本发明涉及含有标记剂的工件或材料。
众所周知，技术产品以及其他高价值产品经常被非法复制。在此过程中，有关公司和经济总体上遭受重大损失。此外，复制产品通常质量低劣。因为顾客未意识到其是伪造品的事实，他将关于质量低劣的任何缺陷投射到商标上，使得制造商的形象遭受巨大损害。

因此，本发明的目标是提供一种工件或材料，其含有标记剂且克服上述现有技术的缺点。尤其，旨在以可靠且溶解性差的形式将标记剂设置在该工件或材料内，而不会使含有的标记物失效。尤其，在标记剂的制造过程中，其中含有的标记物不应被毁坏或溶解，以及它们的安全特征不应被更改或弄得难辨认。此外，在含有标记剂的工件或材料的制造过程中，不应以任何方式影响标记剂的特征。
通过含有标记剂的工件或材料实现此目标，所述标记剂在含有硼酸或硼砂的熔化载体内包括标记物。
在此方面优选的是，标记剂均质地混合在工件或材料内。

根据本发明，出人意料地发现，含有基于硼酸或硼砂的载体的标记剂能够被成功地纳入到工件或材料的主体内，使得载体内含有的标记物以“玻璃化的”形式存在于该载体内，可以说是，在其与载体融合之后，使得其不迁移且完全惰性，但是当被检测从而被读取时，标记物的特征未被更改、毁坏、溶解或弄得难辨认。
载体特别优选地是搪瓷或陶瓷釉料且特别优选地含有硼砂(四硼酸钠)。根据本发明，将选择商业可得的载体材料。标记物可被混合到这些载体材料内且然后熔化。根据使用的载体材料或标记物，在标记剂的制造过程中可添加另一些添加剂，诸如，改变载体材料的熔点或其粘度的添加剂。已知的添加剂是例如萤石、硼砂、硼酸或碱碳酸盐。

对比实施例
掺杂有氧化铽和氧化铒的硫氧化钇(Yttriumoxidsulfid)是可用作标记物的反斯托克斯色素。可用适当波长的辐射激活此标记物，且可用适当检测器(诸如，简单成像摄像机)检测其荧光效应。
此标记物仅对酸(诸如，稀释的盐酸)具有有限的抗性，以使得存在钇被转变成生物可用的化合物的危险。这不仅在医学角度是不期望的，而且也是日常消费物品和儿童玩具中禁止的，参见DIN EN 71。
实施例
上述色素以1:2到1:5的比率与硼熔块诸如M9358(Ferro,Reimbold&Strick)混合。在1000℃下使该混合物熔化且然后通过将获得的熔体浇注到水中淬火该熔体。获得的玻璃不展示钇的溶解性，同时保留了反斯托克斯效果。

3.根据权利要1或2所述的工件或材料，其特征在于，所述标记物被均质地混合在所述载体内。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的工件或材料，其特征在于，所述载体是玻璃、陶瓷或搪瓷。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的工件或材料，其特征在于，所述标记物含有反斯托克斯色素和/或斯托克斯色素。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的工件或材料，其特征在于，所述工件或材料由金属、玻璃、陶瓷、木材和/或塑料制成。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的工件或材料，其特征在于，标记物：载体的重量比是1:1至1:10，优选地1:2至1:5。
