Abstract

本发明是关于一种手推车结构,其包含一手把、车架及结合组件,其中手把与车架是由结合组件结合一体,该结合组件包含有结合座、固定座及调整组件组成,藉由结合组件的结合座与固定座的固定及调整组件的作用,可让手把拉伸或收合且能保有手把与车架结合的稳定,进而达到增强手推车的结构强度。

技术领域
本发明是涉及一种手推车结构,尤指一种可增加收合手把的结合稳定与实用性的手推车。
背景技术
按,手推车是一种百业中常用的搬运用具,例如货运业者的上下货、建筑业的搬运建材、超商业的补货退货等,都需要仰赖该种用具让使用者节省搬运的力气及时间,故相关产业多有对手推车的设计与改良。
***的载架,背架与载架直角搭设的结构,其背架上端设有一握持杆供使用者握持施力,而握持杆两端各往下延伸有一骨架杆,两骨架杆于下端又设有一横杆相互连接彼此,并于横杆衔接该载架,载架通常为一平板件,以及横杆后方或下端设有至少一滚轮,因而使用者得操作握持杆施力,让载架***货物下端,或手动将货物搬至载架上,其后倾斜手推车仅让滚轮接触地面,并以推或拉握持杆的方式移动手推车至适当地点以卸下货物,大幅节省搬运力气的时间,故其可提供的便利性不言而喻,但其握持杆上设有调整装置,造成用户握持面积减少,进而增加使用上的不便。
再者,该种习用的手推车都是以大片体塑料材质的结合体连接横杆及骨架杆,因此其结构强度并不是相当足够的,该结合体仍是会承受载架传递的货物重量,久而久之容易发生结合处的结合体脱开、断裂的现象,令载架随货物突然掉落压伤使用者的足部,故其实用性相当有限,有必要加以研发可提供增加结构强度、减轻重量的手推车结构。
发明内容
因此,有鉴于上述习用手推车有其改进之处,针对上述缺失,加以精心研究改良,并经试作证明可行,遂得以首先发明出本发明。
本发明的主要目的:是在提供一可使手把与车架的结合更为稳固的可收合手把的手推车。
为达上述目的,本发明所运用的技术手段在于:手把,该手把上设有握持部,并于握持部两侧向下延设有杆体,并于杆体上设有套合部与定位孔;车架,是设于手把下方,该车架上设有承板、脚轮及车架杆,其中车架杆上方设有套合部与横向穿孔;结合组件,是设于手把与车架之间,该结合组件包括结合座、固定座及调整组件,其中结合座与固定座均为钢性材质制成,该结合座上设有套合孔与结合体,而固定座则设有套合孔、套合凹面及结合片,又调整组件则是由本体、伸缩杆、拨动部及弹性组件组成;藉由上述构件的组成,即可提供一可收合手把的手推车,又可稳固且安全组合的手推车。
一种手推车结构,其包括:手把,该手把上设有握持部,并于握持部两侧向下延设有杆体,并于杆体上设有套合部与定位孔;车架,是设于手把下方,该车架上设有承板、脚轮及车架杆,其中车架杆上方设有套合部与横向穿孔;结合组件,是设于手把与车架之间,该结合组件包括结合座、固定座及调整组件,其中结合座与固定座均为钢性材质制成,该结合座上设有套合孔与结合体,且套合孔与结合体是呈非一直线的设计,而固定座则设有套合孔、套合凹面及结合片,又调整组件则是由本体、伸缩杆、拨动部及弹性组件组成。
所述手推车结构,其特征在于:其中,结合座上设有横向穿孔可供伸缩杆穿设定位。

