Abstract

本发明涉及一种空压机的组合气液分离结构，包括支架，支架上的分离缸，分离缸的上端两侧分别固定连接进气管进出气管，分离缸的底部固定连接过滤板，进气管的端部向分离缸的底部弯折，过滤板斜置于分离缸中，于过滤板的上方分离缸的内壁还固接弧形挡板。本发明采用过滤板与挡板相结合，实现对气体中水分的分离，提高了分离效果，减小了水分对压缩机内零部件的冲击。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气压缩设备领域，特别涉及压缩机的干燥设备。
背景技术
在空气压缩***中，压缩空气中被分离出的水分与干压缩空气一起流出冷冻干燥机，若水分不能及时被分离，则会二次进入压缩空气中。因此在冷冻干燥机的出口还必须设置气水分离器。传统的气水分离装置的缺点是结构复杂，水分分离效果不佳等。
发明内容
本申请人针对传统压缩机的气水分离装置的上述缺点，进行研究和改进，提供一种空压机的组合气液分离结构，其具有结构简单、防液击效果好的特点。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用如下方案：
一种空压机的组合气液分离结构，包括支架，支架上的分离缸，分离缸的上端两侧分别固定连接进气管进出气管，分离缸的底部固定连接过滤板，进气管的端部向分离缸的底部弯折，过滤板斜置于分离缸中，于过滤板的上方分离缸的内壁还固接弧形挡板。
本发明的技术效果在于：
本发明采用过滤板与挡板相结合，实现对气体中水分的分离，提高了分离效果，减小了水分对压缩机内零部件的冲击。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
见图1，本发明包括支架1，支架1上的分离缸3，分离缸3的上端两侧分别固定连接进气管5进出气管4，分离缸3的底部固定连接过滤板2，进气管5的端部向分离缸3的底部弯折，过滤板2斜置于分离缸3中，分离缸3的底部具有出水孔6，出水孔6位于过滤板的下方；于过滤板2的上方分离缸3的内壁还固接弧形挡板7，弧形挡板7利于对气体中的水分进行分散贴附，利于过滤板2的过滤。
本发明采用过滤板与挡板相结合，实现对气体中水分的分离，提高了分离效果，减小了水分对压缩机内零部件的冲击。

1.一种空压机的组合气液分离结构，包括支架，支架上的分离缸，分离缸的上端两侧分别固定连接进气管进出气管，其特征在于：所述分离缸的底部固定连接过滤板，所述进气管的端部向分离缸的底部弯折，所述过滤板斜置于所述分离缸中，于所述过滤板的上方所述分离缸的内壁还固接弧形挡板。
