绿豆粉20-40、蓝莓5-8、鱼籽1-2、核桃粉3-5、螺旋藻粉2-4、山楂果粉2-3、海松子2-4、奇雅子2-4、蜂蜜4-6、苹果花0.3-0.5、百合0.4-0.6、玉竹0.2-0.4、沙棘叶0.2-0.3、茯苓0.2-0.3、柠檬草0.2-0.3、沙棘油10-18、食品添加剂4-6;
所述的食品添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽粉10-20、生牛乳3-5、鲑鱼肉20-40、葱白粉2-4、黄秋葵5-8、菊芋3-6、五味子花粉2-4、菱角叶粉5-8、木瓜籽粉6-10、柠檬汁1-3、橄榄油5-8、米醋15-25、枫糖10-20、酵母10-15;
所述的食品添加剂的制备方法为:a 、将鲑鱼肉除杂洗净切块,与葱白粉、柠檬汁、米醋揉拌均匀,在0-5℃腌制1-2小时,捞出鲑鱼块放入橄榄油锅内文火煎至出香,加入腌制液及适量水焖煮至沸,加入生牛乳,搅拌均匀,文火焖煮10-15分钟,得鲑鱼汤;b、将黄秋葵、菊芋分别洗净切片冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,与小麦胚芽粉、五味子花粉、菱角叶粉、木瓜籽粉混合,文火翻炒出香,得熟香粉;c、将鲑鱼汤、熟香粉、枫糖滚揉均匀,经挤出膨化研磨成粉,与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即可。

(4)、将蓝莓除杂洗净,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,与种仁粉、鱼籽蜜浆、沙棘油及其他剩余原料滚揉均匀,静置30-60分钟后,入模压实刮平后脱模,蒸制熟香,即可。

海松子含磷较为丰富,对脑和神经***都有裨益,并能补五脏、补虚损、白润皮肤、益智力;
奇雅子是芡欧鼠尾草的种子,营养丰富,富含52种营养元素,蛋白质、钙、铁、omega-3、以及十余种抗氧化物,可以起到代餐减肥、持续供能、润肠通便的作用,并且已经要求添加到美国公立学校中小学儿童午餐中,补充膳食纤维和omega-3等多种营养。

所述的食品添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽粉10-20、生牛乳3-5、鲑鱼肉20-40、葱白粉2-4、黄秋葵5-8、菊芋3-6、五味子花粉2-4、菱角叶粉5-8、木瓜籽粉6-10、柠檬汁1-3、橄榄油5-8、米醋15-25、枫糖10-20、酵母10-15;

(2)、取鱼籽重量份0.5-1倍的沙棘油与鱼籽搅拌均匀,隔水蒸至熟香,加入浓缩液、蜂蜜打制浆,得鱼籽蜜浆;
(3)、将海松子、奇雅子分别洗净晾干后,放入沙棘油浸泡10-15分钟捞出沥干,入锅炒制出香,研磨成粉混匀,得种仁粉,沙棘油待用;
(4)、将蓝莓除杂洗净,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,与种仁粉、鱼籽蜜浆、沙棘油及其他剩余原料滚揉均匀,静置30-60分钟后,入模压实刮平后脱模,蒸制熟香,即可。
