本发明主要涉及到食品、药品包装机械领域,尤其涉及一种安瓿自动切割机,包括机架,机架上设置传送带,传送带连接驱动装置,传送带上设置挡块,机架上部设置刀架,刀架下部设置切刀,刀架一端通过铰轴固定到机架上,另一端通过铰轴连接气缸一端,气缸另一端连接气缸支架,气缸支架固定到机架上,机架下部设置感应器,感应器和气缸通过线路连接控制器。本发明实现安瓿瓶卡自动切割,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,提高了切割精度,节约了人工。

安瓿自动切割机
技术领域
本发明主要涉及到食品、药品包装机械领域,尤其涉及到一种安瓿自动切割机。
背景技术
塑料安瓿瓶卡目前主要是塑料瓶无菌包装设备生产,又称为BFS设备,即Blow/Fill/Seal,即吹瓶-灌装-封口三合一设备,这一设备完成制瓶、灌装、封口三种操作均在无菌状态下的同一设备上完成。
塑料瓶无菌包装设备生产塑料安瓿瓶卡后进行废料冲裁,将瓶卡周边的多余的塑料肥料冲裁掉。塑料安瓿瓶卡包括多个边缘相连的安瓿瓶,安瓿瓶之间的连接相对比较牢固,如果直接撕开,非常困难,且容易撕裂安瓿瓶,造成损坏。需要后续环节专门进行安瓿瓶之间的割缝处理,以便于使用中可以单独取用单支安瓿瓶。目前,主要是采用手工割缝,效率低,劳动强度大,切割不齐整,切割精度低,破损率大,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安瓿自动切割机,实现安瓿瓶卡自动切割,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,提高了切割精度,节约了人工。
本发明所述的安瓿自动切割机,包括机架,机架上设置传送带,传送带连接驱动装置,传送带上设置挡块,机架上部设置刀架,刀架下部设置切刀,刀架一端通过铰轴固定到机架上,另一端通过铰轴连接气缸一端,气缸另一端连接气缸支架,气缸支架固定到机架上,机架下部设置感应器,感应器和气缸通过线路连接控制器。
所述的安瓿自动切割机,将安瓿瓶卡放置到传送带上,挡块带动安瓿瓶卡前移,感应器感应到安瓿瓶卡后,向控制器传送信号,控制器控制气缸动作,气缸带动刀架下移,下移到适合位置后,气缸停止,切刀停止,传送带继续推动安瓿瓶卡移动,切刀对安瓿瓶卡进行切割,切割完成,控制器控制气缸动作,气缸上移,带动刀架和切刀上移。
所述的刀架下部设置切刀2-10个;可以同时切割多个安瓿瓶组成的安瓿瓶卡,可以依据安瓿瓶卡中安瓿瓶的个数设置适合数量的切刀。
所述的切刀交错布置;气缸带动切刀下移切割安瓿瓶卡时,使得不同的切刀***安瓿瓶之间的相对位置不同,确保安瓿瓶卡切割完后不同安瓿瓶之间仍有不同位置的边缘相连接,整体连接性好,但单个安瓿瓶可以轻易撕下。
所述的切刀两侧设置切刃;使用更加方便,对于传送带不同传送方向,均可以使用。
所述的刀架和传送带之间设置切板,对应切刀,切板上开设切槽。切板固定到机架上;通过切板和挡板能够更好地提高切割精度,既能够切割齐整,避免切割损坏安瓿,又能够切割平稳,延长了切刀使用寿命。
所述的挡块上设有凹槽;凹槽与安瓿瓶之间缝隙相对应,便于切刀切割安瓿瓶卡,又不损坏切刀。
所述的传送带一侧或两侧设有定位挡板;能够更好的定位,提高切割精度。
所述的感应器位于切刀沿传送方向的前部,如传送带顺时针传送,则感应器位于切刀左部;如传送带逆时针传送,则感应器位于切刀右部。
所述的传送带上设置传送片,传送片通过销轴或螺栓固定到传送带上;可以在切割时对切割角度微调,确保切刀准确沿缝隙切割;因为塑料安瓿瓶卡中安瓿瓶之间的缝隙不是绝对笔直,传送片通过螺栓固定到传动带上,可以微微绕螺栓转动,在切刀切割安瓿瓶卡过程中,方向偏离时,切刀阻力大,传送片自然微微转动,调整了切割方向,确保切割精确准确。
所述的驱动装置包括驱动电机、驱动轴和从动轴,驱动电机连接驱动轴,驱动轴和从动轴通过传送带连接;所述的传送带为链条、皮带、网带。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明实现了安瓿瓶卡的自动切割,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,节约了人工;
(2)通过设置交错布置的切刀,实现了安瓿瓶卡切割后整体良好的连接性和易于撕下单支安瓿;
(3)通过设置挡块、切板和定位挡板能够对安瓿瓶卡很好地定位,通过设置传动片,实现对切割方向的微调,大大提高了切割精度,降低了破损率,降低了生产成本;
