为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型可焊接金属制品,包括:铁、锰、镁、碳、铜、银、镍和锌八种成分,且按照质量百分比计算,所述的铁占55.3%-68.2%、锰占2.3%-3.2%、镁占1.3%-5.6%、碳占5.3%-10.3%、铜占7.3%-10.2%、银占1.3%-3.5%、镍占0.3%-4.2%和锌占6.3%-7.2%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,按照质量百分比计算,所述的铁占53.3%-55.2%、锰占1.3%-4.7%、镁占1.4%-5.3%、碳占5.3%-7.3%、铜占3.3%-8.2%、银占2.2%-3.7%、镍占0.2%-3.2%和锌占2.3%-5.2%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,按照质量百分比计算,所述的铁占43.3%-48.2%、锰占1.8%-5.7%、镁占0.1%-2.3%、碳占8.0%-8.3%、铜占0.3%-1.2%、银占0.2%-3.7%、镍占0.2%-1.2%和锌占1.3%-3.2%。
本发明的有益效果是:提供的金属制品能够大大的提升金属的焊接性能,在加工操作中方便操作,且能够提升金属制品的质量和硬度等方面的性能,具有良好的实用性和可操作性。

优选的,按照质量百分比计算,所述的铁占53.3%-55.2%、锰占1.3%-4.7%、镁占1.4%-5.3%、碳占5.3%-7.3%、铜占3.3%-8.2%、银占2.2%-3.7%、镍占0.2%-3.2%和锌占2.3%-5.2%。
优选的,按照质量百分比计算,所述的铁占43.3%-48.2%、锰占1.8%-5.7%、镁占0.1%-2.3%、碳占8.0%-8.3%、铜占0.3%-1.2%、银占0.2%-3.7%、镍占0.2%-1.2%和锌占1.3%-3.2%。
