本发明公开了一种磨砂型软管配方，配方总份数按100份计，配方中各组分具体为：PVC98份，橡胶颗粒1.5份，碳酸钙0.5份；采用新配方的软管表面呈磨砂状，手感好，表面基本无粘性，管与管之间不会粘附，同时在装袋时管与袋子也不会相互粘连，装袋更快更高效，配方简单可操作性强，成本低。

本发明属于卫浴软管配方领域，特别涉及一种磨砂型的软管配方。
背景技术
在卫浴行业中需要大量用到PVC软管，软管的材料为百分百的PVC料，这种纯PVC料的软管可以满足相应的使用要求，但是也存在一些其他方面的明显缺陷，纯PVC料软管手感差，手摸着拿着都不是很舒服，而且软管表面粘性较大，在软管装袋过程中，管与管之间会粘附在一起，管与袋子也会相互粘附，这样就极大的影响软管的装袋速度，装袋速度慢效率低，工人劳动强度更大，中国专利网也公开了较多相关的软管配方，但是从已公开的配方发现，这些新配方都是为了提高软管的物理或化学性能，而没有从其手感、表面粘性等方面来解决相应的实际问题。
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种手感好、表面无粘性、装袋时速度快的新式磨砂型软管配方。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术手感差、表面粘性大、装袋时速度慢等问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
本发明提供一种磨砂型软管配方，配方总份数按100份计，配方中各组分具体为：         PVC             98份
               橡胶颗粒         1.5份
               碳酸钙          0.5份。
本发明的有益效果在于：采用新配方的软管表面呈磨砂状，手感好，表面基本无粘性，管与管之间不会粘附，同时在装袋时管与袋子也不会相互粘连，装袋更快更高效，配方简单可操作性强，成本低。
具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
一种磨砂型软管配方，配方总份数按100份计，配方中各组分具体为：         PVC             98份
               橡胶颗粒         1.5份
               碳酸钙          0.5份；
     采用上述改进配方的软管表面呈磨砂状，手感好，表面基本无粘性，管与管之间不会粘附，同时在装袋时管与袋子也不会相互粘连，装袋更快更高效，配方简单可操作性强，成本低，而传统的软管的材料为百分百的PVC料，这种纯PVC料的软管可以满足相应的使用要求，但纯PVC料软管手感差，手摸着拿着都不是很舒服，而且软管表面粘性较大，在软管装袋过程中，管与管之间会粘附在一起，管与袋子也会相互粘附，这样就极大的影响软管的装袋速度，装袋速度慢效率低，工人劳动强度更大，中国专利网也公开了较多相关的软管配方，而从已公开的配方发现，这些新配方都是为了提高软管的物理或化学性能，并没有解决手感和粘性等这种细小的问题，然而通过上述所展示的新配方即可非常好的解决这些问题。
