Abstract

本发明涉及一种液压密封件,包括O型圈及滑环,其特征在于:所述O型圈位于活塞杆的环槽内,所述滑环位于O型圈与缸体内壁间,并与所述缸体内壁及所述O型圈紧密接触。本发明结构简单,比较传统的液压密封件,其具有密封效果好,拆卸方便的优点,由于滑环与缸体内壁采用线接触,大大降低了摩擦力,延长了使用寿命。

本发明涉及液压设备领域,特别涉及液压密封件。
背景技术
密封是解决液压***泄漏问题的有效手段之一。当液压***的密封不好时,会因外泄漏而污染环境;还会造成空气进入液压***而影响液压泵的工作性能和液压执行元件运动的平稳性;当内泄漏严重时,会造成***容积效率过低及油液温度升过高,以致***不能正常工作。随着技术的进步和设备性能的提高,液压***对密封的要求越来越高,传统的密封圈单独使用已不能很好的满足需要。
发明内容
本申请人针对传统液压密封件的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种液压密封
件,其具有结构简单、拆卸方便、密封效果好的特点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种液压密封件,包括O 型圈及滑环,其特征在于:所述O 型圈位于活塞杆的环槽
内,所述滑环位于O 型圈与缸体内壁间,并与所述缸体内壁及所述O 型圈紧密接触。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述滑环的截面内圈具有锥角。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明结构简单,比较传统的液压密封件,其具有密封效果好,拆卸方便的优点,由于滑环与缸体内壁采用线接触,大大降低了摩擦力,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
见图1,本发明包括O 型圈2 及滑环3,其特征在于:所述O 型圈2 位于活塞杆1 的
环槽5 内,所述滑环3 位于O 型圈2 与缸体6 内壁间,并与所述缸体6 内壁及所述O 型圈2紧密接触。所述滑环3 的截面内圈具有锥角4,使滑环3 与缸体6 内壁形成线接触形式。
本发明充分发挥了橡胶O 型密封圈和滑环的各自长处,不仅工作可靠,摩擦力低
而且稳定型好,大大延长了使用寿命。

1. 一种液压密封件,包括O 型圈及滑环,其特征在于:所述O 型圈位于活塞杆的环槽内,所述滑环位于O 型圈与缸体内壁间,并与所述缸体内壁及所述O 型圈紧密接触。
2. 按照权利要求1 所述的液压密封件,其特征在于:所述滑环的截面内圈具有锥角。