由以上说明内容可知,本实用新型实施例实具有以下优点:
1.本发明的结合座30、30’与固定座31是为钢性较佳的金属或非金属材质制成,进而可提供手推车稳定的结合。
2.本发明的结合座30、30’与固定座31是为金属或非金属的钢性材质制成,且结构稳固,故不会有氧化断裂,进而提供更安全的手推车使用。
3.本发明的结合座30、30’与固定座31是为金属或非金属的钢性材质制成,故不会因碰撞而破裂,而可延长其使用寿命。
4.本发明的手推车可将手把与车架呈前后的设计,也不会降低其强度。
5.本发明的手推车手把上没有任何调整装置,故可让用户在使用上更为方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅第1~7图所示,本发明的实施例,其包括:手把1、车架2及结合组件3组成;其中手把1上方设有握持部10,并于握持部10两端向下延伸有杆体11,该杆体11上、下内侧设有定位孔110、111,而杆体11下端部设有套合部112与螺接孔113;车架2,是设于手把1下方,该车架2上设有承板20、脚轮21、车架杆22及补强杆23,其中承板20与脚轮21是呈一体连动的设计,而车架杆22上方设有套合部220、横向穿孔221及螺接孔222;结合组件3,是设于手把1与车架2之间,该结合组件3包括有结合座30、固定座31及调整组件32,其中结合座30与固定座31是为钢性材质制成如金属材质或非金属材质,该结合座30上设有二套合孔300、301及一结合体302,并于套合孔300、301、结合体302上设有横向穿孔3000、3010、3020,又套合孔301与结合体302上设有螺孔3011、3021,而固定座31上设有套合孔310、套合凹面311及结合片312,其中套合凹面311与结合片312上相对位置设有螺接孔3110、3120,而套合孔310上设有定位孔3100,调整组件32是包括本体320、伸缩杆321、拨动部322及弹性组件323组成,其中本体320两侧设有结合孔3200,而拨动部322是可连动伸缩杆321缩收与弹出;螺接组件N。
组合时,先将结合座30的套合孔301套合于车架2的车架杆22上方的套合部220并以螺接组件N穿设螺孔3011与螺接孔222上固定,再取调整组件32将其两侧伸缩杆321分别穿入横向穿孔3020、3010、221、3000及定位孔110,同时本体320两侧与结合体302套合,将本体320的结合孔3200与结合体302的螺孔3021以螺接组件N螺固,再将手把1的杆体11由结合座30的套合孔300上方穿入到底,并以固定座31的套合孔310套合于杆体11下端的套合部112,以螺接组件N穿入定位孔3100、螺接孔113螺设固定,然后取结合片312盖合于车架2的车架杆22外表面,使结合片312与套合凹面311可紧密包覆于车架杆22,再以螺接组件N由螺接孔3110、3120加以螺固,如此,即可完成手推车的组装。
使用时,仅须将调整组件32的拨动部322朝内拨动即可连动弹性组件323向内压缩而带动伸缩杆321端部脱离杆体11的定位孔110,即可将手把1上拉并使伸缩杆321卡合于杆体11的定位孔111内,进而达到手把1上升或下降的目的。
请参阅第3、8~11图所示,本发明另一实施例,主要包括:手把1、车架2及结合组件3组成;其中手把1上方设有握持部10,并于握持部10两端向下延伸有杆体11,该杆体11上、下内侧设有定位孔110、111,而杆体11端部设有套合部112与螺接孔113;车架2,是设于手把1下方,该车架2上设有承板20、脚轮21、车架杆22及补强杆23,其中承板20与脚轮21是呈一体连动的设计,而车架杆22上方设有套合部220及螺接孔222;结合组件3,是设于手把1与车架2之间,该结合组件3包括有结合座30’、固定座31及调整组件32,其中结合座30’与固定座31是为钢性材质制成如金属材质或非金属材质,该结合座30’上设有二套合孔300’、301’及一结合体302’,并于套合孔300’、结合体302’上设有横向穿孔3000’、3020’,又套合孔301’与结合体302’上设有螺孔3011’、3021’,且结合座30’的套合孔301’与结合体302’是呈非一直线的设计,而固定座31上设有套合孔310、套合凹面311及结合片312,其中套合凹面311与结合片312上相对位置设有螺接孔3110、3120,而套合孔310上设有定位孔3100,调整组件32是包括本体320、伸缩杆321、拨动部322及弹性组件323组成,其中本体320两侧设有结合孔3200,而拨动部322是可连动伸缩杆321缩收与弹出;螺接组件N。
组合时,先将结合座30’的套合孔301’套合于车架2的车架杆22上方的套合部220并以螺接组件N穿设螺孔3011’与螺接孔222上固定,再取调整组件32将两侧伸缩杆321分别穿入横向穿孔3020’、3000’及定位孔110同时与结合体302’套合,并将本体320的结合孔3200与结合体302’的螺孔3021’以螺接组件N螺固,再将手把1的杆体11由结合座30’的套合孔300’上方穿入到底,并以固定座31的套合孔310套合于杆体11的套合部112,再以螺接组件N穿入定位孔3100、螺接孔113螺设固定,然后取结合片312盖合于车架2的车架杆22外表面,使结合片312与套合凹面311可紧密包覆于车架杆22,再以螺接组件N由螺接孔3110、3120加以螺固,如此,即可完成手推车的组装。
以上所述的,仅为本发明的一较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明的实施范围,即凡依本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的均等变化或修饰,皆应属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种手推车结构,其包括:
手把,该手把上设有握持部,并于握持部两侧向下延设有杆体,并于杆体上设有套合部与定位孔;
车架,是设于手把下方,该车架上设有承板、脚轮及车架杆,其中车架杆上方设有套合部与横向穿孔;
结合组件,是设于手把与车架之间,该结合组件包括结合座、固定座及调整组件,其中结合座与固定座均为钢性材质制成,该结合座上设有套合孔与结合体,而固定座则设有套合孔、套合凹面及结合片,又调整组件则是由本体、伸缩杆、拨动部及弹性组件组成。
2.一种手推车结构,其包括:
手把,该手把上设有握持部,并于握持部两侧向下延设有杆体,并于杆体上设有套合部与定位孔;
车架,是设于手把下方,该车架上设有承板、脚轮及车架杆,其中车架杆上方设有套合部与横向穿孔;
结合组件,是设于手把与车架之间,该结合组件包括结合座、固定座及调整组件,其中结合座与固定座均为钢性材质制成,该结合座上设有套合孔与结合体,且套合孔与结合体是呈非一直线的设计,而固定座则设有套合孔、套合凹面及结合片,又调整组件则是由本体、伸缩杆、拨动部及弹性组件组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述手推车结构,其特征在于:其中,结合座上设有横向穿孔可供伸缩杆穿设定位。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述手推车结构,其特征在于:其中,结合座与固定座的钢性材质可为金属材质制成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述手推车结构,其特征在于:其中,结合座与固定座的钢性材质可为非金属材质制成。
