本发明提供一种微波提取余甘多酚工艺,余甘冻干粉末,加入料液质量比为1:10~1:30的乙醇中并利用微波辅助提取,微波功率为240~560W,微波时间为20~40 s,乙醇浓度为60~80%,以Folin‑Ciocalteu法测定并计算多酚得率。本发明操作简捷、合理,对设备要求不高,利于投入生产。

一种微波提取余甘多酚工艺
技术领域
本发明属于天然产物加工领域,更具体的说,是涉及余甘多酚的提取工艺。
背景技术
余甘属大戟科叶下珠属落叶灌木或小乔木,原产于印度和缅甸,但以中国、印度分布最广,产量最多。我国以福建、云南产量最多。余甘因其营养丰富,保健功能强,被食品专家称为高保健的三大果品之一。同时余甘子也是一味重要的传统草药,因此被列入“药食同源”的名单。
余甘中的多酚类物质具有较活泼的羟基氢,是优良的活性氧消除剂和脂质抗氧化剂,具有一定的开发与利用价值。现阶段对植物多酚类物质的提取最为常见的为传统溶剂提取法,但传统的溶剂提取法提取多酚,不仅提取时间久,而且提取率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种微波提取余甘多酚工艺,一种操作简便、提取率高的余甘多酚的提取工艺。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明的工艺步骤为:余甘冻干粉末,加入料液比为1:10 ~ 1:30的乙醇中并利用微波辅助提取,微波功率为240 ~ 560W,微波时间为20 ~ 40s,乙醇浓度为60 ~ 80%,以Folin-Ciocalteu法测定并计算多酚得率。获得余甘多酚。
微波提取余甘多酚工艺的最佳工艺参数为:微波功率435w,微波时间34s,乙醇溶液浓度为71%,料液质量比1︰23。
本发明的有益效果:
1. 本发明操作简捷、合理,对设备要求不高,利于投入生产;
2. 本发明提取时间短,避免多酚品质受损;
3. 本发明对余甘多酚提取率高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明采用微波提取工艺对余甘多酚进行了提取,本发明采用如下的方案:称取余甘粉末1g,加入乙醇并利用微波辅助提取,以Folin-Ciocalteu法测定计算多酚得率(余甘子样品中的总酚含量以没食子酸标准品计)。
所述的料液比为1:10 ~ 1:30,微波功率为240 ~ 560W,微波时间为20 ~ 40 s,乙醇浓度浓度为60 ~ 80%。

1.一种微波提取余甘多酚工艺,其特征在于:余甘冻干粉末,加入到料液质量比为1:23的乙醇中,利用微波辅助提取,微波功率为435W,微波时间为34s,乙醇浓度为71%,获得余甘多酚,以Folin-Ciocalteu法测定并计算多酚得率。
