本发明公开了一种限流止回阀主要由阀体、阀座、阀瓣、过滤器、阀盖、限流导阀、弹簧、弹簧座、针形阀、隔膜和导向杆组成,所述阀体的进口腔与阀盖腔之间由导管连接,并在该导管上设有限流导阀,限流导阀之后设有单向阀,在限流导阀之前还设有过滤器,过滤器前面设有球阀,所述限流导阀用于控制水泵扬程,即水泵进出口压差,具有对水泵进出口压差控制的作用,在限流导阀上设有连接口与水泵入口连接。本发明的有益效果是,本发明用于多泵并联使用时安装于水泵压出口,起限制水泵工作流量、防止停泵回流作用,具有结构紧凑、重量较轻、调节范围大、灵敏度高和工作稳定可靠等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体地说是一种用于多泵并联使用时安装于水泵出口的限流止回阀。
背景技术
限流止回阀是一种自力式阀门。对于水泵多台并联而采用改变台数的方式进行流量调节的***,在水泵出口装设该种阀门,对运行中的泵,可以稳定扬程,限制流量,防止超载现象的发生,对停止运行的泵支路,则具有止回作用。但目前使用的限流止回阀存在调节范围小、调节误差大、灵敏度低和关键部件使用寿命短等的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、重量轻、调节范围大、灵敏度高和工作稳定可靠的限流止回阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:限流止回阀主要由阀体、阀座、阀瓣、过滤器、阀盖、限流导阀、弹簧、弹簧座、针形阀、隔膜和导向杆组成,阀体与阀盖通过螺栓紧固连接,中间设有隔膜将阀体和阀盖隔开,阀盖置于阀体上部,阀盖与隔膜之间形成阀盖腔,在阀盖腔内设有弹簧,弹簧上部与阀盖顶部配合,在阀盖顶部还设有排气口与丝堵配制,弹簧下部通过弹簧座与隔膜接触,所述阀瓣设在阀体内,弹簧座、隔膜和阀瓣通过导向杆、定位环和螺母固定在一起,导向杆垂直设置、并贯穿隔膜和两端分别延伸至阀盖腔和阀体内,导向杆置于阀体内的下端设有定位环,定位环上面限定阀瓣,阀瓣上部与隔膜接触,导向杆伸入阀盖腔连接弹簧座由螺母固定,配合阀瓣在阀体上设有阀座,阀座与阀瓣接触部分设有密封垫,在阀座中心设有导向孔,导向孔用于定位导向杆,导向杆可在导向孔内作上下移动,阀座与阀体设为一体,并且阀座将阀体分隔成进口腔和出口腔两部分,阀瓣位于出口腔内,在阀体底部还设有排污口与清污堵头配制。
所述阀体的进口腔与阀盖腔之间由导管连接,并在该导管上设有限流导阀,限流导阀之后设有单向阀,在限流导阀之前还设有过滤器,过滤器前面设有球阀,所述限流导阀用于控制水泵扬程,即水泵进出口压差,具有对水泵进出口压差控制的作用,在限流导阀上设有连接口与水泵入口连接;所述阀体的出口腔与阀盖腔之间也设有导管连接,并在此导管上设有针形阀。
本发明的工作原理如下,水流经水泵出口由阀体的进口腔进入,经阀瓣节流限制后流向出口腔,起到限流作用,在水泵扬程大于限流导阀的控制压差时,限流导阀处于关闭状态,阀瓣在进口腔的水压推动下可达到最大开度,当需要改变流量而减少水泵运行台数时,正在运行的水泵流量将增大,扬程降低,在扬程小于限流导阀的控制压差时,限流导阀开启,一部分水流经限流导阀和单向阀后流入阀盖腔,导致阀盖腔内的水压力增大,隔膜带动阀瓣下移,减小了阀瓣与阀座之间的过流截面积,其水流量随之减小,水泵扬程随之增大,待达到平衡状态时,水泵扬程即为限流导阀的控制压差;在关闭水泵时,阀体的出口腔压力大于进口腔压力,水流经针形阀流入阀盖腔,阀盖腔压力增大,隔膜带动阀瓣关闭,起到缓闭止回阀的作用。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明用于多泵并联使用时安装于水泵压出口,起限制水泵工作流量、防止停泵回流作用,具有结构紧凑、重量较轻、调节范围大、灵敏度高和工作稳定可靠等优点。

下面就附图1对本发明的限流止回阀作以下详细地说明。
