技术领域

背景技术

以下将参考附图更完整地描述本发明,附图中示出了本发明的示例性实施例。正如本领域技术人员认识到的,在不脱离本发明的精神或范围情形下,描述的实施方式可以以不同的方式进行修改。
与描述与不相关的部分将被省略以清楚地描述本发明,并且在本说明书全文中,相同或相似的元件将用相同的附图标记标示。
此外,由于附图所示的每个组件都为了易于描述而被任意地示出,所以本发明不具体局限于附图中所示的组件。
图1是根据本发明示例性实施例的用于车辆的曲面显示设备的示意图。图2是说明根据本发明示例性实施例的曲面屏幕上显示的图像的示意图。
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明示例性实施例的用于车辆的曲面显示设备5可以包括曲面屏幕10、投影仪20、第一反射镜30、第二反射镜40、红外发光器50、红外摄影机60以及控制器70。
根据车辆的内部设计,曲面显示设备5可以设置在车辆的仪表板中。曲面屏幕10可以由透明的丙烯(acryl)材料制成以便显示图像。
参照图2,曲面屏幕10会遭受穿过挡风玻璃(WS)或车门玻璃(D)的外界光干扰(S)。特别地,曲面屏幕10易于遭受穿过没有方向盘的乘客侧的车门玻璃(D)的外界光(S)的干扰。
投影仪20可以将图像投射到预定投射区上。该图像可以显示在曲面屏幕10上并且可以由观者(诸如驾驶者)可视地识别。控制器70可以接收外部视频信号以确定将显示在曲面屏幕10上的图像,并且可以根据所确定的图像控制投影仪20。
所述图像可以包括车辆速度信息、发动机转速信息、制冷剂温度信息、燃油量信息、累积距离信息、行程信息、灯(例如、转向灯或远光灯)的操作状态信息、装置(例如,车门、安全带或电池)的操作状态信息等等。也就是说,所述图像可以包括对应于现有仪表簇装置提供的信息的对象15a(参见图2)。
另外,所述图像还可以包括导航装置信息、音频装置信息以及空调信息。也就是说,所述图像还可以包括配置有对应于现有仪表板上提供的用以操作导航装置、音频装置和空调的各个按钮和屏幕的多个可选对象15b、15c和15d的用户界面。
这里,对象指的是由用户选择和控制的信息。例如,所述对象可以是图像、图标、文件夹图标、文本、内容、列表等等。
导航装置信息可以包括配置有多个可选对象、车辆目前位置、地图上的路线引导等等的导航菜单。音频装置信息可以包括配置有多个可选对象、音量、当前播放声源、无线电频道频率等的音频菜单。空调信息可以包括空调菜单、当前温度、气流量等等。
参照图1,第一反射镜30和第二反射镜40可以设置在曲面屏幕10和投影仪20之间。从投影仪20投射的图像可以经由第一反射镜30反射到第二反射镜40。从第二反射镜40反射的图像可以投射至曲面屏幕10继而显示给用户。
第一反射镜30可以是基于曲面屏幕10的曲率值制造的非球面镜。此外,通过使用第一反射镜30,可以控制用于在曲面屏幕10上显示图像所需的路径深度以使曲面显示设备5的尺寸减少。
为了检测光反射区,可以使用红外发光器50和红外摄影机60。红外发光器50可以向曲面屏幕10输出红外线。
红外摄影机60可以捕获对应于曲面屏幕10的全部区域的红外图像。红外摄影机60可以处理在捕获模式中通过图像传感器获得的诸如静止图像或运动图片的图像帧。处理的图像帧可以发送至控制器70。
参照图1,由投影仪20投射的图像可以由虚线表示,红外照明区由一个单点划线表示,捕获区由双点划线表示。
控制器70可以电连接至投影仪20、红外发光器50以及红外摄影机60,并且可以用一个或多个由预定程序执行的微处理器来实现。所述预定程序可以包括一系列命令,用于执行根据本发明示例性实施例的用于控制投影仪20显示图像的方法中所包括的各个步骤。
根据本发明示例性实施例的用于车辆的曲面显示设备还可以包括根据控制器70的控制指令执行应用程序功能的应用程序驱动器80。
当用户的手(H)触摸曲面屏幕10上的任何位置时,会反射红外线并且红外摄影机60可以捕获反射的红外图像。控制器70可以基于所述红外图像确定触摸位置。
曲面屏幕10上显示的图像可以包括配置有多个可选对象15b、15c和15d的用户界面。
用户可以在多个对象15b、15c和15d中选择期望对象15d。在这种情况下,控制器70可以产生控制指令,以操作映射至所选择的对象15d的应用程序功能,并向应用程序驱动器80输出控制指令。这里,所述应用程序功能可以是在车辆中提供的多个电子设备(例如,导航装置、音频装置或空调)的各种应用程序功能之一。
以下,将参考图2和和图3描述根据本发明示例性实施例的用于检测光反射出现区域并且对投射到对应区域上的图像进行重排的方法。
