Abstract
一种由热塑性合成树脂生产波纹管用的设备,它包括在挤塑机的挤塑机头之后限定成形通路并构成导轨的装置,在成形通路之后限定出口的装置,以及控制夹臂和滑座运动的装置。为了简单控制夹臂操作而且机构设计简单而坚固,将夹臂安装在此滑座的导轨中使之沿与其运动通路方向恰呈横向的方向运动。
Description
本发明涉及由热塑性合成树脂生产波纹管用设备,该设备包括:
在挤塑机的挤塑机头之后限定成形通路并构成导轨的装置,此装置置于机架上,当与管子一起移动的运行模具由安装在成型通路开始处的至少一个驱动齿轮推进时,此装置上的半模依次在入口处成对共同配合,以形成模具串形式的环状模,所说的齿轮在共同配合的两个半横上与齿条啮合;
在所说的成形通路之后限定出口的装置,在此半模互相分开并被装有偶联装置的夹臂夹住后分路返回到所说的入口处,所说的夹臂被驱动装置可动地支承在滑座上,所说的滑座借助于导轨上的驱动器在与成形通路平行的返回通路上往复;以及
控制所说夹臂运动和滑座运动的装置。
对于生产带有横向波纹,尤其是环状或螺旋状波纹的绝大部分是塑料管的波纹管来说,已知的方法是将半模安装成两个环状的循环链,以便使之沿挤塑机的挤塑头于成形通路中被共同推进,形成两个互相平行的列,在每个列中相应列的半模形成排列成模具串的空心模(当运行的模具随管子移动时),这些已知的设备适于生产小直径波纹管,因为它可以容许所说的半模必须共同靠近并沿返回通路运动这种缺点。
但是,如果要生产具有更大直径的波纹管,必须使用具有适当的大直径的半模,其制造是一种复杂的过程,而且涉及很大基本建设费用。为了勉强用最低数量的半模,后来提供了一种设备,其中半模均在成形通路中以模串形式相继单独运动,而沿返回通路逐一以高速返回,以致于基本上仅必须有一个半模处于每个返回通路中,因此生产波纹管所需的半模数被降低到最少。
在EP-0270694专利公告中披露出一种生产波纹管的设备,该设备中用来使半模沿返回通路返回的输送装置由返回输送装置组成,该返回输送装置包括两个沿与之隔开的成形或工作通路伸出的返回输送器以及四个横向输送器;这些横向输送器一方面使半模在入口和出口之间移动,另一方面使半模沿横向在返回通路之间移动。在半模通路下方,每个返回输送器各有一个环状牵引件,此牵引件包括一个沿各自输送器输送方向循环的通路。在这方面,诸牵引件均带有携带部件,在输送通路之始携带部件与半模接触将半模带走,而在返回通路末端与半模脱离。虽然这种已知的设备保证半模沿返回通路形成一种完全令人满意的返回运动,但是在用横向输送器使半模作横向运动上仍有一些困难,因为这样的输送器必须保证半模的共同配合,而在入口不能有任何堵塞和扭曲而且在出口处不能相应有半模的脱开。
在EP-0007556B专利公告中公开的此种设备中,上述的半模共同配合而无成形通路入口处半模的扭曲和相互堵塞以及工作通路出口处半模脱开的问题,这是通过将滑座的夹臂设计成枢轴安装的枢轴臂形成加以解决的,由于对枢轴运动具有适当的控制装置,所以枢轴臂可以使枢轴元件与平行移动的滑座结合,结果当半模在成形通路入口处移入成形通路时半模能够沿所希望的倾斜弯曲的凸轮导轨被导向。但是这种已知设备的缺点是需要精密的控制装置以便把夹臂的枢轴运动与滑座的平移运动结合起来使半模获得所需的导向通路,而且另一个缺点是枢轴臂的支承装置必须整体被加工使之能够传递必须的力矩,因为枢轴臂很重。此外,对于已知的枢轴臂设计来说为了防止半模自出口移出和返回到入口处时枢轴臂对半模施加扭转作用,还必须采取另一些措施。
