本发明涉及一种高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜。
背景技术
缓冲气柱袋是一种新型环保的缓冲包装。我们所熟知的传统的缓冲包装如发泡泡沫、瓦楞纸、EPE等,不仅缓冲效保护效果不佳,并且如泡沫等在使用后,不能够回收再利用,是主要的白色污染之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜,采用七层共挤吹膜工艺,生产出结构为PE-PE-TIE-PA-TIE-PP-PP的用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜,其层间质量配比为PE:PE:TIE:PA:TIE:PP:PP=2:1:1.5:1:1.5:1:2。
本发明的生产的一种用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜,利用该种薄膜材料制备的缓冲气柱袋,不仅具有非常优异的缓冲保护性能,还能够回收在利用,不会对环境造成污染。
具体实施方式:
一种用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜,采用七层共挤吹膜工艺,生产出结构为PE-PE-TIE-PA-TIE-PP-PP的用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜,其层间质量配比为PE:PE:TIE:PA:TIE:PP:PP=2:1:1.5:1:1.5:1:2。
将PA树脂、PP树脂、TIE树脂、PE树脂分别在不同的挤出机中熔融塑化,将熔融后的树脂挤入同一模头内,按一定的层间结构均匀分布在模头中,然后经吹胀、冷却定型、收卷制得一种用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜。

1.一种用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜,其特征在于:采用七层共挤吹膜工艺,生产出结构为PE-PE-TIE-PA-TIE-PP-PP的用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜,其特征在于:结构为PE-PE-TIE-PA-TIE-PP-PP的用于制作缓冲气柱袋的新型薄膜,其层间质量配比为PE:PE:TIE:PA:TIE:PP:PP=2:1:1.5:1:1.5:1:2。
