本发明公开了一种模内产品组装装置,它包括推送部分和组装部分,推送部分包括推送块(11)、推送弹簧(10)和推送斜楔(9),推送块(11)与推送弹簧(10)连接,推送斜楔(9)设置在推送块(11)上方并与推送块(11)楔形连接,组装部分包括组装斜楔(6)、传动斜楔(4)和组装凸模(5),传动斜楔(4)和组装凸模(5)楔形连接,传动斜楔(4)和组装凸模(5)设置在下模座(2)内,传动斜楔(4)设置在组装凸模(5)上方,组装斜楔(6)设置在传动斜楔(4)上方,组装斜楔(6)与传动斜楔(4)接触时楔形连接。本发明的有益效果是:该装置适用于产品在线组装,实现自动化组装产品,提高生产效率。

一种模内产品组装装置
技术领域
本发明涉及生产设备,特别是一种模内产品组装装置。
背景技术
在现有技术条件下,对于小型零件的生产都是单线生产,最后集中组装,组装的方式也采用人工组装,当产品大批量生产时,此种生产模式不仅生产效率低、工作人员的劳动强度大,并且零件易在组装的过程中受到损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、使用方便的模内产品组装装置,该装置适用于产品在线组装,实现自动化组装产品,提高生产效率。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种模内产品组装装置,包括推送部分和组装部分,推送部分包括推送块、推送弹簧和推送斜楔,推送块与推送弹簧连接,推送斜楔设置在推送块上方并与推送块楔形连接,推送斜楔安装在上模座下方,推送块和推送弹簧设置在下模座上方;组装部分包括组装斜楔、传动斜楔和组装凸模,传动斜楔和组装凸模楔形连接,传动斜楔和组装凸模设置在下模座内,传动斜楔设置在组装凸模上方,组装斜楔设置在传动斜楔上方,组装斜楔与传动斜楔接触时楔形连接,组装斜楔安装在上模座下方。
所述的传动斜楔连接有斜楔复位弹簧。
所述的组装凸模连接有凸模复位弹簧,凸模复位弹簧安装在组装凸模下方并位于下模座内。
所述的上模座下方安装有落料凸模。
本发明具有以下优点:
1.该装置能够使生产实现自动化,可以提高生产效率、降低工作人员的劳动强度和提高产品良率;
2.该装置结构简单、使用方便,便于自动化控制,其具有控制灵活、精度高等优点;
3.组装凸模通过连接凸模复位弹簧有利于组装凸模自动复位,便于实现自动化生产,并且无需人员操作组装凸模复位,降低工作人员的劳动强度;
4.传动斜楔通过连接斜楔复位弹簧有利于传动斜楔自动复位,便于实现自动化生产,并且无需人员操作传动斜楔复位,降低工作人员的劳动强度;
5通过使用斜楔连接,可以改变运动传递方向,将竖直方向的运动变为水平方向的运动以便于该装置的使用,并且连接刚度高、传动精度高,使得产品组装精度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1、图2所示,一种模内产品组装装置,它包括推送部分和组装部分,推送部分包括推送块11、推送弹簧10和推送斜楔9,推送块11与推送弹簧10连接,推送斜楔9设置在推送块11上方并与推送块11楔形连接,推送斜楔9安装在上模座7下方,推送块11和推送弹簧10设置在下模座2上方,本实施例中,所述的上模座7下方安装有落料凸模8;组装部分包括组装斜楔6、传动斜楔4和组装凸模5,传动斜楔4和组装凸模5楔形连接,传动斜楔4和组装凸模5设置在下模座2内,传动斜楔4设置在组装凸模5上方,本实施例中,所述的传动斜楔4连接有斜楔复位弹簧3,所述的组装凸模5连接有凸模复位弹簧1,凸模复位弹簧1安装在组装凸模5下方并位于下模座2内,组装斜楔6设置在传动斜楔4上方,组装斜楔6与传动斜楔4接触时楔形连接,组装斜楔6安装在上模座7下方。
本发明的工作过程如下:零件A12和零件B由两种不同的带状坯料在同一台设备中同时冲压加工出来。
如图1所示,加工好的零件A12位于落料凸模8下方,零件B位于组装凸模5上方。此时前一道工序加工的零件A12被处于右极限位置的推送块11推送到组装凸模5上方以及零件B的下方。
当设备冲压零件时,上模座7带动组装斜楔6、落料凸模8和推送斜楔9与冲压机构同步向下移动,推送斜楔9推动推送块11克服推送弹簧10的推力向左移动,上模座7将带状坯料和带状坯料上的零件A12、零件B向下推动,组装斜楔6推动传动斜楔4克服斜楔复位弹簧3的拉力向左移动,传动斜楔4推动组装凸模5克服凸模复位弹簧1的拉力向上移动。
如图2所示,通过对斜楔的角度进行设计,可以实现当推送斜楔9推动推送块11移动到左极限位置时,落料凸模8将带状坯料上的零件A12推出带状坯料并使零件A12位于推送块11右边的位置,组装凸模5在传动斜楔4的作用下处于上极限位置,并将前一道工序加工的零件A12与零件B在压力的作用下组装在一起。
此时,冲压机构对带状坯料的冲压完成,并准备复位。上模座7带动组装斜楔6、落料凸模8和推送斜楔9与冲压机构同步向上移动,推送斜楔9脱离与推送块11的连接,推送块11在推送弹簧10的推力作用下向左移动,组装斜楔6与传动斜楔4脱离,传动斜楔4在斜楔复位弹簧3的拉力作用下向右移动并使传动斜楔4与组装凸模5脱离,组装凸模5在凸模复位弹簧1的拉力作用下向下移动,当推送块11处于右极限位置时,带状坯料被输送一个进给量的长度,随后如1所示。

1.一种模内产品组装装置,其特征在于:包括推送部分和组装部分,推送部分包括推送块(11)、推送弹簧(10)和推送斜楔(9),推送块(11)与推送弹簧(10)连接,推送斜楔(9)设置在推送块(11)上方并与推送块(11)楔形连接,推送斜楔(9)安装在上模座(7)下方,推送块(11)和推送弹簧(10)设置在下模座(2)上方;组装部分包括组装斜楔(6)、传动斜楔(4)和组装凸模(5),传动斜楔(4)和组装凸模(5)楔形连接,传动斜楔(4)和组装凸模(5)设置在下模座(2)内,传动斜楔(4)设置在组装凸模(5)上方,组装斜楔(6)设置在传动斜楔(4)上方,组装斜楔(6)与传动斜楔(4)接触时楔形连接,组装斜楔(6)安装在上模座(7)下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模内产品组装装置,其特征在于:所述的传动斜楔(4)连接有斜楔复位弹簧(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模内产品组装装置,其特征在于:所述的组装凸模(5)连接有凸模复位弹簧(1),凸模复位弹簧(1)安装在组装凸模(5)下方并位于下模座(2)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种模内产品组装装置,其特征在于:所述的上模座(7)下方安装有落料凸模(8)。
