Abstract

本发明公开了封头传送带包括条状型传送带,所述传送带上设有一组凸起。本发明与传统技术相比,通过凸起设计,能够将封头固定住,当封头大于每组凸起的图案时,凸起全部集中于封头内部,由于封头的压边能够被凸起限制位移距离导致封头不会脱离传送带;当封头小于每组凸起组成的图案是,则将封头反向扣合于凸起中,凸起则利用封头自身底部的弧度架住封头使其不脱离传送带。

技术领域
本发明属于封头应用领域,具体涉及一种封头传送带。
背景技术
封头是石油化工、原子能到食品制药诸多行业压力容器设备中不可缺少的重要部件。由于封头是压力容器上的端盖,是压力容器的一个主要承压部件,起密封作用。封头在生产完成后,需要传送带输送进入下一道工序,传统的传送带多为条状,封头置于上面固定不稳,虽然封头是高密度金属制成,但是滑落难免会产生凹陷,情况严重的会影响其气密性,导致不能使用。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种封头传送带。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:封头传送带,包括条状型传送带,所述传送带上设有一组凸起。
其中,所述每组凸起的数目为6~15个。
其中,所述每组凸起围成圆形、方形或三角形。
其中,所述凸起的材质为橡胶。
其中,所述凸起的高度为2~15cm。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,通过凸起设计,能够将封头固定住,当封头大于每组凸起的图案时,凸起全部集中于封头内部,由于封头的压边能够被凸起限制位移距离导致封头不会脱离传送带;当封头小于每组凸起组成的图案是,则将封头反向扣合于凸起中,凸起则利用封头自身底部的弧度架住封头使其不脱离传送带。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的封头传送带,包括条状型传送带,所述传送带上设有一组凸起,每组凸起的数目为9个、围成圆形,所述凸起的材质为橡胶,高度为2~15cm。

1.封头传送带,包括条状型传送带,其特征在于,所述传送带上设有一组凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的封头传送带,其特征在于,所述每组凸起的数目为6~15个。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的封头传送带,其特征在于,所述每组凸起围成圆形、方形或三角形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的封头传送带,其特征在于,所述凸起的材质为橡胶。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的封头传送带,其特征在于,所述凸起的高度为2~15cm。
