技术领域
本发明涉及搭载在车辆的灯具。
背景技术
作为这种灯具,将安装作为光源的发光元件的挠性电路基板配置在灯室内的灯具为人们所公知(例如,参照专利文献1)。挠性电路基板具有可挠性,能变形,因此,能提高灯室内的发光元件的配置自由度。

从发光元件射出的光通过区分灯室的透光罩,朝所设定的方向照射。发光元件由于安装在挠性电路基板上,在发光元件非点灯时,通过透光罩能视认挠性电路基板,损害外观。为了避免这种事态,需要遮覆挠性电路基板的罩,增加部件成本及组装工时数。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供即使在发光元件非点灯时也不损害外观、能避免增加部件成本及组装工时数的技术。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一形态的灯具搭载在车辆上,所述灯具包括:
透明基板,包含导电层;
发光元件,支持在上述透明基板,与上述导电层电连接;
连接部,在上述透明基板的端部,与上述导电层电连接;以及
连接器,与上述连接部电连接。
发光元件支持在包含导电层的透明基板,因此,即使在发光元件非点灯时,从灯室的外侧视认支持各发光元件的基板很困难。因此,没有必要设置遮覆该基板的罩。由此,即使在发光元件非点灯时,也不会损害灯具的外观,能避免增加部件成本及组装工时数。
上述连接部可以构成为具有比上述透明基板高的可挠性。
根据这样的构成,容易将连接器配置在从灯室外侧难以视认的位置。由此,能减小遮覆连接器的罩的尺寸。又,通过使得连接部朝适当的方向弯曲,能减小透明基板的纵向的灯室的尺寸。换言之,能最大限度利用从灯室的外部能视认的部分,配置透明基板。因此,即使在发光元件非点灯时,也不会损害灯具的外观,能避免增加部件成本及组装工时数。
上述连接部可以构成为非透明。
通过利用比透明基板高的可挠性,使得连接部朝适当的方向弯曲,容易将不透明部分配置在从外侧难以视认的位置。由此,能减小遮覆该不透明部分的罩的尺寸。因此,即使在发光元件非点灯时,也不会损害灯具的外观,能避免增加部件成本及组装工时数。
上述连接部可以构成为挠性电路基板。该场合,上述连接器配置在上述挠性电路基板的第一面。又,在上述挠性电路基板的第二面的与上述连接器相对的位置,设有具有比上述透明基板低的可挠性的加强部件。
根据这样的构成,除了上述效果,还能对连接部给予用于得到连接器的配置自由度的高的可挠性,以及用于支持连接器的强度。又,通过利用加强部件,容易将连接器固定在灯室中合适处。
可以构成为设有与上述发光元件不同的光源。该场合,上述发光元件将光向上述透明基板的第一侧射出,从上述光源射出的光的至少一部分通过上述透明基板向上述第一侧照射。
根据这样的构成,除了上述效果,还能通过从发光元件射出的光和从光源射出的光重叠照射,形成以往没有的发光图案。又,在发光元件和光源的非点灯时,能提供视认为发光元件悬空在光源前方那样的、以往所没有的新颖外观。

具体实施方式
下面,一边参照附图一边详细说明本发明实施形态例,在以下实施形态中,虽然对构成要素,种类,组合,形状,相对设置等作了各种限定,但是,这些仅仅是例举,本发明并不局限于此。
在以下用于说明的各附图中,为了设为能识别各部件的大小,适当变更比例。在以下用于说明的“右”及“左”,表示从驾驶席看到的左右的方向。
图1表示以水平面切断本发明一实施形态涉及的左前照灯装置1的局部、从上方看到的状态图。左前照灯装置1是搭载在车辆的前部靠左、用于照明前方的装置。左前照灯装置1包括壳体2,以及安装在该壳体2、划分形成灯室3的透光罩4。在灯室3内,配置本发明一实施形态涉及的灯具单元10(灯具一例)。
图2(a)是表示灯具单元10的外观的正面图。图2(b)是表示灯具单元10的外观的侧面图。灯具单元10包括透明基板11,多个发光元件12,连接部13,以及连接器14。各发光元件12是构成为例如射出所设定色的光的发光二极管。
图2(c)是放大表示透明基板11的局部的截面图。透明基板11包括第一基体薄膜11a,第一导电层11b,第二基体薄膜11c,第二导电层11d,以及粘接层11e。第一基体薄膜11a,第一导电层11b,第二基体薄膜11c,第二导电层11d,以及粘接层11e都具有透光性。第一基体薄膜11a和第二基体薄膜11c由例如PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)构成。第一导电层11b和第二导电层11d由例如ITO(氧化铟锡)构成。
第一导电层11b叠层在第一基体薄膜11a上。第二导电层11d叠层在第二基体薄膜11c上。各发光元件12配置为受第一导电层11b和第二导电层11d夹持,第一导电层11b及第二导电层11d被电连接。粘接层11e粘接第一导电层11b和第二导电层11d,且将各发光元件12固定在所设定的位置。
从各发光元件12射出的光通过第二导电层11d及第二基体薄膜11c,朝图2(b)的上侧(第一侧的一例)射出。在图2(a)所示正面视图中,支持在透明基板11的各发光元件12通过第二基体薄膜11c和第二导电层11d,视认为好象悬空那样。
连接部13在透明基板11的纵向的端部与第一导电层11b及第二导电层11d电连接。即,连接部13包括电连接第一导电层11b和第二导电层11d的导电通路(没有图示)。
连接器14与连接部13电连接。即,连接器14包括与连接部13设有的导电通路电连接的端子(没有图示)。
