,第一导柱9上套装弹簧10;该水平台面的前半部分的上方设有一个压板22,该压板22通过其上面开设的导向孔活动套装在两个第一导柱9上,并在重力作用下压在弹簧10上。压板22的底面对称设置两个冲头12,冲头12的底端设有冲针13。第二气缸8的活塞杆伸出时,能够顶到压板22的顶部使其向下运动。水平台面上开设用于冲头12穿过的通孔,水平台面的底部安装导向模具14。支架4的底面设有固定块21,固定块21上水平设置第三气缸18和两根第二导柱20。第二导柱20上活动套装连接块6,连接块6与第三气缸18的活塞杆连接。
如图5和6所示,导向模具14的一侧壁上开设两个水平向内的进料通道14.1,使得该进料通道14.1的一端与外界连通,另一端在导向模具14内部。导向模具14的顶面开设两个进料孔14.3和两个堵料孔14.2,其底面开设两个出料孔。每个进料通道14.1分别于一个进料孔14.3、一个堵料孔14.2和一个出料孔连通,且堵料孔14.2与对应的出料孔位于同一轴线上。进料孔14.3与进料管11连接,堵料孔14.2的直径小于冲头12的外径,使得冲头12下降时能够堵料孔14.2堵住,而冲针13能够***堵料孔14.2中。进料通道14.1中设有一根抽拉杆15,抽拉杆15的截面与进料通道14.1的内壁相适配,抽拉杆15的一端与连接块6连接,靠近另一端的地方开设校准孔15.1,校准孔15.1能够与堵料孔14.2对齐时,冲针13恰好能***该校准孔15.1中。当第三气缸18的活塞杆伸出时抽拉杆15向进料通道14.1的内端移动,依次将进料孔14.3和出料孔堵住;当活塞杆收缩时抽拉杆15向进料通道14.1的外端移动,使进料孔14.3和出料孔连通。出料孔处安装一个挤出头16,挤出头16上的挤出孔16.1的直径大于冲针13的直径,使得冲针13***挤出孔16.1中时,冲针13的外壁与挤出孔16.1的内壁之间形成环形空腔,从而将料挤成空心圆管。
如图7和8所示,第一连接板5上还设有定位块17,第三气缸18工作时,连接块6能够在定位块17的约束下无法进一步移动,起到了限位固定作用。
本发明的工作过程和原理:
首先,启动供料设备,使原料经过进料管11进入进料通道14.1中。此时抽拉杆15处于伸出状态,进料孔14.3与出料孔之间连通。此时第二气缸8启动,其活塞杆伸出,在碰触到压板22时带动压板22向下运动,冲头12***水平台面上的通孔中,而冲针13则穿过堵料孔14.2***挤出孔16.1中,由于堵料孔14.2的直径小于冲头12的直径,因此冲头12将堵料孔14.2堵住,防止原料从此处流出。由于冲针13和挤出孔16.1间形成环形空腔,因此原料从挤出孔16.1出来时自然形成空心圆管形结构。
当制管结束后,第三气缸18启动将抽拉杆15向导向模具14内***时,抽拉板先将进料孔14.3堵住使其无法进料,然后在控制第二气缸8使其活塞杆收缩,压板22在弹簧10的弹性势能作用下向上升起复位。冲针13及冲头12分别从挤出孔16.1和堵料孔14.2中抽出。然后抽拉杆15继续移动将堵料孔14.2和出料孔堵住,整个进料通道14.1被完全封闭。当抽拉杆15移动到极限位置时,再启动第二气缸8时冲针13***到抽拉杆15的校准孔15.1中,以防外力使冲针13弯曲损坏。
在圆管挤压成型的过程中,冲针13***挤出孔16.1中的长度也决定了圆管的质量,因此通过第一气缸7对支架4的高度进行调节,从而确保产品的质量。在抽拉杆15向导向模具14内***的过程中,能够将残留在进料通道14.1里的原料从挤出孔16.1挤出,防止在进料通道14.1里积累过多原料造成堵塞,确保设备的正常使用。使用时,可以通过更换不同直径大小的冲针13,生产不同壁厚的管材。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种空心圆管压制机,其特征在于:包括:
机架;
和安装在机架上的冲压机构;包括能够在竖直方向移动的冲头和导向模具,冲头下端设有可更换的冲针;导向模具上开设堵料孔、进料孔、出料孔以及连通前述三个孔的进料通道;冲头与堵料孔和出料孔同轴而设;冲头下降能够将堵料孔堵住,其下端的冲针能***出料孔中,冲针的外壁与出料孔的内壁之间形成环形空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心圆管压制机,其特征在于:机架上还设有能够在竖直方向移动的支架,导向模具与支架固定;支架上设有第三气缸或第三液压缸,进料通道贯通导向模具的一端与外界连通,在进料通道中滑动装入抽拉杆,抽拉杆的一端与液压缸的活塞杆连接;抽拉杆移动时能够堵住或打开进料孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种空心圆管压制机,其特征在于:还包括水平设置的压板,支架上设有竖直的第一导柱,压板与第一导柱活动套装,在第一导柱外套装弹簧,弹簧位于压板和支架之间;机架上设有第二气缸或第二液压缸,其活塞杆能够碰触到压板将其往下压。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种空心圆管压制机,其特征在于:支架通过滑轨滑动安装在机架上;机架上设有第一气缸或第一液压缸,第一气缸或第一液压缸的活塞杆能够将支架往下压。