如图2所示,曲面屏幕10上显示的图像可以包括配置有多个对象15a、15b、15c、和15d的用户界面。对象15a可以包括车辆速度信息和发动机转速信息,其可以显示在曲面屏幕10的左侧。可以由用户选择的对应于导航装置信息的对象15b、对应于音频装置信息的对象15c、对应于空调信息的对象15d,可以显示在曲面屏幕10的右侧。
图3是说明根据本发明示例性实施例在产生光反射时在曲面屏幕上显示的图像的示意图。
如图3所示,光反射区(LR)可以由外界光干扰(S)在曲面屏幕10上产生。
控制器70可以基于红外摄影机60捕获的红外图像确定曲面屏幕10上的光反射区(LR)。例如,控制器70可以使用包括在图像帧中的像素值,并且将具有偏离预定像素值范围的像素坐标的区域确定为光反射区(LR)。
控制器70可以控制投影仪20重排在光反射区(LR)中显示的图像。控制器70可以控制投影仪20在光反射区(LR)之外的区域中显示图像。
控制器70可以控制投影仪20在光反射区(LR)中显示黑色图像(BI)。在这种情况下,控制器70可以控制投影仪20在距光反射区(LR)预定范围内的对应区域中显示黑色图像(BI)。因此,可以防止由光反射所引起的对驾驶者的眩目效果。
控制器70可以基于多个对象15b、15c和15d的各自的选择频率来确定多个对象15b、15c和15d的各自的显示区域。例如,如果对应于音频装置信息和空调信息的对象15c和15d的选择频率高于对应于导航装置信息的对象15b的选择频率,则对象15c和15d可以显示在光反射区(LR)的左侧,对象15b可以显示在光反射区(LR)的右侧。也就是说,用户频繁选择的对象15c和15d可以显示得更接近驾驶者。
如上所述,根据本发明的示例性实施例,可以减少光反射以获得驾驶者的安全性。此外,由于不需要额外的降低反射的薄膜,所以可以降低曲面显示设备5的生产成本。
此外,可以消除由于光反射效果引起的触摸错误识别。
尽管已经结合示例性实施例描述了本发明,然而应当理解,本发明不限于公开的实施方式,相反,本发明旨在覆盖包括在权利要求书的精神和范围内的各种改变和等效配置。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于车辆的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
投影仪,被配置为将图像投射到预定投射区域;
第一反射镜,被配置为反射从所述投影仪投射的图像;
第二反射镜,被配置为反射从所述第一反射镜反射的图像;
曲面屏幕,被配置为显示从所述第二反射镜反射的图像;
红外发光器,被配置为将红外线输出到所述曲面屏幕上;
红外摄影机,被配置为捕获所述曲面屏幕的红外图像;以及
控制器,被配置为确定在所述曲面屏幕上显示的图像并且根据所确定的图像控制所述投影仪,
其中,所述控制器被配置为,基于所述红外图像确定所述曲面屏幕上的光反射区,并且控制所述投影仪重排在所述光反射区中显示的图像。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,所述控制器被配置为控制所述投影仪在所述光反射区中显示黑色图像。
3.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一反射镜是基于所述曲面屏幕的曲率值而制造的非球面镜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,
在所述曲面屏幕上显示的图像包括配置有多个可选对象的用户界面,并且
所述控制器被配置为控制所述投影仪在除所述光反射区之外的区域中显示所述多个对象。
5.根据权利要求4所述的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,所述控制器被配置为基于所述红外图像在所述曲面屏幕上确定触摸位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,还包括
应用程序驱动器,被配置为根据所述控制器的控制指令执行应用程序功能,
其中,当确定所述触摸位置对应于所述多个对象中的任何一个时,所述控制器被配置为生成用于操作映射至所选对象的应用程序功能的控制指令。
7.根据权利要求4所述的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,所述控制器被配置为基于所述多个对象各自的选择频率确定所述多个对象各自的显示区域。
8.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,所述控制器被配置为使所述投影仪在距所述光反射区的预定范围内的区域中显示黑色图像。
9.根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示设备,其特征在于,所述控制器被配置为将具有偏离预定像素值范围的像素坐标的区域确定为所述光反射区。
