本发明涉及一种工业设备用橡胶空气弹簧,具有连接法兰和曲囊,所述的空气弹簧的两端均设置有连接法兰,端封板的表面上设置有螺栓孔,两连接法兰之间设置有曲囊,曲囊中间设置有腰环。本发明结构简单,使用方便,减振效果好,防老化,耐压性能好,使用寿命长,重量轻,密封性能好,安装方便,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业设备用橡胶空气弹簧。 
背景技术
在现有的隔振缓冲装置类产品中,主要有钢丝弹簧类、橡胶类、空气弹簧类和钢丝绳类,空气弹簧是使用过程中的易损配件,空气弹簧的好坏直接影响设备的平稳性和其他机件的寿命,因此我们应使空气弹簧经常处于良好的工作状态,但现有的空气弹簧的减振效果差,且使用寿命短,不能满足现在的需求。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种减振效果好,使用寿命长的工业设备用橡胶空气弹簧。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种工业设备用橡胶空气弹簧,具有连接法兰和曲囊,所述的空气弹簧的两端均设置有连接法兰,端封板的表面上设置有螺栓孔,两连接法兰之间设置有曲囊,曲囊中间设置有腰环。 
进一步的,所述的曲囊以耐压增强层为基层,耐压增强层的内层设置有气密性橡胶层,耐压增强层的外层设置有耐老化的橡胶层。 
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,使用方便,减振效果好,防老化,耐压性能好,使用寿命长,重量轻,密封性能好,安装方便,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。 
如图1、2所示的一种工业设备用橡胶空气弹簧,具有连接法兰1和曲囊2,空气弹簧的两端均设置有连接法兰1,端封板1的表面上设置有螺栓孔3,两连接法兰1之间设置有曲囊2,曲囊2中间设置有腰环4。 
曲囊2以耐压增强层5为基层,耐压增强层5的内层设置有气密性橡胶层6,气密性橡胶层6使得空气弹簧的密封性能提高,耐压增强层5的外层设置有耐老化的橡胶层7,减振效果好,防老化,耐压性能好,使用寿命长,重量轻,密封性能好,安装方便,提高工作效率。 
橡胶空气弹簧装配成总成后,向空气弹簧内充入压缩空气,利用空气的可压缩性实现弹性作用,是具有弹簧作用的非金属弹簧,同时橡胶空气弹簧拥有许多优越金属弹簧的特点:橡胶空气弹簧具有非线性特性,可根据需要将它的特性线设计成比较理想的曲线;橡胶空气弹簧的刚度随载荷而变,使弹簧装置具有理想的特性:橡胶空气弹簧能同时承受轴向和径向载荷,也能传递扭矩:橡胶空气弹簧通过调整内压力,可以得到不同的承载能力,因此适应多种载荷的需求:橡胶空气弹簧的重量轻,使用寿命长:橡胶空气弹簧的高频隔振和隔音性能好。橡胶空气弹簧所需安装空间小,更换方便。

1.一种工业设备用橡胶空气弹簧,具有连接法兰(1)和曲囊(2),其特征在于:所述的空气弹簧的两端均设置有连接法兰(1),端封板(1)的表面上设置有螺栓孔(3),两连接法兰(1)之间设置有曲囊(2),曲囊(2)中间设置有腰环(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业设备用橡胶空气弹簧,其特征在于:所述的曲囊(2)以耐压增强层(5)为基层,耐压增强层(5)的内层设置有气密性橡胶层(6),耐压增强层(5)的外层设置有耐老化的橡胶层(7)。
