本发明提供了一种前模多穴单元穴位四面抽芯变浇注方式注塑模具,包括模具模架结构组件、浇注***、侧抽芯组件、瓣合式型腔组件、顶出机构组件、模具分型定距控制机构;所述模具,模具布局为一模八穴,两个模穴构成一个单元;所述模具单穴成型组件包括一个上型芯镶件、两个瓣合式型腔滑块、一个斜抽芯滑块、一个脱料镶件、一个下型芯镶件;采用上述技术方案提供的本发明模具,在产品的三个侧面方向做侧抽芯脱模,且需要设计一模多穴时,能用简单的机构实现上述特征的产品的抽芯和自动化模塑生产,能有效地保证产品的成型质量,降低模具生产制作成本和产品注塑成本;模具结构设计合理,工作稳定,安全可靠。

本发明涉及注塑模具机构设计领域,具体为一种前模多穴单元穴位四面抽芯变浇注方式注塑模具。
背景技术
如图1所示塑料产品,产品的三个侧面方向做侧抽芯脱模,且为保证产品的生产量纲,需要设计一模多穴,因而,需设计特殊的抽芯机构及模具以完成产品的自动化注塑生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种前模多穴单元穴位四面抽芯变浇注方式注塑模具,设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利;为解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明采用如下方案:一种前模多穴单元穴位四面抽芯变浇注方式注塑模具,包括弯销、上型芯镶件、斜抽芯滑块、耐磨板、脱料镶件、下型芯镶件、压板、点浇口流道、侧浇口主流道、弹簧螺杆、瓣合式型腔滑块、瓣合式型腔滑块弹簧、顶板联结柱、小拉杆弹簧、小拉杆、脱料板限位螺钉、导柱、长拉杆弹簧、长拉杆、上模座板、脱料板、型腔固定板、顶出推板、下型芯固定板、下模座板。
   作为优选,所述模具模架结构组件组成包括导柱、上模座板、脱料板、型腔固定板、顶出推板、下型芯固定板、下模座板。
   作为优选,所述模具模具布局为一模八穴,两个模穴构成一个单元。
   作为优选,所述模具浇注***包括点浇口流道、侧浇口主流道及其次级流道及浇口,侧浇口主流道及其次级流道及浇口由两个瓣合式型腔滑块上的流道拼合而成,整个模具中有同样的瓣合式型腔滑块八个;点浇口流道开设于型腔固定板上。
   作为优选,所述模具两穴为一个单元,一个单元包含两个弯销、两个瓣合式型腔滑块、两个上型芯镶件、两个斜抽芯滑块、两个脱料镶件、两个下型芯镶件。
   作为优选,所述模具单穴成型组件包括一个上型芯镶件、两个瓣合式型腔滑块、一个斜抽芯滑块、一个脱料镶件、一个下型芯镶件。
   作为优选,所述模具顶出机构组件包括八个脱料镶件、两个顶板联结柱、顶出推板组成;脱料镶件通过螺钉安装于顶出推板上,顶板联结柱通过螺纹与顶出推板紧固联结。
   作为优选,所述模具一个模穴单元型腔由两个瓣合式型腔滑块瓣合而成,瓣合式型腔滑块为定模瓣合式滑块,通过T型槽安装于型腔固定板上,其滑动抽芯动力由瓣合式型腔滑块弹簧提供,瓣合式型腔滑块弹簧套于弹簧螺杆上;型芯由上型芯镶件、斜抽芯滑块头部、脱料镶件、下型芯镶件构成;上型芯镶件安装于型腔固定板上,下型芯镶件安装于下型芯固定板上。
   作为优选,所述模具单模穴侧抽芯机构组成包括弯销、斜抽芯滑块、耐磨板。
   作为优选,所述模具分三次分型打开,第一、第二次分型打开完成斜抽芯滑块的抽芯及点浇口流道与侧浇口主流道的分离;第三次分型完成瓣合式型腔滑块、上型芯镶件与的脱离;模具分型定距控制机构由组成包括小拉杆弹簧、小拉杆、脱料板限位螺钉、长拉杆弹簧、长拉杆组成。
有益效果:本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种前模多穴单元穴位四面抽芯变浇注方式注塑模具,在产品的三个侧面方向做侧抽芯脱模,且需要设计一模多穴时,能用简单的机构实现上述特征的产品的抽芯和自动化模塑生产,能有效地保证产品的成型质量,降低模具生产制作成本和产品注塑成本;模具结构设计合理,工作稳定,安全可靠。

所述模具一个模穴单元型腔由两个瓣合式型腔滑块11瓣合而成,瓣合式型腔滑块11为定模瓣合式滑块,通过T型槽安装于型腔固定板22上,其滑动抽芯动力由瓣合式型腔滑块弹簧12提供,瓣合式型腔滑块弹簧12套于弹簧螺杆10上;型芯由上型芯镶件2、斜抽芯滑块3头部、脱料镶件5、下型芯镶件6构成;上型芯镶件2安装于型腔固定板22上,下型芯镶件6安装于下型芯固定板24上。
所述模具单模穴侧抽芯机构组成包括弯销1、斜抽芯滑块3、耐磨板4。
 所述模具分三次分型打开,第一、第二次分型打开完成斜抽芯滑块3的抽芯及点浇口流道8与侧浇口主流道9的分离;第三次分型完成瓣合式型腔滑块11、上型芯镶件2与的脱离;模具分型定距控制机构由组成包括小拉杆弹簧14、小拉杆15、脱料板限位螺钉16、长拉杆弹簧18、长拉杆19组成。
实际工作时,如图8、图9所示,其工作原理如下:
   1)第一次分型  模具打开后,注塑机动模板拉动模具动模部分后退,如图8所示,模具首先在第一分型面PL1处打开,斜抽芯滑块3在弯销1的拨动下,完成侧抽芯动作;同时,点浇口流道8同侧浇口主流道9在点浇口处崩断分离;
   2)第二次分型 模具动模部分继续后退,模具在第二分型面PL2处打开,点浇口流道8由脱料板21从模具浇口套中拔出,自动脱落;
   3)第三次分型  模具动模部分继续后退,如图9所示,模具在第三分型面PL3处打开,此时,瓣合式型腔滑块11在瓣合式型腔滑块弹簧12的推动下,沿其上的T型槽向下滑移,从而完成瓣合式型腔滑块11的侧面抽芯动作,同步地,上型芯镶件2亦从产品上脱离,从而产品留于下型芯镶件6上;
 4)产品顶出  模具动模部分继续后退到一定距离后,注塑机顶杆顶住顶板联结柱13,顶板联结柱13将顶住顶出推板23,从而,顶出推板23将顶住脱料镶件5将产品从上型芯镶件2上推出脱模;
5)复位  模具分型面依次按PL3-PL2-PL1闭合,瓣合式型腔滑块11先复位,而后是斜抽芯滑块3复位,模具完全闭合后,等待下一个注塑循环开始。
