本发明公开了一种木地板上漆工艺，包括以下工艺步骤：（1）、磨平，（2）、上漆，（3）、精磨。本发明具有良好的耐久性，可以突出木材天然纹理的保真效果，提高了木地板的质量水平和外部感观，并且本发明的工艺简单、油漆的干燥时间短，从而有效地提高了生产效率。本发明增大了木地板的耐磨性能以及提高了木地板的光泽度，并确保了木地板的表观质量及板面油漆效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板领域，具体涉及一种木地板上漆工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，木地板成为大多数人在室内装潢时的首选。我国生产的木地板主要分为实木地板、强化木地板、实木复合地板三种，其中实木地板表面呈现天然纹理，给人以自然、柔和、富有亲和力的质感，同时具有冬暖夏凉、触感好的特性，是三种木地板中档次最高，同时也是价格最贵的，其价格由所选基材决定。目前木地板在使用过程中仍然存在着下列问题 ：实木地板与油漆的附着力不够，因而导致了实木地板在使用过程中容易出现脱漆现象，无法保证木地板的使用性能 ；在透明底漆和透明面漆的选料上，由于透明度不够，达不到保真的目的，影响了木地板天然纹理的展现 ；目前的企业大多采用油性的双组份 PU 漆喷涂涂装，这样虽然可解决附着力和涂装效果的问题，但油漆干燥时间长，从而导致生产效率低，而且干燥时要占用很大的空间，因此难以实现批量生产。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨性好，环保无污染的木地板上漆工艺。
本发明解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现：一种木地板上漆工艺，包括以下工艺步骤：
（1）、磨平：对木材表面进行修补，去除毛刺、刀痕、裂痕，再对基材表面进行磨光；
（2）、上漆：对木地板按照底漆、腻子、透明底漆、耐磨底漆、底漆、耐磨底漆顺序辊涂上漆，之后让其自然干燥；
（3）、精磨：对上漆后的地板进行精磨。
优选的，所述步骤（1）与步骤（2）之间可增加压花步骤，利用模具在木材表面按压出花纹。
优选的，所述步骤（3）采用砂轮精磨。
有益效果是：本发明具有良好的耐久性，可以突出木材天然纹理的保真效果，提高了木地板的质量水平和外部感观，并且本发明的工艺简单、油漆的干燥时间短，从而有效地提高了生产效率。本发明增大了木地板的耐磨性能 以及提高了木地板的光泽度，并确保了木地板的表观质量及板面油漆效果。
具体实施方式
实施例：
下面详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
一种木地板上漆工艺，包括以下工艺步骤：（1）、磨平：对木材表面进行修补，去除毛刺、刀痕、裂痕，再对基材表面进行磨光；（2）、上漆：对木地板按照底漆、腻子、透明底漆、耐磨底漆、底漆、耐磨底漆顺序辊涂上漆，之后让其自然干燥；（3）、精磨：对上漆后的地板进行精磨。所述步骤（1）与步骤（2）之间可增加压花步骤，利用模具在木材表面按压出花纹。所述步骤（3）采用砂轮精磨。
经过上述工艺步骤后，得到光滑有效，上漆效果明显，使用寿命长的木地板。

1.一种木地板上漆工艺，其特征在于，包括以下工艺步骤：
（1）、磨平：对木材表面进行修补，去除毛刺、刀痕、裂痕，再对基材表面进行磨光；
（2）、上漆：对木地板按照底漆、腻子、透明底漆、耐磨底漆、底漆、耐磨底漆顺序辊涂上漆，之后让其自然干燥；
（3）、精磨：对上漆后的地板进行精磨。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种木地板上漆工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤（1）与步骤（2）之间可增加压花步骤，利用模具在木材表面按压出花纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种木地板上漆工艺，其特征在于：所述步骤（3）采用砂轮精磨。
