本发明公开一种耐腐蚀的异型管,所述的耐腐蚀的异型管包括最上层的沥青漆层、中间层的稳定剂和最下层的无缝钢管层组合而成,所述沥青漆层为环氧煤沥青漆,所述无缝钢管层为合金结构钢,所述的沥青漆层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的24%-26%,所述的稳定剂占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的4%-8%,所述的无缝钢管层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的67%-70%。本发明提供一种耐腐蚀的异型管,具有吸水率低,耐水性好,耐微生物侵蚀能力强,抗渗透能力高的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀的异型管。
背景技术
我国国民经济和高新技术的稳定、持续、快速发展,促使我国铝冶炼和铝型材加工业发展十分迅速。我国铝材 铝合金型材 工业铝型材产量在2006年已达879.3万吨,超过美国成为世界第一位;2007年产量高达1250.8万吨,同比2006年增长42.45%,再创历史新高;2007年进口工业铝材69.0万吨,同比2006年增长0.6%;出口工业铝型材185.3万吨,同比2006年增长49.5%,铝合金型材净出口116.3万吨;2007年,我国工业铝材表观消费量为1134.5万吨。在2008年1-6月份我国铝工业的产量中,氧化铝产量1112.9万吨,比2007年同期增长7.1%,预计2008全年产量为2300万吨;电解铝产量662.0万吨,比2007年同期增长12.9%,预计2008全年产量将达1450万吨;铝加工材687.9万吨,比2007年同期增长38.3%,预计2008全年产量将达到1400万吨。异型无缝钢管是除了圆管以外的其他截面形状的无缝钢管的总称。
按钢管截面形状尺寸的不同又可分为等壁厚异型无缝钢管(代号为D)、不等壁厚异型无缝钢管(代号为BD)、变直径异型无缝钢管(代号为BJ)。异型无缝钢管广泛用于各种结构件、工具和机械零部件。和圆管相比,异型管一般都有较大的惯性矩和截面模数,有较大的抗弯抗扭能力,可以大大减轻结构重量,节约钢材。钢管异型管可分为椭圆形异型钢管、三角形异型钢管、六角形异型钢管、菱形异型钢管、八角形异型钢管、半圆形异型钢圆,不等边六角形异型钢管、五瓣梅花形异型钢管、双凸形异型钢管、双凹形异型钢管、瓜子形异型钢管、圆锥形异型钢管、波纹形异型钢管。异型管分,异型方管、矩异型管、异型焊管、螺旋焊管,规格:20*20mm-500mm,壁厚0.6mm-20mm,螺旋钢管.螺旋钢管规格,219mm-2020mm,壁厚5mm-20mm.直缝规格有4分、6分、1寸、1.2寸、1.5寸、2寸、2.5寸、3寸、4寸、5寸、6寸、8寸、102、108、127、133、139、159、168、177、194、219、273、325等规格异型管一般多是指方矩型钢管。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有吸水率低,耐水性好,耐微生物侵蚀能力强,抗渗透能力高优点的耐腐蚀的异型管。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐腐蚀的异型管,所述的耐腐蚀的异型管包括最上层的沥青漆层、中间层的稳定剂和最下层的无缝钢管层组合而成,所述沥青漆层为环氧煤沥青漆,所述无缝钢管层为合金结构钢,所述的沥青漆层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的24%-26%,所述的稳定剂占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的4%-8%,所述的无缝钢管层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的67%-70%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的稳定剂为聚氨基甲酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的沥青漆层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的25%,所述的稳定剂占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的7%,所述的无缝钢管层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的68%。
本发明的一种耐腐蚀的异型管,具有吸水率低,耐水性好,耐微生物侵蚀能力强,抗渗透能力高的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的耐腐蚀的异型管包括最上层的沥青漆层、中间层的稳定剂和最下层的无缝钢管层组合而成,所述沥青漆层为环氧煤沥青漆,所述无缝钢管层为合金结构钢,所述的沥青漆层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的24%-26%,所述的稳定剂占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的4%-8%,所述的无缝钢管层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的67%-70%。
进一步说明,所述的稳定剂为聚氨基甲酸酯,所述的沥青漆层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的25%,所述的稳定剂占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的7%,所述的无缝钢管层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的68%。通过防腐性能优异的氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶对传统的环氧煤沥青的改性,使之固化后形成介于环氧树脂链和橡胶链之间的互穿网状防腐涂层,具有吸水率低,耐水性好,耐微生物侵蚀能力强,抗渗透能力高。2、防腐综合性能优。由于采用了防腐性能优异的橡胶改性,使涂层的物理机械性能、电绝缘性能、耐磨性能、耐杂散电流性能、耐热、耐温性能等更佳。3、一次成膜厚。溶剂含量低,一次成膜厚,施工道数少,施工方法与传统的环氧煤沥青涂料相同。
适用于永久性或部分浸于水下的钢结构、化工厂、污水处理池、炼油厂的埋地管道和钢质贮罐;埋设水泥结构、煤气柜内壁、底板、汽车底盘、水泥制品、煤矿矿井支架、矿山井下设施和海洋码头设施、木制品、水下结构、码头钢栏、供热管道、供水管道、供气管道、冷却水、石油管道等。
再进一步说明,聚氨酯全称为聚氨基甲酸酯,由于聚氨酯含有强极性氨基甲酸酯基团,调节配方中NCO/OH的比例,可以制得热固性聚氨酯和热塑性聚氨酯的不同产物。按其分子结构可分为线型和体型两种。体型结构中由于交联密度不同,可呈现硬质、软质或介乎两者之间的性能,具有高强度、高耐磨和耐溶剂等特点。在高铁防水施工中,通常使用以“聚脲材料”做成的涂层。它不仅具有优异的耐磨性、抗冲性、抗开裂、耐紫外线以及耐高低温性能,而且在施工效率极高,一次施工即可达到设计厚度,还不受环境温度、湿度影响,可在任意曲面、斜面及垂直面上快速喷涂成型,完全满足了无碴轨道的苛刻要求,而生产聚脲材料的主要原料便是聚氨酯。根据所用原料的不同,可有不同性质的产品,一般为聚酯型和聚醚型两类。可用于制造塑料、橡胶、纤维、硬质和软质泡沫塑料、胶粘剂和涂料等。聚氨酯材料可用在国民生活的各个领域,应用范围非常广。下面列举出部分具有一定代表性的产品做简要介绍。本发明提供一种耐腐蚀的异型管,具有吸水率低,耐水性好,耐微生物侵蚀能力强,抗渗透能力高的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种耐腐蚀的异型管,其特征在于:所述的耐腐蚀的异型管包括最上层的沥青漆层、中间层的稳定剂和最下层的无缝钢管层组合而成,所述沥青漆层为环氧煤沥青漆,所述无缝钢管层为合金结构钢,所述的沥青漆层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的24%-26%,所述的稳定剂占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的4%-8%,所述的无缝钢管层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的67%-70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的异型管,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为聚氨基甲酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的异型管,其特征在于:所述的沥青漆层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的25%,所述的稳定剂占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的7%,所述的无缝钢管层占耐腐蚀的异型管总体分量的68%。
