本发明公开了一种阻燃改性塑料,由下述重量份数的原料制备:聚丙烯60-70份,高密度聚乙烯8-10份,热塑性丁苯橡胶12-25份,增塑剂4-8份,分散润滑剂0.5-1.5份,防火阻燃剂2-4份。该改性塑料不仅抗开裂性能强,而且耐腐蚀性也很好,重要的是能够防火阻燃,生产成本低,具有广泛的应用前景。

本发明涉及塑料领域,具体地,涉及一种阻燃改性塑料。
背景技术
现有技术中的聚乙烯是常用塑料材料,而其由于耐冲击性和耐腐蚀性低,并且抗开裂性能强差,还有耐热性能差,因此很大程度上限制了应用范围,已无法满足防腐市场中新的标准和要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃改性塑料,该改性塑料具有良好的抗开裂性能,并且还有一定的耐腐蚀性,特别能够防火阻燃,具有能良好的特性。
聚丙烯60-70份,高密度聚乙烯8-10份,热塑性丁苯橡胶12-25份,增塑剂4-8份,分散润滑剂0.5-1.5份,防火阻燃剂2-4份。
作为优选的技术方案,所述阻燃性改性塑料,由下述重量份数的原料制备:聚丙烯65份,高密度聚乙烯9份,热塑性丁苯橡胶20份,增塑剂6份,分散润滑剂1.2份,防火阻燃剂3份。
所述分散润滑剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、低分子量离聚物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物混合。
所述阻燃改性塑料,其制备方法为:按比例称取原料聚丙烯,高密度聚乙烯,热塑性丁苯橡胶,增塑剂,分散润滑剂,防火阻燃剂,于高速搅拌机中以1400-1500r/min搅拌5-8分钟,经高速混合机充分混合均匀放出,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度:一区温度175℃,二区温度为180℃,三区温度为185℃,四区温度为190℃,五区温度为195℃,六区温度为200℃,七区温度为205℃,八区温度为210℃,主机转速为400转/min;经过挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备所述阻燃改性塑料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:该发明公开了一种阻燃改性塑料,由聚丙烯,高密度聚乙烯,热塑性丁苯橡胶,增塑剂,分散润滑剂份,防火阻燃剂份等物质原料构成。生产成本低,不仅具有良好的耐腐蚀性、抗开裂能力以及具有防火阻燃性能。具有广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚理解本发明的内容,下面结合具体实施例作进一步说明。应理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一:
聚丙烯60份,高密度聚乙烯8份,热塑性丁苯橡胶12份,增塑剂4份,分散润滑剂0.5份,防火阻燃剂2份。
所述分散润滑剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、低分子量离聚物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯或几种共聚物混合。
所述阻燃改性塑料,其制备方法为:按比例称取原料聚丙烯,高密度聚乙烯,热塑性丁苯橡胶,增塑剂,分散润滑剂,防火阻燃剂,于高速搅拌机中以1400r/min搅拌5分钟,经高速混合机充分混合均匀放出,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度:一区温度175℃,二区温度为180℃,三区温度为185℃,四区温度为190℃,五区温度为195℃,六区温度为200℃,七区温度为205℃,八区温度为210℃,主机转速为400转/min;经过挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的改性塑料。
实施例二:
阻燃性改性塑料,由下述重量份数的原料制备:聚丙烯65份,高密度聚乙烯9份,热塑性丁苯橡胶20份,增塑剂6份,分散润滑剂1.2份,防火阻燃剂3份。
所述分散润滑剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、低分子量离聚物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物混合。
所述阻燃改性塑料,其制备方法为:按比例称取原料聚丙烯,高密度聚乙烯,热塑性丁苯橡胶,增塑剂,分散润滑剂,防火阻燃剂,于高速搅拌机中以1450r/min搅拌6分钟,经高速混合机充分混合均匀放出,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度:一区温度175℃,二区温度为180℃,三区温度为185℃,四区温度为190℃,五区温度为195℃,六区温度为200℃,七区温度为205℃,八区温度为210℃,主机转速为400转/min;经过挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的改性塑料。
实施例三:
聚丙烯70份,高密度聚乙烯10份,热塑性丁苯橡胶25份,增塑剂8份,分散润滑剂1.5份,防火阻燃剂4份。
所述阻燃改性塑料,其特征在于,所述分散润滑剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、低分子量离聚物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物混合。
阻燃改性塑料,其制备方法为:按比例称取原料聚丙烯,高密度聚乙烯,热塑性丁苯橡胶,增塑剂,分散润滑剂,防火阻燃剂,于高速搅拌机中以1500r/min搅拌8分钟,经高速混合机充分混合均匀放出,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度:一区温度175℃,二区温度为180℃,三区温度为185℃,四区温度为190℃,五区温度为195℃,六区温度为200℃,七区温度为205℃,八区温度为210℃,主机转速为400转/min;经过挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的改性塑料。
实验例
关于阻燃性,要求产品满足垂直样品燃烧试验,该试验已知为VW-1试验,并且是UL标准中最严格的要求之一。
分别使用10个实施例1至3中制备的样品来进行测试。
将10个样品进行UL标准1581的1080章节规定的VW-1垂直样品燃烧测试。评价的标准如下:每一个样品点燃15秒钟。该点燃重复5次。当样品满足如下标准时,该样品被评为令人满意:
(a)火焰必须在60秒钟内熄灭,
(b)处于样品下面的脱脂棉不会被落下的燃烧碎片引燃,以及
(c)附于样品上部的牛皮纸不能被引燃或烧焦。
结果:
对于10个实施例1的样品,发现均通过阻燃性标准,完全满足阻燃性要求;
对于10个实施例2的样品,发现有8个样品通过阻燃性标准,其余2个样品无法通过阻燃性标准;
对于10个实施例3的样品,发现有7个样品通过阻燃性标准,其余3个样品无法通过阻燃性标准;

Claims (4)

1.一种阻燃改性塑料,其特征在于,由下述重量份数的原料制备:聚丙烯60-70份,高密度聚乙烯8-10份,热塑性丁苯橡胶12-25份,增塑剂4-8份,分散润滑剂0.5-1.5份,防火阻燃剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性塑料,其特征在于,由下述重量份数的原料制备:聚丙烯65份,高密度聚乙烯9份,热塑性丁苯橡胶20份,增塑剂6份,分散润滑剂1.2份,防火阻燃剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性塑料,其特征在于,所述分散润滑剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、低分子量离聚物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性塑料,其特征在于,所述阻燃改性塑料的制备方法为:按比例称取原料聚丙烯60-70份,高密度聚乙烯8-10份,热塑性丁苯橡胶12-25份,增塑剂4-8份,分散润滑剂0.5-1.5份,防火阻燃剂2-4份。放于高速搅拌机中以1400-1500r/min搅拌5-8分钟,经高速混合机充分混合均匀放出,加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度:一区温度175℃,二区温度为180℃,三区温度为185℃,四区温度为190℃,五区温度为195℃,六区温度为200℃,七区温度为205℃,八区温度为210℃,主机转速为400转/min;经过挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备所述阻燃改性塑料。