如图1所示,供给来自没有图示的电源的电力的连接器20配置在灯室3。连接器20与连接器14连接。该电力经由连接器14及连接部13向透明基板11供给。在此,例如,利用第一导电层11b作为供电侧的导电路径,利用第二导电层11d作为接地侧的导电路径。各发光元件12因供给的电力而发光。灯具单元10配置在灯室3内,使得从各发光元件12射出的光向着透光罩4。即,灯具单元10配置为使得透明基板11的第二基体薄膜11c面向灯室3的外侧。
如上所述,各发光元件12支持在包含导电层的透明基板11。因此,即使在各发光元件12非点灯时,从灯室3的外侧视认支持各发光元件12的基板很困难。因此,没有必要设置遮覆该基板的罩。由此,即使在各发光元件12非点灯时,也不会损害灯具单元10的外观,能避免增加部件成本及组装工时数。
如图1所示,透明基板11具有可挠性,能在弯曲状态下配置在灯室3。连接部13具有比透明基板11高的可挠性。连接部13在灯室3的侧端部3a弯曲,在后方延伸。由此,连接器14配置在透明基板11的后方,与连接器20连接。在连接器14、20的前方,配置遮覆它们的罩30。
由于连接部13具有比透明基板11高的可挠性,容易将连接器14、20配置在从灯室3外侧难以视认的位置。由此,能减小遮覆连接器14、20的罩的尺寸。又,通过使得连接部13朝适当的方向弯曲,能减小透明基板11的纵向的灯室3的尺寸。换言之,能最大限度利用从灯室3的外部能视认的部分,配置透明基板11。因此,即使在各发光元件12非点灯时,也不会损害灯具单元10的外观,能避免增加部件成本及组装工时数。
在本实施形态中,连接部13是挠性电路基板。但是,只要具有能将通过连接器14供给的电力向支持在透明基板11的各发光元件12提供的导电通路,连接部13也可以由导线束构成。
上述部件一般不透明,但是,通过利用比透明基板11高的可挠性,使得连接部13朝适当的方向弯曲,容易将不透明部分配置在从外侧难以视认的位置。由此,能减小遮覆该不透明部分的罩的尺寸。因此,即使在各发光元件12非点灯时,也不会损害灯具单元10的外观,能避免增加部件成本及组装工时数。
如图2(b)所示,连接器14配置在连接部13(挠性电路基板)的上面13a(第一面的一例)。在连接部13的下面13b(第二面的一例)中的与连接器14相对的位置,设有加强部件13c。加强部件13c具有比透明基板11低的可挠性。
若根据这样的构成,除了上述效果,还能对连接部13给予用于得到连接器14的配置自由度的高的可挠性,以及用于支持连接器14的强度。又,通过利用加强部件13c,容易将连接器14、20的连接部分固定在灯室3中合适处。
如图1所示,灯具单元10进一步设有与各发光元件12不同的多个光源40。各光源40既可以是发光二极管、激光二极管、有机EL元件等的半导体发光元件,也可以是白炽灯、卤素灯、放电灯、霓虹灯等的灯光源。
灯具单元10进一步设有多个透镜41。各透镜41配置在多个光源40之中对应的一个和透明基板11之间。从各光源40射出的光的至少一部分通过对应的透镜41和透明基板11,向透明基板11的前方(第一侧的一例)照射。
可以合适地设定从各光源40射出的光的照射方向。在图1所示例中,从各发光元件12射出的光L1和从各光源40射出的光L2的照射方向不同。但是,可以适当地变更各光源40或各透镜41的配置等,以使得两者一致。也可以除了透镜41之外,再设置反射镜等光学元件,或者设置反射镜等光学元件代替透镜41,调节光L2的照射方向。
若根据这样的构成,除了上述效果,还能通过光L1和光L2重叠照射,形成以往没有的发光图案。又,在各发光元件12和各光源40的非点灯时,能提供视认为各发光元件12悬空在各光源40前方那样的、以往所没有的新颖外观。
上述实施形态是为了容易理解本发明,并不限定本发明。显然,本发明在不脱离其宗旨下可以变更/改进,本发明包含该等价物。
在上述实施形态中,透明基板11包括第一导电层11b和第二导电层11d。但是,只要能形成驱动各发光元件12的供电路径,也可以设为具有至少一层的导电层的结构。
在上述实施形态中,七个发光元件12支持在透明基板11。但是,只要能满足所希望的照明功能,可以任意设定发光元件12的数量。
即,搭载本发明涉及的灯具单元10的照明装置并不局限于左前照灯装置1。当然,可以搭载在右前照灯装置,对于各种标识灯等的搭载在车辆用照明装置的灯具,能适用本发明。
Claims (6)
1.一种灯具,搭载在车辆上,其特征在于,所述灯具包括:
透明基板,包含导电层;
发光元件,支持在上述透明基板,与上述导电层电连接;
连接部,在上述透明基板的端部,与上述导电层电连接;以及
连接器,与上述连接部电连接。
2.根据权利要求1记载的灯具,其特征在于:
上述连接部具有比上述透明基板高的可挠性。
3.根据权利要求2记载的灯具,其特征在于:
上述连接部非透明。
4.根据权利要求2或3记载的灯具,其特征在于:
上述连接部是挠性电路基板;
上述连接器配置在上述挠性电路基板的第一面;
在上述挠性电路基板的第二面的与上述连接器相对的位置,设有具有比上述透明基板低的可挠性的加强部件。
5.根据权利要求1~3记载的灯具,其特征在于:
设有与上述发光元件不同的光源;
上述发光元件将光向上述透明基板的第一侧射出;
从上述光源射出的光的至少一部分通过上述透明基板向上述第一侧照射。
6.根据权利要求4记载的灯具,其特征在于:
设有与上述发光元件不同的光源;
上述发光元件将光向上述透明基板的第一侧射出;
从上述光源射出的光的至少一部分通过上述透明基板向上述第一侧照射。
