Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗氧化橡胶,其成分中含有下列物质:氯丁橡胶、天然橡胶、辛基酚醛树脂、氧化锌、增韧剂、抗氧化剂、石蜡、硬脂酸、4,4′-双(a,a′二甲基苄基)二苯胺、苯乙烯化苯酚、白炭黑、陶土、轻质碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、二甘醇、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、二硫化二苯并噻唑、硫磺。与现有技术相比,按本发明生产的混炼橡胶,抗氧化性能好,强度高。

一种抗氧化橡胶
 技术领域
     本发明涉及一种橡胶,具体说是一种用于海洋排吸油胶管外覆层的抗氧化橡胶。
 背景技术
近些年来,疏浚胶管的使用范围有了很大拓展,不仅由于江河湖海的航道清淤和港口建设,而且用于人工造地、岛礁开发、海洋建筑、海底采矿等工程。输导的物料中,含有砾石、岩石、珊瑚等大颗粒物质,传统的疏浚胶管外覆层橡胶容易氧化,会很快龟裂破损,影响了胶管使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本发明的目的是提供一种抗氧化橡胶,该抗氧化橡胶抗氧化性能较好,可以满足疏浚胶管施工需要。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抗氧化橡胶,其特征在于:该过渡层橡胶含有以下质量分的物质:
氯丁橡胶                                  26-36
天然橡胶                                  40-60
辛基苯酚树脂                              5-10
氧化锌                                    4-8
抗氧化剂                                    1-3
增韧剂                                     5-15
硬脂酸                                    1.5-3.0
石蜡                                      0.5-2.5
4,4′-双(a,a′二甲基苄基)二苯胺          1-3
苯乙烯化苯酚                              0.5-2
白炭黑                                    20-40
陶土                                      20-40
轻质碳酸钙                                30-50
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯                          5-15 
二甘醇                                    0.5-1.5
 N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺               0.5-1.5

 本发明的橡胶制备方法与现有的制备方法相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明由于加入了抗氧化剂,抗氧化性能好;由于加入了增韧剂,强度高。本发明适用于疏浚胶管外覆层中。

实施例1
一种抗氧化橡胶,含有以下质量分的物质:

其中,氯丁橡胶为重庆长寿化工有限责任公司产CR1221橡胶,天然橡胶为由越南进口的3L橡胶。辛基酚醛树脂为无锡宾王化工厂产,氧化锌为扬州振中锌业有限公司产,增韧剂是POE、抗氧化剂为TiO–g–KH–570/PMA,硬脂酸为印尼PALMATA  1801公司产,石蜡为中石化南阳能源化工有限公司生产, 4,4′-双(a,a′二甲基苄基)二苯胺由常州仕诚化工有限公司生产,苯乙烯化苯酚由天津拉勃助剂公司生产,白炭黑江西黑猫炭黑股份有限公司生产, 陶土为镇江润旺化工公司生产,轻质碳酸钙为镇江润旺化工公司生产,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为苏州市金运化工有限公司生产,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺由天津拉勃助剂公司生产,二硫化二苯并噻唑由天津拉勃助剂公司生产,硫磺为镇江润旺化工公司生产。
以上述配方混炼成的橡胶,抗氧化性能好、强度高。本发明适用于疏浚胶管外覆层中。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化橡胶,其特征在于:氯丁橡胶为重庆长寿化工有限责任公司产CR1221橡胶,天然橡胶为由越南进口的3L橡胶。
