技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分所述特征的用于车辆液压制动设备的液压泵总成。其用于在防滑控制期间建立压力或者也用于在防滑控制期间或之后进行助力制动并且将制动液从车轮制动器中回输。防滑控制为制动防抱死控制、驱动防滑控制和/或行驶动态控制,其中最后一个在口语中也被称为防甩控制。这些控制的常用缩写为ABS、ASR、FDR和ESP。此外,本发明涉及一种具有权利要求9前序部分所述特征的具有这种液压泵总成的车辆液压制动设备和一种具有权利要求10前序部分所述特征的制造方法或转子在液压泵总成的电动马达定子中的对中方式。
背景技术
如今在防滑控制的车辆液压制动设备中常见的是每个制动回路中各具有一个泵元件的活塞泵,也就是说,在通常有两个液压回路的情况中活塞泵具有两个泵元件。在对置布置形式中泵元件同轴地布置在设于其之间的偏心轮的两侧。偏心轮可由电动马达驱动旋转,偏心轮的轴线相对于泵元件沿径向延伸。泵活塞的相互面对的前端在外部贴靠在偏心轮的圆周处并且在偏心轮旋转运动时被驱动作往复直线运动,通过该往复直线运动以本身已知的方式输送制动液。
发明内容
根据本发明的具有权利要求1所述特征的液压缸总成具有特别是电动马达的驱动马达、活塞泵和螺旋传动装置,该螺旋传动装置将驱动马达的旋转的从动运动转变为活塞泵的平移的驱动运动。本发明可实现可预装配成组件的紧凑的液压泵总成,并且可在例如安装到液压块中或安装到液压块上之前检测其功能作用。螺旋传动装置可不依赖于传动比实现活塞泵的长的行程并且可通过螺旋传动装置的螺距选择传动比。
从属权利要求的对象是权利要求1所述的发明的有利设计方案和改进方案。

如图所示的根据本发明的液压泵总成1具有作为驱动马达的电动马达2、螺旋传动装置3和活塞泵4。电动马达2具有带有定子绕组的定子5,定子绕组设置在也可被称为极罐的罐状的马达壳体6中。电动马达2构造为空心轴马达,其具有管状的空心轴7,空心轴在其外侧具有永磁体8。具有永磁体8的空心轴7形成电动马达2的转子。

活塞13进入管状的缸15中一小段,活塞通过电动马达2的旋转驱动可移动到该缸中。活塞13和缸15与螺旋传动装置3和电动马达2同轴。
缸15容纳在液压块17中的在此也被称为缸孔16的圆筒形扩孔中。连接孔通入缸孔16的底部,在本实施例中在该连接孔中压入止回阀18。
液压块17是从车辆液压制动设备的防滑控制中本身已知的构件,液压块通常是由金属、特别是铝制成的平的、方形的构件,在其中设置有扩孔和盲孔作为容纳部,用于装入防滑控制装置的液压结构元件。这些结构元件例如为液压泵、电磁阀、液压蓄能器等。在液压块17中液压结构元件通过孔在液压上相互连接。在本附图中可在电动马达2的对面看到电磁阀19,电磁阀的线圈从液压块17中突出。电磁阀19由盖20遮盖。
缸15在液压块17之外具有在圆周处的通气孔21,如其从制动主缸中所已知的。在所示的退回的位置中,通气孔21不完全被活塞13遮盖,使得缸15的内腔通过通气孔21和液压块17中的孔与车辆液压制动设备的未示出的制动主缸或未示出的制动液储液罐相连通。如果活塞13移动到缸15中,则活塞在其移动开始时越过通气孔21并且由此使缸15的内腔与制动主缸或制动液储液罐隔离,如从制动主缸所已知的那样。通过活塞13进一步向缸15中的移动,活塞13通过接口18将制动液从缸15中挤出。在返回运动中,活塞13又将制动液吸入到缸15中。
用两个密封圈22、23密封活塞13,在相对于缸的轴向上来看,两个密封圈布置在通气孔21的两侧。其中一个密封圈22始终密封活塞13,另一密封圈23在活塞13越过通气孔21后被活塞13越过,当活塞13移动到缸15中时,该密封圈23克服在活塞13和缸15之间的高压进行密封。

活塞13克服在其移动到缸15中时由其产生的压力在轴向上支撑在空心螺杆10处且固定在空心螺杆的前端处。空心螺杆10将轴向力通过滚珠丝杠传动装置的滚珠12传递到电动马达2的空心轴11上。空心轴11在轴向上通过轴向滚针轴承28支撑在形成极罐的马达壳体6的壳体底部26处,马达壳体在其面向液压块17的敞开的一侧具有法兰29,在法兰处用螺栓30将马达壳体固定在液压块17处。以这种方式使力传递路径闭合。
