Abstract
本发明设计涂料领域,尤其是一种防锈紫外固化涂料,使用原料按重量份计包括:阴离子丙烯酸树脂55~65份、石墨烯10~15份、肌醇六磷酸酯10~15份、锌粉5~10份、光引发剂3~5份、活性稀释剂7~12份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份。采用多种方法防锈同时进行,提升了防锈漆的防锈能力、并保障了其附着力、耐久性、抗裂纹、耐擦洗等特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种防锈紫外固化涂料。
背景技术
UV固化型涂料具有防止污染及节能效果,涂饰的化学性、物理性优秀、有快速固化的特性,正在多个领域被广泛地采纳使用。广泛用于生产塑胶、真空电镀、PVC地板、荫罩板、汽车头灯、木地板、橱柜面板等。UV作为一种新的加工技术在澳大利亚获得商业化已经有25年以上的时间了,而且现在行情继续看好。该项技术正以每年接近10%的速度稳步发展,尤其是在表面涂料和相关工业方面。UV光固化涂料具有不含挥发性有机化合物(VOC),对环境污染小,固化速度快,节省能源、固化产物性能好、适合于高速自动化生产等优点。而传统涂料易挥发、固化速度慢,不利于环境保护。因此,UV涂料是传统涂料的主要替代品。
钢结构表面防止腐蚀生锈,最简单的方法便是采用涂料保护。油性涂料由于含有大量的有机溶剂,对环境造成极其严重的污染,因此水性防锈漆是各国图了解研究的方向。自从水性防锈漆问世以来,我国水性防锈漆的需求量逐年递增,目前的水性防锈漆在防锈性能、附着力、耐久性、抗裂纹、耐擦洗等方面存在各种不足。
发明内容
针对上诉问题本发明提出一种防锈紫外固化涂料,有着良好的防锈功能及耐久性等。
为了达到上诉目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下。
一种防锈紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:阴离子丙烯酸树脂55~65份、石墨烯10~15份、肌醇六磷酸酯10~15份、锌粉5~10份、光引发剂3~5份、活性稀释剂7~12份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份。
所述的涂料原料还含有抗结皮剂、稳定剂、增韧剂等其他助剂。
所述的流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂、丙烯酸酯流平剂或聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂。
所述的光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
所述的防沉剂为气相二氧化硅防沉剂或改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂。
使用本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.采用肌醇六磷酸酯为原料,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀,达到良好防锈效果;
2.加入锌粉,具有比金属更低的电极电位,有效的防止电化学腐蚀对金属造成的损失;
3.采用阴离子丙烯酸树脂能与锈层中的活泼有害成分反应,生产稳定的抑制化合物,可以使锈层成为涂料中有效的保护填料;
4.加入石墨使烯涂料的附着力更加牢固,更具有超耐久性,使得涂料耐擦洗,抗裂纹。

为进一步阐述本发明所达到的预定目的与技术手段及功效,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种防锈紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:阴离子丙烯酸树脂55份、石墨烯10份、肌醇六磷酸酯10份、锌粉5份、活性稀释剂7份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯2份、烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂0.3份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1份、增韧剂3份。采用多种方法防锈同时进行,提升了防锈漆的防锈能力、并保障了其附着力、耐久性、抗裂纹、耐擦洗等特性。
实施例2:一种防锈紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:阴离子丙烯酸树脂65份、石墨烯15份、肌醇六磷酸酯15份、锌粉10份、活性稀释剂12份、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮4份、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂0.6份、改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂0.5份、消泡剂1.5份、稳定剂2份、增韧剂3份。采用多种方法防锈同时进行,提升了防锈漆的防锈能力、并保障了其附着力、耐久性、抗裂纹、耐擦洗等特性。
实施3:一种防锈紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:阴离子丙烯酸树脂60份、石墨烯12份、肌醇六磷酸酯13份、锌粉8份、活性稀释剂10份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯2份、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮2份、丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1.2份、抗结皮剂1.5份、增韧剂2份、稳定剂2份。采用多种方法防锈同时进行,提升了防锈漆的防锈能力、并保障了其附着力、耐久性、抗裂纹、耐擦洗等特性。
实施4:一种防锈紫外固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:阴离子丙烯酸树脂58份、石墨烯12份、肌醇六磷酸酯12份、锌粉7份、活性稀释剂9份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯1份、二苯甲酮2份、润湿分散剂6份、丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1.4份。采用多种方法防锈同时进行,提升了防锈漆的防锈能力、并保障了其附着力、耐久性、抗裂纹、耐擦洗等特性。

1.一种防锈紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:其原料按重量份计包括:阴离子丙烯酸树脂55~65份、石墨烯10~15份、肌醇六磷酸酯10~15份、锌粉5~10份、光引发剂3~5份、活性稀释剂7~12份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:涂料原料还含有抗结皮剂、稳定剂、增韧剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述,一种防锈紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂、丙烯酸酯流平剂或聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述,一种防锈紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述,一种防锈紫外固化涂料,其特征在于:防沉剂为气相二氧化硅防沉剂或改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂。
