Abstract
本发明属于应用于煤矿刮板输送机中部槽的耐磨板技术领域,具体地说是一种复合耐磨板。复合耐磨板包括基板和嵌铸在基板上的抗磨层。所述基板材料为耐磨板,抗磨层材料为聚氨酯,耐磨板基板工作面上局部开设有镶嵌槽,抗磨层聚氨酯以热态流体的形式浇铸于镶嵌槽内。该复合耐磨板抗磨性能好,嵌铸的结构形式保证了基板与抗磨层较高的连接强度,而制造工艺相对简单。

技术领域
本发明属于应用于煤矿刮板输送机中部槽的耐磨板技术领域,具体地说是一种复合耐磨板。
背景技术
煤矿刮板输送机井下工作条件恶劣,中部槽是物料的承载部分,其无论是体积还是重量都是输送机的主体,是使用量和消耗量最大的部件。当输送机工作时,刮板链带动刮板沿中部槽运行,中板、底板除了承受煤块、煤矸石等物料的磨损,刮板链和刮板会加重其磨损,所以刮板输送机的失效多由中部槽中、底板的过度磨损引起,而中、底板的磨损尤其以链道处最为严重。传统单金属耐磨板耐磨性差,而其它诸如堆焊耐磨金属材料的双金属复合板制造工艺复杂,成本高,使用中对链条的磨损加剧,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述耐磨板存在的不足,提供一种制造工艺相对简单,耐磨性能高,低功耗,低噪音的复合耐磨板,延长整机使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:复合耐磨板包括耐磨板基板和聚氨酯抗磨层,其特征在于所述耐磨板基板工作面上局部开设有镶嵌槽,聚氨酯抗磨层嵌铸固定于基板镶嵌槽内;耐磨板工作面上镶嵌槽结构形式为燕尾槽或“⊥”形槽;耐磨板基板厚度30-60mm,镶嵌槽深度4-10mm;氨酯抗磨层嵌铸方法是以热态流体的形式浇铸于基板镶嵌槽内。
本发明的有益效果是,采用热态浇铸的方法在耐磨板基板上嵌铸聚氨酯抗磨层,浇铸温度低,基板不会产生变形;镶嵌槽燕尾或“⊥”槽的形式,加工相对简单,两种材料联接稳固;聚氨酯抗磨层耐磨性能好,对链条的磨损小,功耗低,噪音低,延长了整机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的中部槽中板(复合耐磨板实例),包括耐磨板基板1和聚氨酯抗磨层2。基板的材质为耐磨板Hardox450,厚度40mm;在基板工作面上位于链道处(即中板受磨最严重部位)加工燕尾槽,燕尾槽深度5mm,燕尾倾角15°,两端不穿通。氨酯抗磨层以热态流体的形式浇铸于基板镶嵌槽内,浇注温度在250~300℃。

1.一种复合耐磨板,包括耐磨板基板和聚氨酯抗磨层,其特征在于所述耐磨板基板工作面上局部开设有镶嵌槽,聚氨酯抗磨层嵌铸固定于基板镶嵌槽内。
2.根据权利1所述的复合耐磨板,其特征在于所述耐磨板工作面上镶嵌槽结构形式为燕尾槽或“⊥”形槽。
3.根据权利1所述的复合耐磨板,其特征在于所述耐磨板基板厚度30-60mm,镶嵌槽深度4-10mm。
4.根据权利1所述的复合耐磨板,其特征在于所述聚氨酯抗磨层嵌铸方法是以热态流体的形式浇铸于基板镶嵌槽内。
