本发明提供了一种混合动力驱动扫雪机,通过增加交流电压与直流电压转换驱动***,当直流电用完时直接插交流电源使用,提高工作效率从而达到直流与交流二合一的效果,其主要包括电机、扫雪机传动***以及电机传动***,所述电机与电机传动***电连接并由电机传动***控制工作,所述扫雪机传动***与电机传动连接并由电机带动工作,电机传动***连接有供电***,所述供电***包括混合动力驱动***、运转开关、锂电电池包以及交流电插头,所述混合动力驱动***与电机传动***电连接连接,所述锂电电池包与混合动力驱动***电连接,所述交流电插头与混合动力驱动***电连接,所述运转开关与电机传动***连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力驱动扫雪机。
背景技术
现有的扫雪机分为引擎扫雪机和DC直流扫雪机。引擎扫雪机噪音大、环境污染严重;DC直流扫雪机锂电产品放电时间短,在操作过程中时间短,不适合大面积工作
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种混合动力驱动扫雪机,通过增加交流电压与直流电压转换驱动***,当直流电用完时直接插交流电源使用,提高工作效率从而达到直流与交流二合一的效果。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:混合动力驱动扫雪机,包括电机、扫雪机传动***以及电机传动***,所述电机与电机传动***电连接并由电机传动***控制工作,所述扫雪机传动***与电机传动连接并由电机带动工作,电机传动***连接有供电***,所述供电***包括混合动力驱动***、运转开关、锂电电池包以及交流电插头,所述混合动力驱动***与电机传动***电连接连接,所述锂电电池包与混合动力驱动***电连接,所述交流电插头与混合动力驱动***电连接,所述运转开关与电机传动***连接。
作为优选,所述扫雪机传动***包括主轴和安装在主轴上的刮雪刀,所述电机与主轴传动连接。
作为优选,所述运转开关与电机传动***通过信号线连接。
有益效果: 
本发明采用上述技术方案提供的混合动力驱动扫雪机,通过增加交流电压与直流电压转换驱动***,当直流电用完时直接插交流电源使用,提高工作效率从而达到直流与交流二合一的效果;既解决了引擎扫雪机噪音大、环境污染严重的问题,同时解决了DC直流扫雪机在操作过程中时间短、不适合大面积工作的困难;结构简单,性能稳定,加工简易,装配方便,具有人性化的操作方式。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示为本发明混合动力驱动扫雪机的一种实施例,其包括电机6、扫雪机传动***以及电机传动***4,电机6与电机传动***4电连接并由电机传动***4控制工作,扫雪机传动***包括主轴51和安装在主轴51上的刮雪刀52,主轴51与电机6传动连接,电机6转动带动主轴51转动进而带动扫雪机传动***工作;电机传动***4连接有供电***,该供电***包括混合动力驱动***3、运转开关1、锂电电池包2以及交流电插头7,混合动力驱动***3与电机传动***4电连接连接,锂电电池包2与混合动力驱动***3电连接,交流电插头7与混合动力驱动***3电连接,运转开关1与电机传动***4通过信号线8连接。
本实施例中,混合动力驱动***是利用控制器作为AC***的供电转换器,在DC产品上可以插交流电继续使用;可以在单电池包或多电池包使用过程中没电时,都可以插交流电进行使用。当AC/DC共存时,混合动力驱动***优先选取AC电源;如当DC在使用时,突然插交流电,混合动力驱动***优先选取 AC电源,自动切换。
该混合动力驱动扫雪机适用于单、双步扫雪机来取代引擎扫雪机;电机可以使用无刷电机和磁钢电机;锂电电池包2可以是单电池包或多电池包。
工作过程为: 
1、采用直流供电时,先将锂电电池包2装入电机插座中,启动运转开关1,运转开关1给电机传动***4一个工作信号,电机传动***4根据内部程序依次启动工作相位,实现电机的连续工作,此时扫雪机传动***开始正常操作;运转开关1断开后,电机传动***4切断电源信号,电机停止工作,扫雪机传动***也停止工作。
2、当锂电电池包2放电完成时或操作者想插交流电时,通过交流电插头7接交流电源,在混合动力驱动***3的控制下,启动电机传动***4,启动运转开关1,通过电机传动***4再次启动6电机,从而带动单、双步扫雪机传动***进行工作。

1.混合动力驱动扫雪机,包括电机(6)、扫雪机传动***以及电机传动***(4),所述电机(6)与电机传动***(4)电连接并由电机传动***(4)控制工作,所述扫雪机传动***与电机(6)传动连接并由电机(6)带动工作,电机传动***(4)连接有供电***,其特征在于:所述供电***包括混合动力驱动***(3)、运转开关(1)、锂电电池包(2)以及交流电插头(7),所述混合动力驱动***(3)与电机传动***(4)电连接连接,所述锂电电池包(2)与混合动力驱动***(3)电连接,所述交流电插头(7)与混合动力驱动***(3)电连接,所述运转开关(1)与电机传动***(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动扫雪机,其特征在于:所述扫雪机传动***包括主轴(51)和安装在主轴(51)上的刮雪刀(52),所述电机(6)与主轴(51)传动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动扫雪机,其特征在于:所述运转开关(1)与电机传动***(4)通过信号线(8)连接。