如附图1所示,本发明的限流止回阀主要由阀体1、阀座3、阀瓣6、过滤器7、阀盖8、限流导阀9、弹簧12、弹簧座16、针形阀17、隔膜21和导向杆22组成,阀体1与阀盖8通过螺栓20紧固连接,中间设有隔膜21将阀体1和阀盖8隔开,阀盖8置于阀体1上部,阀盖8与隔膜21之间形成阀盖腔19,在阀盖腔19内设有弹簧12,弹簧12上部与阀盖8顶部配合,在阀盖8顶部还设有排气口13与丝堵14配制,弹簧12下部通过弹簧座16与隔膜21接触,所述阀瓣6设在阀体1内,弹簧座16、隔膜21和阀瓣6通过导向杆22、定位环25和螺母15固定在一起,导向杆22垂直设置、并贯穿隔膜21和两端分别延伸至阀盖腔19和阀体1内,导向杆22置于阀体1内的下端设有定位环25,定位环25上面限定阀瓣6,阀瓣6上部与隔膜21接触,导向杆22伸入阀盖腔19连接弹簧座16由螺母15固定,配合阀瓣6在阀体1上设有阀座3,阀座3与阀瓣6接触部分设有密封垫23,在阀座3中心设有导向孔26,导向孔26用于定位导向杆22,导向杆22可在导向孔26内作上下移动,阀座3与阀体1设为一体,并且阀座3将阀体1分隔成进口腔2和出口腔24两部分,阀瓣6位于出口腔2内,在阀体1底部还设有排污口27与清污堵头28配制。
所述阀体1的进口腔2与阀盖腔19之间由导管4连接,并在该导管4上设有限流导阀9,限流导阀9之后设有单向阀11,在限流导阀9之前还设有过滤器7,过滤器7前面设有球阀5,所述限流导阀9用于控制水泵扬程,即水泵进出口压差,具有对水泵进出口压差控制的作用,在限流导阀9上设有连接口10与水泵入口连接;所述阀体1的出口腔24与阀盖腔19之间也设有导管18连接,并在此导管18上设有针形阀17。
本发明的工作原理如下,水流经水泵出口由阀体1的进口腔2进入,经阀瓣6节流限制后流向出口腔24,起到限流作用,在水泵扬程大于限流导阀9的控制压差时,限流导阀9处于关闭状态,阀瓣6在进口腔2的水压推动下可达到最大开度,当需要改变流量而减少水泵运行台数时,正在运行的水泵流量将增大,扬程降低,在扬程小于限流导阀9的控制压差时,限流导阀9开启,一部分水流经限流导阀9和单向阀11后流入阀盖腔19,导致阀盖腔19内的水压力增大,隔膜21带动阀瓣6下移,减小了阀瓣6与阀座3之间的过流截面积,其水流量随之减小,水泵扬程随之增大,待达到平衡状态时,水泵扬程即为限流导阀9的控制压差;在关闭水泵时,阀体1的出口腔24压力大于进口腔2压力,水流经针形阀17流入阀盖腔19,阀盖腔19压力增大,隔膜21带动阀瓣6关闭,起到缓闭止回阀的作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种限流止回阀主要由阀体、阀座、阀瓣、过滤器、阀盖、限流导阀、弹簧、弹簧座、针形阀、隔膜和导向杆组成,其特征在于,阀体与阀盖通过螺栓紧固连接,中间设有隔膜将阀体和阀盖隔开,阀盖置于阀体上部,阀盖与隔膜之间形成阀盖腔,阀座与阀体设为一体,并且阀座将阀体分隔成进口腔和出口腔两部分, 所述阀体的进口腔与阀盖腔之间由导管连接,并在该导管上设有限流导阀,限流导阀之后设有单向阀,在限流导阀之前还设有过滤器,过滤器前面设有球阀,在限流导阀上设有连接口与水泵入口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的限流止回阀,其特征在于,所述阀体的出口腔与阀盖腔之间也设有导管连接,并在此导管上设有针形阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的限流止回阀,其特征在于,在阀盖腔内设有弹簧,弹簧上部与阀盖顶部配合,在阀盖顶部还设有排气口与丝堵配制,弹簧下部通过弹簧座与隔膜接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的限流止回阀,其特征在于,所述阀瓣设在阀体内,弹簧座、隔膜和阀瓣通过导向杆、定位环和螺母固定在一起,导向杆垂直设置、并贯穿隔膜和两端分别延伸至阀盖腔和阀体内,导向杆置于阀体内的下端设有定位环,定位环上面限定阀瓣,阀瓣上部与隔膜接触,导向杆伸入阀盖腔连接弹簧座由螺母固定,配合阀瓣在阀体上设有阀座,阀座与阀瓣接触部分设有密封垫,在阀座中心设有导向孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的限流止回阀,其特征在于,阀瓣位于出口腔内,在阀体底部还设有排污口与清污堵头配制。
