Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料注射成型机,包括底座,注射***部分和模具合模成型***三个组成部分,在所述的底座下端还设置有底座减震层,注射***部分包括料筒,在料筒一端连接着液压油缸,所述的料筒分为料筒搅拌加热室,料筒电阻加热室和料筒塑化室,同时,在料筒内包裹设置有螺杆,本发明一种塑料注射成型机成本低,便于操作,生产效率高,产品成型快,表面均匀,可用于各种热塑性塑料的成型加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具机械领域,特别是涉及一种塑料注射成型机。
背景技术
塑料注射成型机在模具行业中应用广泛,普通的塑料注射成型机一般分为柱塞式注射机和螺杆式注射机,其中柱塞式注射机采用的是柱塞推动力量,把料筒内加热的塑料颗粒首先进行塑化,然后把经过塑化的塑料颗粒转化为热黏稠状态,注射到模具腔体中;螺杆则采用螺杆搅拌,通过液压油缸或者其它动力把物料经过搅拌后由喷嘴注入到模具腔体内,现在塑料的应用越来越广泛,并且塑料化学稳定性好,对弱酸弱碱的抵抗性强,很多领域逐步代替玻璃和陶瓷材料,所以,塑料行业的发展带动了塑料注射成型机的广泛应用。
现有的塑料注射成型机在使用过程中,存在着使用完成后浇口有塑料痕迹,成品注塑表面不均匀的缺陷,所以提高注射成型机的质量,发挥注射成型机最大的塑化能力,一直是注塑模具行业比较关心的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑料注射成型机,采用卧式注射结构形式,注射容量范围大,效率高,并且注射均匀,产品成型冷却表面无裂痕,成型质量好。
所述的一种塑料注射成型机,包括底座,注射***部分和模具合模成型***三个组成部分。
所述的底座是塑料注射成型机的支撑***,为了更好的维持注射成型机的工作,在所述的底座下端还设置有底座减震层。
所述的注射***部分包括料筒,料筒为长方体结构形式,在料筒一端连接着液压油缸,所述的液压油缸上设置有左行注油口和右行注油口,液压油缸为注射成型机注射过程中提供注射动力,所述的料筒分为三个组成部分,三个部分分别是料筒搅拌加热室,料筒电阻加热室和料筒塑化室,同时,在料筒内包裹设置有螺杆,其中料筒电阻加热室内径比螺杆头部的外径小于0.5毫米,以便螺杆塞紧紧卡住料筒电阻加热室.
所述的料筒通过支架固定在底座上,料筒塑化室前端连接有旋转螺纹本体,在旋转螺纹本体前端设置了旋转喷头,熔融的塑料经过旋转喷头进入到模具合模成型***部分。
在料筒中间部分上端设置有料斗,在料斗上设置了进料口,固态塑料从进料口进入料筒,随螺杆转动而沿螺杆向前输送,随着固态塑料被压实,物料中的气体从进料排出,在加热器和螺杆的剪切作用下物料逐渐塑化。
一种优选技术方案,为了便于熔融塑料进入模具合膜成型***部分,防止塑料液体倒流,在所述的料筒塑化室前端设置逆流防止阀,防止熔融塑料外溢。
一种优选技术方案,为了便于控制塑料加热方式,所述的料筒电阻加热室采用电加热控制方式,并且在料筒内设置压力仪与温度仪,通过控制开关可以调节和掌握料筒的压力和温度。
所述的模具合模成型***包括模具塑料进入板,固定底板,在模具塑料进入板和固定底板之间连接着两个平行的合模拉杆,在合模拉杆内为合模机构腔体。熔融塑料在合模机构腔体内冷却成型,制成成品后,通过开模装置,把成型产品顶出,从而完成注射成型机制品的顶出。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种塑料注射成型机成本低,便于操作,生产效率高,产品成型快,表面均匀,可用于各种热塑性塑料如尼龙、ABS、372,聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯,氟塑料材料等的成型加工。

所述的一种塑料注射成型机包括底座,注射***部分和模具合模成型***三个组成部分。
所述的底座是塑料注射成型机的支撑***,为了更好的维持注射成型机的工作,在所述的底座下端还设置有底座减震层。
所述的注射***部分包括料筒,料筒为长方体结构形式,在料筒一端连接着液压油缸,所述的液压油缸上设置有左行注油口和右行注油口,液压油缸为注射成型机注射过程中提供注射动力,所述的料筒分为三个组成部分,三个部分分别是料筒搅拌加热室,料筒电阻加热室和料筒塑化室,同时,在料筒内包裹设置有螺杆,其中料筒电阻加热室内径比螺杆头部的外径小于0.5毫米,以便螺杆塞紧紧卡住料筒电阻加热室.
所述的料筒通过支架固定在底座上,料筒塑化室前端连接有旋转螺纹本体,在旋转螺纹本体前端设置了旋转喷头,熔融的塑料经过旋转喷头进入到模具合模成型***部分。
在料筒中间部分上端设置有料斗,在料斗上设置了进料口,固态塑料从进料口进入料筒,随螺杆转动而沿螺杆向前输送,随着固态塑料被压实,物料中的气体从进料排出,在加热器和螺杆的剪切作用下物料逐渐塑化。
为了便于熔融塑料进入模具合膜成型***部分,防止塑料液体倒流,在所述的料筒塑化室前端设置逆流防止阀,防止熔融塑料外溢。
为了便于控制塑料加热方式,所述的料筒电阻加热室采用电加热控制方式,并且在料筒内设置压力仪与温度仪,通过控制开关可以调节和掌握料筒的压力和温度。
所述的模具合模成型***包括模具塑料进入板,固定底板,在模具塑料进入板和固定底板之间连接着两个平行的合模拉杆,在合模拉杆内为合模机构腔体。熔融塑料在合模机构腔体内冷却成型,制成成品后,通过开模装置,把成型产品顶出,从而完成注射成型机制品的顶出。

1.一种塑料注射成型机,其特征在于,包括:底座,注射***部分和模具合模成型***三个组成部分,所述的底座是塑料注射成型机的支撑***,在底座下端还设置有底座减震层,注射***部分包括料筒,料筒为长方体结构形式,在料筒一端连接着液压油缸,液压油缸上设置有左行注油口和右行注油口,所述的料筒分为三个组成部分,三个部分分别是料筒搅拌加热室,料筒电阻加热室和料筒塑化室,同时,在料筒内包裹设置有螺杆,其中料筒电阻加热室内径比螺杆头部的外径小于0.5毫米,所述的料筒通过支架固定在底座上,料筒塑化室前端连接有旋转螺纹本体,在旋转螺纹本体前端设置了旋转喷头,熔融的塑料经过旋转喷头进入到模具合模成型***部分,在料筒中间部分上端设置有料斗,在料斗上设置了进料口,所述的模具合模成型***包括模具塑料进入板,固定底板,在模具塑料进入板和固定底板之间连接着两个平行的合模拉杆,在合模拉杆内为合模机构腔体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料注射成型机,其特征在于,在所述的料筒塑化室前端设置逆流防止阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料注射成型机,其特征在于,所述的料筒电阻加热室采用电加热控制方式,并且在料筒内设置压力仪与温度仪,通过控制开关调节和掌握料筒的压力和温度。
