Abstract

本发明公开一种薄型化导光板,其包括基板(221)以及设置于所述基板(221)上的楔形体(222)和棱镜结构体(223),所述楔形体(222)较厚的端面与所述基板(221)的侧面对齐,所述楔形体(222)较薄的端面与所述棱镜结构体(223)的一端平滑衔接。本发明还公开一种具有该导光板的背光模块以及具有该背光模块的液晶显示器。本发明通过在基板上形成独立于基板的楔形体和棱镜结构体,利用现有技术的工艺根据实际需求最大程度的薄型化导光板,从而使背光模块整体实现薄型化。

Description

薄型化导光板、背光模块及液晶显示器
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种薄型化导光板、背光模块及液晶显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示器作为电子设备的显示屏已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中。市场越来越追求电子设备的薄型化,例如现在的笔记本电脑、手机、平板电脑等需要液晶显示器的电子设备越做越薄,因此液晶显示器也需要越做越薄。在整个液晶显示器中,背光模块的薄型化能否实现决定了液晶显示器能否实现薄型化。而在背光模块中,导光板的厚度直接决定了背光模块的整体厚度,因此亟需提出一种薄型化的导光板,以使背光模块整体实现薄型化。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种薄型化导光板,其包括基板以及设置于所述基板上的楔形体和棱镜结构体,所述楔形体较厚的端面与所述基板的侧面对齐,所述楔形体较薄的端面与所述棱镜结构体的一端平滑衔接。
进一步地,所述楔形体和所述棱镜结构体采用硫化交联成型方式一体制成。
进一步地,所述基板独立于一体制成的所述楔形体和所述棱镜结构体。
进一步地,所述楔形体和所述棱镜结构体采用折射率与所述基板的折射率相同的材料制成。
进一步地,所述基板采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制成。
进一步地,所述棱镜结构体包括多个V型楞条,所述楔形体较薄的端面与所述V型楞条的一端平滑衔接。
进一步地,所述多个V型楞条彼此平行且连续。
进一步地,所述V型楞条为对称V型楞条或非对称V型楞条。
本发明还提出了一种背光模块,其包括上述的薄型化导光板。
本发明又提出了一种液晶显示器,其包括上述的背光模块。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在基板上形成独立于基板的楔形体和棱镜结构体,利用现有技术的工艺根据实际需求最大程度的薄型化导光板,从而使背光模块整体实现薄型化。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,可以以许多不同的形式来实施本发明,并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施例。相反,提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用,从而使本领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改。在附图中,为了清楚器件,夸大了层和区域的厚度,相同的标号在整个说明书和附图中可用来表示相同的元件。
图1是根据本发明的实施例的液晶显示器的侧视图。
参照图1,根据本发明的实施例的液晶显示器包括相对设置的液晶面板100和背光模块200,其中,背光模块200提供高色域的显示背光给液晶面板100,以使该液晶面板100显示影像。在本实施例中,由于本发明的发明要点是针对背光模块200,所以为了避免赘述,液晶面板100的具体结构在此不再详细介绍,本领域的技术人员可参照现有技术中公开的液晶面板的具体结构。
以下将对根据本发明的实施例的背光模块200进行详细的描述。图2是根据本发明的实施例的背光模块的局部侧视图。图3是根据本发明的实施例的导光板的侧视示意图。图4是图3的右视图。
一并参照图2至图4,根据本发明的实施例的背光模块200包括背框210、导光板220、若干光学膜片230、光源240、胶框250、遮光双面胶260及反射片270。
具体而言,在图2中,仅示出了背框210包括的底板211及位于底板211一侧的侧板212。应当理解的是,背框210通常包括底板211及分别位于底板211四侧的四个侧板212。
导光板220设置于背框210的底板211之上。在本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,导光板220是一种薄型化导光板,其包括一大致呈长方体的基板221以及设置在基板221顶面上的楔形体222和棱镜结构体223。楔形体222较厚的端面与基板221的一侧面对齐,二者一起作为邻近于背框210的侧板212的入光端面220a。楔形体222较薄的端面与棱镜结构体223的一端平滑衔接。棱镜结构体223的另一端与基板221的另一侧面对齐。
在本实施例中,优选地,楔形体222和棱镜结构体223采用硫化交联成型方式一体制成,但本发明不限制于此,例如楔形体222和棱镜结构体223也可分别独立制成。而基板221独立于一体制成的楔形体222和棱镜结构体223,也就是说,基板221与一体制成的楔形体222和棱镜结构体223是分割开的,这样可以根据要求最大程度薄型化的制成导光板220,如果基板221、楔形体222和和棱镜结构体223三者一体制成,那么在将导光板220做到一定程度的薄型化时,现有工艺是无法制成的。
优选地,在本实施例中,基板221采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)制成,但本发明并不限制于此。为了使导光板220达到最好的导光效果,楔形体222和棱镜结构体223均采用折射率与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的折射率相同或一致的材料制成,例如楔形体222和棱镜结构体223可使用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)制成。
进一步地,棱镜结构体223包括多个V型楞条2231,楔形体222较薄的端面与每个V型楞条2231平滑衔接。在本实施例中,优选地,这些V型楞条2231彼此平行且连续,但本发明并不限制于此。此外,在本实施例中,优选地,V型楞条2231为对称楞条,但本发明并不限制于此,例如V型楞条2231也可为非对称楞条。
光源240设置于入光端面220a与侧板212之间,并且光源240邻近于入光端面220a。若干光学膜片230依次设置在棱镜结构体223上。在本实施例中,这些光学膜片230可包括增亮膜、扩散膜等,它们能够改善由棱镜结构体223出射的光线的光学品质,在图2中,示出了三张光学膜片230,但本发明并不以此为限。胶框250设置在光源240和侧板212之间,若干光学膜片230通过遮光双面胶260固定在胶框250和侧板212上,从而也将光源230和导光板220固定在背框210中。反射片270设置于导光板220与背框210的底板211之间,该反射片270能够将到达其上的光线反射回导光板220中,从而提高光线利用率。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (10)

1.一种薄型化导光板,其特征在于,包括基板(221)以及设置于所述基板(221)上的楔形体(222)和棱镜结构体(223),所述楔形体(222)较厚的端面与所述基板(221)的侧面对齐,所述楔形体(222)较薄的端面与所述棱镜结构体(223)的一端平滑衔接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄型化导光板,其特征在于,所述楔形体(222)和所述棱镜结构体(223)采用硫化交联成型方式一体制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的薄型化导光板,其特征在于,所述基板(221)独立于一体制成的所述楔形体(222)和所述棱镜结构体(223)。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的薄型化导光板,其特征在于,所述楔形体(222)和所述棱镜结构体(223)采用折射率与所述基板(221)的折射率相同的材料制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的薄型化导光板,其特征在于,所述基板(221)采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的薄型化导光板,其特征在于,所述棱镜结构体(223)为多个V型楞条(2231),所述楔形体(222)较薄的端面与所述V型楞条(2231)的一端平滑衔接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的薄型化导光板,其特征在于,所述多个V型楞条(2231)彼此平行且连续。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的薄型化导光板,其特征在于,所述V型楞条(2231)为对称V型楞条或非对称V型楞条。
9.一种背光模块,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的薄型化导光板。
10.一种液晶显示器,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的背光模块。
