本发明涉及一种离心压缩机的涡旋辅助轮,离心压缩机的涡旋辅助轮,包括轮体,轮体的外壁对称固接多个叶片,其特征在于:轮体的外周面还螺旋带有涡旋叶板,所述涡旋叶板带有凹弧面;所述叶片为弧形板状结构,其凹面朝向轮体的底部。本发明结构简单,装置于离心压缩机上,由于才有涡旋叶板与弧形叶片相结合的结构,大大提高了压缩机的工作效率。

本发明涉及空气压缩机,尤其涉及离心式空气压缩机。
背景技术
传统的离心式空气压缩机通过单一的旋转叶轮使空气加速,主气流为径向,其缺点是工作效率较低、能耗过大。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术存在的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种离心压缩机的涡旋辅助轮,其具有结构简单、工作效率高的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种离心压缩机的涡旋辅助轮,包括轮体,轮体的外壁对称固接多个叶片,其特征在于:轮体的外周面还螺旋带有涡旋叶板,所述涡旋叶板带有凹弧面;所述叶片为弧形板状结构,其凹面朝向轮体的底部。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单,装置于离心压缩机上,由于才有涡旋叶板与弧形叶片相结合的结构,大大提高了压缩机的工作效率。

见图1及图2,本发明包括轮体1,轮体1的外壁对称固接多个叶片2,轮体1的外周面螺旋带有涡旋叶板3,所述涡旋叶板3带有凹弧面31;所述叶片2为弧形板状结构,其凹面朝向轮体1的底部。