(4)通过传送带推动安瓿瓶卡移动实现与切刀相对运动完成切割,实现了切割平稳性,提高了切割齐整性,切刀受力小且受力均匀,延长了切刀使用寿命,提高了切割精度;
(5)两侧设置切刃的切刀能够适应传送带不同传送方向时的切割需求,提高了设备实用性和便利性。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1~图2所示,本发明所述的安瓿自动切割机,包括机架8,机架8上设置传送带2,传送带2连接驱动装置,传送带2上设置挡块3,机架8上部设置刀架6,刀架6下部设置切刀9,刀架6一端通过铰轴固定到机架8上,另一端通过铰轴连接气缸5一端,气缸5另一端连接气缸支架7,气缸支架7固定到机架8上,机架8下部设置感应器10,感应器10位于切刀9前部,感应器10和气缸5通过线路连接控制器;刀架6和传送带2之间设置切板,对应切刀9,切板上开设切槽,切板固定到机架8上;挡块3上设有凹槽;传送带2一侧或两侧设有定位挡板11;传送带2上设置传送片,传送片通过销轴或螺栓固定到传送带2上;驱动装置包括驱动电机1、驱动轴和从动轴,驱动电机1连接驱动轴,驱动轴和从动轴通过传送带2连接;传送带2为链条、皮带、网带。
如图3~图5所示,刀架6下部可以设置多个切刀9,一般设置2-10个,依据安瓿瓶卡4中安瓿瓶的个数设置,切刀9可以交错布置,切刀9可以两侧分别设置切刃12和切刃13。
工作过程或工作原理:
所述的安瓿自动切割机,将安瓿瓶卡4放置到传送带2上,挡块3带动安瓿瓶卡4前移,感应器10感应到安瓿瓶卡4后,向控制器传送信号,控制器控制气缸5动作,气缸5带动刀架6下移,下移到适合位置后,气缸5停止,切刀9停止,传送带2继续推动安瓿瓶卡4移动,切刃13对安瓿瓶卡4进行切割,切割完成,控制器控制气缸5动作,气缸5上移,带动刀架6和切刀9上移。
因生产工艺需要,需要传送带2反向传送时,仅需将感应器10移动到切刀9另一侧,将安瓿瓶卡4放置到传送带2上,挡块3带动安瓿瓶卡4前移,感应器10感应到安瓿瓶卡4后,向控制器传送信号,控制器控制气缸5动作,气缸5带动刀架6下移,下移到适合位置后,气缸5停止,切刀9停止,传送带2继续推动安瓿瓶卡4移动,切刃12对安瓿瓶卡4进行切割,切割完成,控制器控制气缸5动作,气缸5上移,带动刀架6和切刀9上移。

1.一种安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,包括机架(8),机架(8)上设置传送带(2),传送带(2)连接驱动装置,传送带(2)上设置挡块(3),机架(8)上部设置刀架(6),刀架(6)下部设置切刀(9),刀架(6)一端通过铰轴固定到机架(8)上,另一端通过铰轴连接气缸(5)一端,气缸(5)另一端连接气缸支架(7),气缸支架(7)固定到机架(8)上,机架(8)下部设置感应器(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,刀架(6)下部设置切刀(9)2-10个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,切刀(9)交错布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,切刀(9)两侧设置切刃。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项权利要求所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,刀架(6)和传送带(2)之间设置切板,对应切刀(9),切板上开设切槽,切板固定到机架(8)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,挡块(3)上设有凹槽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,传送带(2)一侧或两侧设有定位挡板(11)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,传送带(2)上设置传送片,传送片通过销轴或螺栓固定到传送带(2)上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,感应器(10)位于切刀(9)沿传送方向的前部。
10.根据权利要求1-3或6-9任一项权利要求所述的安瓿自动切割机,其特征在于,驱动装置包括驱动电机(1)、驱动轴和从动轴,驱动电机(1)连接驱动轴,驱动轴和从动轴通过传送带(2)连接,传送带(2)为链条、皮带或网带。