在已知设备的情况下,枢轴臂因而设计成平行的铰链***状,此***使半模在枢轴上按一定方式转动,以便在枢轴运动期间使之与它们仍然保持平行。因此,这种已知的设备由于枢轴臂的形状为平行的铰链阵形式也需要精心和昂贵的设计。
因此,本发明目的之一在于提供一种开始时提及的设备,其中夹臂可以以简单方式加以控制,同时具有简单而强固的机械设计。
在本文开始提到的那种设备中,本发明目的是由这样的设计达到的:所说的夹臂被装在这样滑座的导轨中并沿与运动通路仅呈横向的方向运动。本发明的设备可以简单地控制滑座和夹臂都仅沿横向运动,因为二者只能完成互相成直角方式运动而且可以在坐标***中表示。而且每个夹臂均可以按简单方式支承在每个滑座上,因为夹臂由一个这样的直臂部件组成,其在滑座上的支承点间有很大距离,从而使由此直臂件传递给滑座的摇摆运动可以被抵消,同时由于有一种简单的机构设计,所以设计人员可以简单地调节此支承作用。由于夹臂只能完成相对于滑座的导向通路呈直角的方式作横向运动,因此不必要用任何附加措施就可以防止半模输送过程中出现的那种扭转运动。
以下参照附图进一步详细说明本发明的一种实施方案。
附图1是用热塑性合成树脂生产波纹管用设备的示意平面视图。
附图2是沿图1中箭头Z方向观察时附图1设备的背视图。
在具有底座1的机架2上,设有半模6和7用的导轨3和4,半模6和7共同成对装配形成成形或工作通路5,以便分别构成一个源于挤塑机机头的管(未列出)用的运动模具。
在主机架1上于成形通路5两侧装有平行导轨8和9,导轨8和9支承着由驱动器(未列出)驱动沿其运动的滑座10和11,滑座10和11在入口A或进入点和出口B或放出点之间运动。直夹臂12和13安装在导轨上的滑座10和11之中,并可以横向滑动。为了使夹臂12和13在滑座10和11之中产生这种横向滑动运动,安装有驱动器(均未列出,而且可以由导向丝杠或液压活塞和缸组构成)
在内部,夹臂12和13在其互相靠近的端处带有偶联装置14和15,偶联装置14和15用来与半模6和7上相应的配合偶联装置偶联在一起,此外,还有用于简单离合的装置(未列出)。
在进入点或入口处,处于挤出机机头之后装配成封闭环状模具部分的半模6和7,由齿轮18、19、20和21驱动前进,这些齿轮沿工作通路5支承在机架上并且与分别装在半模6和7上下侧的齿条啮合。
通过为滑座10和11以及夹臂12和13的线性驱动器提供适当的控制装置,使半模6和7在倾斜的通路上在进入点按一定方式运动,以致使之在与前面装配的半模接触后以同步的速度沿着并通过成形通路前进,同时共同在横向移动直到它们互相靠近形成封闭的环状模件为止。
在出口或出口B处,半模6和7沿相应的倾斜通路运动分开,直到在返回通路中它们返回到所说入口点为止。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于由热塑性合成树脂生产波纹管的设备,它包括:—在挤塑机的挤塑头之后限定成形通路并构成导轨的装置,此装置置于机架上,当与管一起移动的运行模具由安装在成型通路开始处的至少一个驱动齿轮推进时,此装置上的半模依次在入口处成对共同配合,以形成模具串形式的环状模,所说的齿轮与相互配合的半模上的齿条啮合;—在成形通路之后限定出口的装置,在此半模互相分开,由具有偶联装置的夹臂夹住后分路返回到所说的入口,所说的夹臂借助于驱动器以可移动方式支承在滑座上,所说的滑座借助于导轨上的驱动器在与成形通路平行的返回通路上作往复运动;以及—控制夹臂和滑座运动的装置;其特征在于所说的夹臂被安装在这样的滑座的导轨中,并沿与其运动通路仅呈横向的方向移动。
