本发明公开了一种变电站使用的转臂式起吊装置,它包括转柱(7)、立柱(9)、横梁(3)、卷筒(4)和移动小车(5),横梁固定在转柱上,横梁一端设置有转轮(2)、另一端上设置有配重块(6),移动小车设置在横梁上,卷筒设置在移动小车上,卷筒上的绳索绕过转轮,所述立柱下端设置有转套(10),转柱下端的连接轴(24)通过间隔设置的平面轴承(17)、在立柱上端固定设置有压盖(14),在压盖内设置有耐磨盘(19),在耐磨盘上表面间隔设置有环形油槽(18),在环形油槽之间设置有通油槽(15)和注油孔(13),本发明可使转柱在立柱上实现灵活转动,它结构紧凑简单,使用维护方便,使用一般不受限制,且安全可靠。

一种变电站使用的转臂式起吊装置
技术领域
本发明涉及起吊设备,特别是用于变电站安装、更换电力设备的起吊装置。
背景技术
变电站由于种种情况变化而需要经常更换设备(如隔离开关、互感器、避雷针等)时,由于这些设备都是安装在构架上,仅靠人力完成是困难的,也是不安全的,一般需要采用吊车或抱杆进行吊装,如采用吊车更换,停电范围大,费用高,部分变电站设备受施工环境限制,在具体的施工中,停电范围往往只是一个间隔,周围都是带电设备,因此无法使用吊车;抱杆由于其长度相对较长、体积重,运输、搬运不便,且变电站内空间狭小,周边均为带电设备,抱杆在使用时经常不能满足与带电设备的安全距离,抱杆的使用受到一定限制,抱杆稍有倾斜就可能触及邻近带电设备放电,存在安全隐患。固定抱杆时,通常是将抱杆靠在构架上用绳索绑扎,施工过程中一旦绳索松动,就可能导致抱杆倾覆,稳定性和可靠性较差。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可拆卸式的变电站使用的转臂式起吊装置,该起吊装置的稳定性和可靠性显著提高,体积与长度较小,满足与带电设备的安全距离,特别适合空间狭小的变电站使用。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的,所述变电站使用的转臂式起吊装置包括转柱、立柱、横梁、卷筒和移动小车,所述横梁固定在转柱上,横梁一端设置有转轮、另一端上设置有配重块,移动小车设置在横梁上,卷筒设置在移动小车上,卷筒上的绳索绕过转轮,所述立柱下端设置有转套,所述转套通过联接板与活动抱箍相连,所述活动抱箍夹紧时可将立柱固定,所述转柱下端的连接轴通过间隔设置的轴承、位于轴承之间的轴向套伸入到立柱上端内并与立柱活动相连,在立柱上端固定设置有压盖,在压盖内设置有耐磨盘,所述耐磨盘高出压盖,在耐磨盘上间隔设置有环形油槽,在环形油槽之间设置有通油槽和注油孔,在压盖内孔上间隔设置有溢流槽,通油槽一端与最外层环形油槽相通、另一端穿过最内层环形油槽与溢流槽相通,所述注油孔一端与最内层环形油槽相通、另一端与油阀相连。
本发明在转柱和立柱之间的压盖内设置有带环形油槽的耐磨盘,使转柱通过耐磨盘全部支撑在立柱上,增加了转柱的受力载荷承压面积大大提高,从而减小转柱受力弯曲度,并通过耐磨盘上的环形油槽使转柱与耐磨盘接触面之间摩擦阻力大大减小,既可降低转柱的受力载荷,提高转柱的工作稳定性和使用寿命,又可使转柱在立柱上转动灵活,省力,提高施工效率。
本发明通过电动控制可使绳索绕转轮实现上下和左右移动,而且通过设置在转柱和立柱之间设置有耐磨盘和轴承,可使转柱在立柱上实现灵活转动,它结构紧凑简单,使用维护方便,使用一般不受限制,且安全可靠。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图3和图4中,所述变电站使用的转臂式起吊装置包括转柱7、立柱9、横梁3、卷筒4和移动小车5,所述横梁固定在转柱上,横梁一端设置有转轮2(滑轮)、另一端上设置有配重块6,移动小车设置在横梁3上,卷筒4设置在移动小车5上,在横梁与转柱之间设置有斜撑8,卷筒上的绳索1带有挂钩并绕过转轮,所述立柱下端设置有转套10,所述转套通过联接板21与活动抱箍11相连,立柱与活动抱箍又通过紧固螺杆22固定在固定件23(如电杆、水泥柱)上,立柱下端设置有底座12,所述活动抱箍夹紧时可将立柱固定,所述转柱下端的连接轴24通过间隔设置的平面轴承17、位于轴承之间的轴向套26伸入到立柱上端内并通过两盘间隔设置的平面轴承与立柱上端活动相连,在立柱上端用螺杆16固定设置有起轴向限位的压盖14,所述压盖内固定设置有耐磨盘19,转柱下端伸入到立柱上端内的连接轴长度为立柱直径的5倍以上,最好是在8倍以上,所述耐磨盘高出压盖2-3毫米,在耐磨盘上表面间隔设置有两个环形油槽18(也可以是三个或其它多个),环形油槽横截面为V形或圆弧形或其它形,在环形油槽之间设置有通油槽15和注油孔13,在压盖内孔上间隔设置有四只溢流槽25,通过溢流槽对两平面轴承进行润滑,通油槽一端与最外层环形油槽(本实施例中的第二层)相通、另一端穿过最内层环形油槽(本实施例中的第一层)与溢流槽相通,所述注油孔13一端与最内层环形油槽(本实施例中为第一层)相通、另一端与油阀20相连。通过油阀用加油枪等工具加油。也可将环形油槽设计成网纹形或十字交错形等。

1.一种变电站使用的转臂式起吊装置,它包括转柱(7)、立柱(9)、横梁(3)、卷筒(4)和移动小车(5),所述横梁固定在转柱上,横梁一端设置有转轮(2)、另一端上设置有配重块(6),移动小车设置在横梁上,卷筒设置在移动小车上,卷筒上的绳索绕过转轮,所述立柱下端设置有转套(10),所述转套通过联接板(21)与活动抱箍(11)相连,所述活动抱箍夹紧时可将立柱固定,其特征是:所述转柱下端的连接轴(24)通过间隔设置的平面轴承(17)、位于轴承之间的轴向套(26)伸入到立柱上端内并与立柱活动相连,转柱下端伸入到立柱上端内的连接轴长度为立柱直径的5倍以上,在立柱上端固定设置有压盖(14),在压盖内设置有耐磨盘(19),所述耐磨盘高出压盖,在耐磨盘上间隔设置有环形油槽(18),在环形油槽之间设置有通油槽(15)和注油孔(13),在压盖内孔上间隔设置有溢流槽(25),通油槽一端与最外层环形油槽相通、另一端穿过最内层环形油槽与溢流槽相通,所述注油孔一端与最内层环形油槽相通、另一端与油阀(20)相连。
