Abstract
本发明涉及油田采油工程技术领域,属于一种可适应多种污水配液的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液。本发明按重量百分比由下列成分组成:0.3~1.0%增稠剂、0.15~0.2%交联剂、0~0.5%粘土稳定剂、0~0.2%助排剂、0.03~0.06%破胶剂、余量为水。本发明主要用于低渗透储层体积压裂改造施工,该压裂液具有适应性广、速溶性好、残渣含量低、悬砂性强等优点。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及油田采油工程技术领域,属于一种可适应多种污水配液的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液。
背景技术:体积压裂技术是目前以及今后大庆油田***低渗透油田有效开发的重要手段,而压裂改造时大规模施工将需要大量配液用水资源、较长的配液时间并产生大量返排液,对优化施工成本及环境保护方面提出了更高的要求;长垣老区需要压裂改造的井较多,施工密集,需要配液简单快捷的压裂液体系,如果施工时可以就近取水,利用地表水、联合站滤后水等配液,压裂液体系具有速溶、适应性强的特点,可大大降低水资源匮乏的压力,提高配液效率并节约成本。但大庆油田体积压裂常用的胍胶压裂液体系和表活剂压裂液体系均不能采用地表水、返排液、联合站滤后水等污水直接配制,因此,急需开发一种新型压裂液体系以解决上述问题。
发明内容:本发明的目的是在于提供能采用地表水、返排液、联合站滤后水等污水直接配制的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液。
本发明可通过如下技术方案来达到:它按重量百分比由下列成分组成:0.3~1.0%增稠剂、0.15~0.2%交联剂、0~0.5%粘土稳定剂、0~0.2%助排剂、0.03~0.06%破胶剂、余量为水。
所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺类高分子聚合物。
所述交联剂由60%磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠、20%异丙醇、5%甘油、2%甲酸钠、13%水组成。
所述粘土稳定剂为3%十二烷基氯化铵、5.5%盐酸、2.5%亚硝酸钠复合。
所述助排剂为阴离子表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂由11%环氧乙烷、88%环氧丙烷、1%有机硅聚合而成,聚合度49。
所述破胶剂为氧化型破胶剂。
所述氧化型破胶剂为过硫酸铵或过硫酸钾。
本发明的增稠剂是属于阴离子水溶性聚合物,分子量较低200~400万,其配制的压裂液自身以及可逆交联后的稀溶液属于强结构流体,可在溶液中形成可逆的空间网络结构,并形成粘弹性聚合物稀溶液。
体系的空间网状结构具有较高粘弹性,有别于传统的胍胶压裂液,具有显著悬砂性能。体系采用独特的可逆交联技术,剪切稳定性和剪切稀释性均表现优异,经泵送、炮眼和渗流过程不会明显破坏液体的流变性,确保了优秀携砂性能,非常适合于需要泵送时间较长的压裂作业。体系具有较好的速溶性和耐盐性,可做到在清水中1-3min增粘,在盐水中5-10min增粘,在污水中10-30min增粘,可采用大庆地表污水、压裂液返排处理液、联合站回注水等污水配液,大大拓宽了压裂液用水的范围。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
通过增强体系的粘弹性和自恢复性,提高其长时间悬砂性能;通过可逆交联技术,保证了长时间泵送压裂液稳定的流变性能;通过其快速增稠作用,实现现场快速配制;通过其优异的耐盐性能,确定了多种污水配液的可行性。具有耐温、抗剪切、岩石稳定性好、压裂液滤失低、适应性广的优点,在油层和人工裂缝中残留低、悬砂能力强。
具体实施方式:下面对本发明作进一步说明:它按重量百分比由下列成分组成:0.3~1.0%增稠剂、0.15~0.2%交联剂、0~0.5%粘土稳定剂、0~0.2%助排剂、0.03~0.06%破胶剂、余量为水。
所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺类高分子聚合物。
所述交联剂由60%磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠、20%异丙醇、5%甘油、2%甲酸钠、13%水组成。

实施例1、本实施方式的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,它按重量百分比由下列成分组成:0.45%增稠剂、0.18%交联剂、0.1%粘土稳定剂、0.1%助排剂、0.05%破胶剂、余量为水。
本实施方式的压裂液的配制方法如下:配制粘土稳定剂:30g十二烷基氯化铵、55g盐酸、25g亚硝酸钠复合。
配制助排剂:阴离子表面活性剂由11g环氧乙烷、88g环氧丙烷、1g有机硅聚合而成,聚合度49。
称取0.45g增稠剂、0.1g助排剂、0.1g粘土稳定剂,100g改性胍胶返排液处理后污水,混合配制粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液基液;称取0.18g交联剂加入到粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液基液中,搅拌成凝胶状态后开始流变性能测试。测试结束后按照重量百分比加入0.05%破胶剂,进行破胶水化即可。
返排液不能直接配制改性胍胶压裂液,但返排液可以直接配制粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,其流变性能见表1。

实施例2、本实施方式的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,它按重量百分比由下列成分组成:0.35%增稠剂、0.18%交联剂、0.034%破胶剂(过硫酸钾)、余量为水。
本实施方式的压裂液的配制方法如下:取980kg增稠剂、95kg过硫酸钾,与280000kg联合站回注污水混合配制粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,再加入504kg交联剂搅拌成凝胶状态即可。
该压裂液应用于P160井4层低渗透砂岩储层压裂改造,深度1154.8~1180.7m,储层中部温度约60℃。应用该压裂液现场施工后,最高砂比达到28%,储层压后日产液3.5t/d。施工数据及压后效果见表2。

1.一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,其特征在于:它按重量百分比由下列成分组成:0.3~1.0%增稠剂、0.15~0.2%交联剂、0~0.5%粘土稳定剂、0~0.2%助排剂、0.03~0.06%破胶剂、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺类高分子聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,其特征在于:所述交联剂由60%磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠、20%异丙醇、5%甘油、2%甲酸钠、13%水组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,其特征在于:所述粘土稳定剂为3%十二烷基氯化铵、5.5%盐酸、2.5%亚硝酸钠复合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,其特征在于:所述助排剂为阴离子表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂由11%环氧乙烷、88%环氧丙烷、1%有机硅聚合而成,聚合度49。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,其特征在于:所述破胶剂为氧化型破胶剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种适应污水配制的粘弹性聚合物清洁压裂液,其特征在于:所述氧化型破胶剂为过硫酸铵或过硫酸钾。
