Abstract

本发明涉及一种背光模组,包括:导光板,具有一入光面;光源,与所述入光面相对设置;所述光源和所述导光板之间设有量子膜,所述量子膜受所述光源发出的第一光线激发可发出具有特定波长的第二光线。本发明的有益效果是:通过量子膜的设置,提高液晶显示装置的色域。

一种背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
产品设计过程中经常遇到色域不满足客户产品规格的情况,往需要多次变更LED型号和厂家才能满足客户要求,或者调整彩膜厚度、类型来对应。这样非常费时费力,并且高色域的LED通常价格更高,不利于产品快速高效推向市场。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种背光模组及显示装置,有效提高产品色域。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种背光模组,包括:
导光板,具有一入光面;
光源,与所述入光面相对设置;
所述光源和所述导光板之间设有量子膜,所述量子膜受所述光源发出的第一光线激发可发出具有特定波长的第二光线。
进一步的,所述光源发出的光为包括所述第一光线的第一复色光,所述第二光线与所述第一复色光复合形成第二复色光。
进一步的,所述第一复色光为白光,所述第一光线为所述光源发出的白光中的蓝色波段的光,所述第二光线为红色波段的光和绿色波段的光。
进一步的,所述量子膜通过光学胶固定于所述导光板的入光面上。
进一步的,所述导光板的出光面上设有光学增亮膜。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括上述的背光模组。
本发明的有益效果是:通过量子膜的设置,提高液晶显示装置的色域。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的特征和原理进行详细说明,所举实施例仅用于解释本发明,并非以此限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种背光模组,包括:
导光板1,具有一入光面;
光源2,与所述入光面相对设置;
所述光源2和所述导光板1之间设有量子膜3,所述量子膜3受所述光源2发出的第一光线激发可发出具有特定波长的第二光线。
利用量子点效应,第一光线受量子膜3激发可发出波长比第一光线长的第二光线,提高液晶显示装置的色域。
可选的,所述光源2发出的光可以为单色光,例如,所述光源2可以为发出蓝光的LED灯条,蓝光LED灯条发出的蓝光经量子膜3激发可发出红光和绿光。
可选的,所述光源2发出的光为包括所述第一光线的第一复色光,所述第二光线与所述第一复色光复合形成第二复色光。第一光线经量子膜激发发出第二光线,第二光线与第一复色光复合,改变了原来组成第一复色光的光线的组成比例形成第二复色光。
可选的,所述第一复色光为白光,所述第一光线为所述光源发出的白光中的蓝色波段的光,所述第二光线为红色波段的光和绿色波段的光。
白光通常包括红、绿、蓝三种颜色的光,其中第一复色光中的蓝色波段的光激发量子膜中的红色量子点和绿色量子点发出红光和绿光,经量子膜激发发出的红光和绿光与第一复色光中的红光和绿光叠加改变第一复色光中红、绿、蓝光的比例,呈现的是白色度坐标不同的白光(第二复色光),比如色坐标大的白光偏黄(暖色系),小的白光偏蓝(冷色系)。
蓝色波段的光经过量子膜激发发出的红光和绿光,与第一复色光中的红色波段的光和绿色波段的光发生叠加,叠加后形成的第二复色光中的红色波段的光、绿色波段的光的波峰较之前发生变化,红色波段的光和绿色波段的光的占比提高,原理类似于RG(红绿)荧光粉的LED的光谱(高色域LED),通过彩膜搭配,色域提升。
可选的,本实施例中,量子膜为3M QDEF量子膜。
图2中,第一光谱10为设置QDEF量子膜的背光模组发出的光的光谱设置,第二光谱20为设置普通白光LED的背光模组发出的光的光谱(没有设置量子膜的背光模组的光谱)。从图2可以看出第一光谱10波峰相对于第二光谱20的波峰往短波方向移动,第一光谱10和第二光谱20的波峰的距离增大,液晶模组色域提升,具体的如图2中,第一光谱10中的圆点所标示的是第一光谱10的波峰值为545nm,第二光谱20中的圆点表示的是第二光谱的波峰值为560nm,第一光谱的波峰值相对于第二光谱的波峰值变小。
设定客户要求的色域SPEC是75%,没有设置量子膜的背光模组发出的光经过图3所示的液晶屏透过光谱得到的色域分别是73.32%不满足客户规格(图3中,第三光谱30为红色光的光谱,第四光谱40为绿色光的光谱,第六光谱50为蓝色光的光谱),加有量子膜的背光模组经过同样的液晶屏得到的色域是75.75%满足客户规格。通过调节量子膜内红色量子点和绿色量子点的浓度和比例可以使液晶模组色域得到不同程度提升。
可选的,如图1所示,所述量子膜3通过光学胶4固定于所述导光板1的入光面上。
可选的,所述导光板1的出光面上设有光学增亮膜5,提高了背光模组发出的光的亮度。
所述背光模组还包括发射片6,以有效的利用光源2发出的光,如图1中所示,反射片6围设于导光板1及光源2的四周、并固定在背板7上。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括上述的背光模组。
以上所述为本发明较佳实施例,需要指出的是,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种背光模组,包括:
导光板,具有一入光面;
光源,与所述入光面相对设置;其特征在于,
所述光源和所述导光板之间设有量子膜,所述量子膜受所述光源发出的第一光线激发可发出具有特定波长的第二光线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源发出的光为包括所述第一光线的第一复色光,所述第二光线与所述第一复色光复合形成第二复色光。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一复色光为白光,所述第一光线为所述光源发出的白光中的蓝色波段的光,所述第二光线为红色波段的光和绿色波段的光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述量子膜通过光学胶固定于所述导光板的入光面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,所述导光板的出光面上设有光学增亮膜。
6.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-5任一项所述的背光模组。
